    I only know there is Teowchew mee suah but never heard or see Teowchew noodle. Wonder where to buy it.
    I love to blanch the bean sprouts instead of frying them. You added it too early, no more crunchy. I often stir fry the soaked dried prawns to aroma then add in the meat. The aroma is different.
