You are the best bro. Legit the exact way I would have ATTEMPTED to teach/show this. You were so clear, concise, wasted no time without rushing either. All while mentioning every relevant factor and still showing the BEST/EASIEST way to do it. Thank you and God bless.

Thank you, I went through 3 other videos that were terrible before getting to this one. You explain things really clearly and the camera work is great.

You’re awesome! My boyfriend was struggling to get the alternator out when he loosened all the bolts and I showed him how you did it and he popped it out in no time! We both smiled so big. We were very happy with your video! You explained it well. Keep doing a good job!

OMG how can you lean over that engine all day and your back not break? That was my biggest problem changing the alternator on my Honda Accord…lol. Great video. I’m 56, blind as a bat and female and your video made it a very simple job so thank you.

I thought this was an excellent video on how to do this. I would only add one VERY IMPORTANT SAFETY prerequisite: Always disconnect the battery before working on the electrical system. If you don’t, you may get a RUDE SHOCK when you go to disconnect the cable that has the 10mm nut. Perhaps you could edit the video to I cluse that at the beginning. Anyway, great job and God bless.

Chingon! instruction on how to get the new alternator to slide right into the upper mount. The installed bushing protrudes just a little too far to fit the unit in place. I didn't know you could just tap the bushing further into the bolt hole and the alt slides right in. Like I said, this is a chingon tip.

The first thing you should do is disconnect the battery cable because you could inadvertently touch that big wire on the alternator to ground causing a very big spark

If you move the power steering pump (which is easy) the job is very simple and quick. I replaced mine a couple months ago. Was hard to get back in, till I moved the power steering pump. Then it went in like butter.

Antoine Allen wd40. youll have to break the bolt loose. let it set with the wd40, the use a pipe or wrench as levreage. youll have to break its bite. use tork.

  • @robertdiehl9003

First step is to disconnect the positive battery cable. If u dont disconnect the positive cable from battery when u remove wire attached to alternator (10mm) like shown in the video, that friggen wire is hot meaning sparks/short when wire makes contact with metal parts in the engine. Good video but shit video without that first step advice. Plus if u have original honda radio, have radio code when disconnect/reconnect battery so radio work.
