Hello where can i get Non-dairy Cream?
In any baking shop. Non dairy tu sejenis whipping cream but different type and percentage of fat. Usually non dairy jual dalam freezer. Kalau dairy dalam chiller.

Non dairy tu sejenis whipping cream but different type and percentage of fat. Usually non dairy jual dalam freezer. Kalau dairy dalam chiller. Non dairy sesuai utk coat cake sebab dia lagi stable. And susah nak cair. Dairy sesuai dimasukan dalam cake utk bake. Kalau guna dairy utk coat boleh je tp dia cair la.

Thank you! Will work on improving the quality. You may use dairy whipping cream, but the frosting won’t be as firm, and will be much more liquid. Hope this helps!
Even after i whisked abt 10mins+ a few min(8mins), kenapa dough i runny and still sticky? 😭😫 helpp
It is quite a sticky dough, so you can use abit of flour and continue to knead by hand. 18mins is too long, the dough is probably overbeaten and too warm already. Keep trying!
