    Salam Chef Sarah,
    Thank you for this well explained video. I just have a few question about this bombolonis.
    First, do we need to put it in room temperature after cooked? If we do so, how long do it last for in that temperature as well?
    Next, can we freeze the dough if we make it in large amount? Like we made a frozen doughnut etc.

    Even after i whisk abt 10mins+ a few min(8mins), kenapa dough i runny and still sticky? 😭😫 helpp

      It is quite a sticky dough, so you can use abit of flour and continue to knead by hand. 18mins is too long, the dough is probably overbeaten and too warm already. Keep trying!
