If we do so, how long do it last for in that temperature as well? Next, can we freeze the dough if we make it in large amount? Like we made a frozen doughnut etc. Thank you again Chef Sarah.
It is quite a sticky dough, so you can use abit of flour and continue to knead by hand. 18mins is too long, the dough is probably overbeaten and too warm already. Keep trying!
