Biggest issue in America is people want to tell you what the Bible says without reading it. In my everyday life I talk to so many people who try to quote the Bible and quote it wrong. Read the book before you speak on it.
About Holidays, isn't Christmas a pagan festivity? Is a true christian supposed to celebrate it? Wasn't it about Saturnalia, worshipping the Saturn god? Might be going a bit down the conspiracy hole but Adonis, Horus were born in 25th december, Tammuz is said to be reincarnation of the sun god, Nimrod, taking place at 25th december. The one that tried to put up against God. Would love insight on this! thanks
No, it is not a pagan festivity. It is a date that roughly corresponds to the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere and so it would be significant for many ancient cultures. Even more so for Christianity, as the solstice would signal that winter had reached it's zenith and thus the renewed life brought by spring would be soon at hand. It was an apt metaphor for the birth of Christ who brought life into the world. Also, and more importantly, Christianity has always been known for subverting the order of this world. Taking any pagan holiday and triumphantly turning it into a Christian symbol would be completely on-brand for Christianity. Just celebrate Christmas and be merry. 'Tis the season to be jolly, after all.
I think it's the education system or lack there of that's to blame. Young people are being brainwashed. People act a certain way regardless of religious beliefs. There are people that claim to be Christian but do not live a Christian lifestyle. Treating people poorly and being greedy instead of selfless is not the way to be a good Christian. There are good Christians out there but it seems like there's a lot that just talk the talk and that's it. It's more than just going through the motions.
There are many Christians who aren't real Christians. They were born and raised in it and tie it to their identity without really understanding why. They're the ones who watch, agree, and laugh with this video without understanding statistical studies and correlation; they're the one's who notice shark attacks increase while ice cream sales increase and think eating ice cream is causing shark attacks.
Not calling you wrong, but didn't the law of Moses also say "A man with 2 coats must give one to the man who has none" somewhere in there? That sounds like not socialism, but have a socialist property?
I think the issue is more with Marxist communism than communalism itself. I usually use communalism instead of communism if only because the latter has become too associated with marxism, but there is very little question that Christians in the new testament are called to share everything with one another and own things communaly.
I have a hard time finding the error in this video. Our kids will be the only kids given structure from The creator, which is unwavering. Their kids will be taste testing ideologies for the rest of their lives, hopefully when they dip their nuggets in any Christianity sause, the taste will pull them away from their poisonous buffet.

If they would’ve polled my voice 10-15 yrs ago at the same effective rate the numbers would’ve been just as bad. At that age your view on the world 🌎 isn’t matured yet and so ur biggest worries are silly views. Luv David woods channel just like I luv this channel! Gr8 Vid Rus! Be blessed h0mie!
Bruh, I appreciate the thought you put into your comment. I believe there are a small amount of Christians who are smart have that background knowledge of why they believe; but there are alot of dumb Christians who were just raised in it. There are also some smart Atheists who can fully articulate why they are Atheist; but there are some really dumb Atheists who just quote others without researching. I believe if we pooled same generation Christians and Atheists into tests that their ratio of performance would be the same. 1980's to 2000 would do better than 2001 to 2023 regardless of religion. The rise in Atheism is unrelated to the decline in education standards.
Also, your comment lead me to think that our generation and past had more Atheists then but were afraid to voice it. Way back when, Christian parents forced it; and, so any diety help you, saying you don't believe because you could be thrown out the house and/or mistreated. Teenagers feel like they can voice themselves now; before young people really couldn't voice themselves out of fear from Christian parent backlash.
This is the exact reason why world peace would never occur, everyone sees a problem within one another that they cannot get over. I do believe there is a god, but unlike most religious people, I don't go out of my way to prove there is a god. I don't think there should be a name for people who just want to live their life and that's it, we shouldn't be forcing our thoughts on each other, such as religion.
I'm not christian. I'm not stupid. I study history, I study artwork, and I have lived my life too it's fullest without any regrets. claiming athiests are stupid IS stupid. this is exactly why some people hate christian groups. because of THIS bs. stop attacking others for not sharing your beliefs. and stop acting high and mighty over your religion. pride comes before the fall.

Wood’s takes on Islamic terrorism (which is frequently sponsored by western intelligence agencies) are pretty basic, but his pugilistic style has its uses.
@@johnmacrae2006 true but he doesn’t prove that society getting dumber and atheism rising in popularity are anything more than correlating events.
He doesn’t prove that atheism is causing people to get dumber so the whole video loses purpose unless you already agree that Christianity is correct and atheism is dumb.
@@k-dawgwestmore4643
He’s not being rigorous, granted.
People make too much of I.Q. at any rate. Plenty of big brained people hold absolutely ridiculous beliefs. Stupidity is ultimately a moral failing, I think.
@@johnmacrae2006 I just don’t think that video proves anything. It only really succeeds in scoffing at atheists, which I don’t think is helpful.
Apologists should focus on providing evidence for the faith and presenting the Gospel. Not dunking on non-believers for being stupid. That actually hurts the faith more than it helps.
Bill Maher: 'come on atheists, we shouldn't have to beg for this for God's sake ' , oh the irony! 😅
Good to see D Wood being featured

Were doomed.
Not calling you wrong, but didn't the law of Moses also say "A man with 2 coats must give one to the man who has none" somewhere in there? That sounds like not socialism, but have a socialist property?
John the Baptist not Moses. But that was on individual basis, like individual charity
I think the issue is more with Marxist communism than communalism itself.
I usually use communalism instead of communism if only because the latter has become too associated with marxism, but there is very little question that Christians in the new testament are called to share everything with one another and own things communaly.
Americans being americans, all about yourselves
Funny how these "no religion" people tend to commit the most of the Deadly Sins.
Not necessarily. There are plenty of Bible characters who committed murder, adultery, theft, rape, incest, cheated, etc. If there is etc.
I'm pretty sure God GAVE Abraham some land...
You can thank Stephen Hawking and Bill Nye as well as others for this nonsense as well, now a large percentage of the country is missing out on the wisdom of God. Pray for 'em yall. 🙏✝️
I would call that lucky not missing out.
@@RivaZA1 There's someone on UA-cam that claims to have seen vision of Stephen in hell with worms eating him. If that's true, he definitely missed out bigly.
@@jesusislord2217 That must be true then. It's not like anyone would make up a claim, that's unheard of.
@@RivaZA1 I don't know. I hope not for Stephen's sake.
Bill maher doesn’t even understand comic books. He’s missing something.

If I can play devils advocate tho-The younger voice has a voice now like never b4. If they would’ve polled my voice 10-15 yrs ago at the same effective rate the numbers would’ve been just as bad. With religion because think about it…When we were 20-25, we didn’t know how to appreciate the need for Christ in Life. At that age your view on the world 🌎 isn’t matured yet and so ur biggest worries are silly views.
Luv David woods channel just like I luv this channel!
