Thanks for this. Can you explain what a green roof does with respect to different roofing types? Does it protect roofs from damage? Also, does Baltimore have a subsidy for green roofs? Is installing a green roof just for high end buyers or does it make sense if you are selling the house for someone with middle income wealth?
I actually dont have any experience with Green Roofs and they are extremely rare in Baltimore. However I can imagine that they are probably not worth the investment from a business standpoint. Probably only something you would do for personal properties.
Thanks for making this content. I believe there may also be a sprayed closed foam insulation used as a roof sealant along with another coating to keep UV rays from breaking down the foam. Could you redefine the acronyms for roofing materials that were used in the video in the comments or description?

Sure I can put that in the description. Are you referring to the TPO, EPDM acronyms?
