    Fan heaters or blowers are a dime a dozen! Choosing the best ones that are absolute value for money is a hassle. Heating via blowers or fan heaters is effecting because of convection. This is one consumer electronic that is a must in the winter, an appliance that works on the principle of convection, heating the air around it. Room heaters without a fan heat at half the rate. Go for these fan heaters by Orpat: the OEH-1220 and the OEH-1260 and have yourselves a cozy winter. Best heaters at the price. #roomheater #orpat #fanheater #blowers #homeappliances #heating #heater #bestheater #amazonbasics #bajaj #winter #electronics #heaters #warmwinter

    Thanks for your videos sir because of your video I purchased a 1260 for my home ❤🙏🏻
    Just one question like if we use the 2000 watt settings for the first one hour then can we use the 1000 watt settings for another hours or some time to fully heat the room?
    And again thanks for the video

    • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  6 місяців тому

      I’m very glad my video could help your decision, Sahil ☺️ You’re very welcome and thank you for your kind words ☺️ Yes, Sahil 😊 It will warm the room at both the wattages. You can surely bring it down to 1000w after some time. The only difference is that now it’ll heat the room a bit slower. That’s all 👍.
      In my experience, 1000w usually suffices. It’s only if you’re in a cold place where the weather is 3 degrees or lower is when you might feel the need for 2000w. But then again, everyone has a different threshold for cold so this may differ.
      However, dear Sahil, since these models are suited to small to medium rooms, if you’re sitting in a big room with less cloth cover and tiled surface, things can get chillier. That’s when you’ll need 2000w for sure.
      Does this help, Sahil? 😊

    Bdw sir, can you plz tell me ..does orpat heater burns oxygen in room?

    • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  5 місяців тому +1

      Thanks a lot, Prachi 🙏☺️
      Am happy to tell you that it doesn’t. 😊 That is actually true for fuel-powered heaters. One should be concerned if what is in use is a gas-powered heater or a kerosene-powered heater. Electricity-powered heaters- no worries! People confuse ‘making air dry’ with ‘oxygen burning’, but the two are different. These heaters slightly dry the air because of convection, which only takes away some moisture from the room. Burning or rather depleting oxygen happens when oxygen gets replaced by harmful gases like CO.
      Here in Himachal, we use heaters for the larger part of the year. From radiant heaters, to blowers, to OFRs, we’ve used them all…all night long in the snow season, and it’s very safe. It’s only when you burn wood indoors or fossil fuel- powered heaters do you need to be concerned about carbon monoxide. If fuel doesn’t burn completely, CO is released. To make sure oxygen doesn’t get replaced by deadly gases, one should have a bucket of water in the room or in the modern times, a humidifier 👍
      As for this fan heater, you can have your mind totally at ease, Prachi. Cheers!☺️

    In which version air flow is high ?
    And which is best for room heating?

    • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  6 місяців тому +1

      The motor used in both the models is exactly the same, being the same brand so the air flow is identical. As I share in the video, the grill makes all the difference. The newer model has a wider grill so you have slightly…slightly more coverage and wider airflow. The older model is narrower, keeping the airflow more focused onto a smaller area.
      Neither is better or worse at room-heating. Just the bodies are different, otherwise they’re the very same motor and element inside. So, being the same appliance, both use the same heating principle of convection: heating the air around. Comparing these would be like comparing two keys of the same car. 😊 Comparison would be ideal between a fan heater and radiant heaters or oil-filled heaters because they use different design and technology.
      So on both the parameters, I’d say they’re pretty much the same. If at all, the airflow and heating might be negligibly better on the wider model: the 1260. But chances are one may not even feel it in short spells of usage. So consider them pretty much the same on these two counts.

    Bitcorp 15A 16A 20A Heavy Duty... From Amazon
    I bought this extension cord for the heater but it doesn't work for heater and mobile charger but works for AC why is that?

    • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  6 місяців тому

      Bitcorp is always a nice choice. I’d love to make recommendations. Just before that, I’d like to ask your need for a 15A extension. I mean, since you already have a 15A socket in the wall, you can directly power the blower from there. Or is it for taking the blower to a more convenient point is why you’re looking for an extension cord?

    • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  6 місяців тому

      Also, I’m a little surprised it didn’t work, because ACs and heating units always use 15A/16A sockets, so where might the glitch have happened?

      Yes, dear, these heaters are for direct heating. They’re not supposed to warm up the entire room, at least not quickly. That’s a job for OFR heaters and heat pillars. Yes, sometimes UA-cam doesn’t allow links, but don’t worry, I got you 😊 It’s a popular cord that costs around 800, right? In fact I’ve suggested the same to some others in the comments as well because I myself have the very same in the 15 meter variant and I just tried it with the blower and it worked. Sadly it’s not working out for you. How about you place a return request on Amazon and I provide a link for something that’s even more sure shot to work? 😊

    • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  6 місяців тому

      Hi, Neeraj ☺️ Yes, I’m afraid that’s a little design flaw. It’s from the edge, right? I talk about this in the video at 4:38
      Consider it a little trade-off for an economical product, dear Neeraj. 😊 Is the cold air draft very noticeable or is it minor? The only ‘semi-cure’ for this is to use it occasionally at 2000 watts. You’ll feel it less. I know it’s barely a fix but I’m afraid that’s all there is to it 💐

      Well if it’s quite noticeable, my boy, then you might consider getting it replaced. Did you get it online or from a store? Yes, I’m afraid so. More wattage = more heat = more bill. Which is why I’ve suggested to do it occasionally. I feel bad that it didn’t work out for you.

    Does it has autocut?

    • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  6 місяців тому +1

      Yes it has, brother 😊 Usually, autocut rarely kicks in for blowers because they are ventilated by design, but yes, if a vent is accidentally covered for long and the unit overheats, or the overheating happens due to prolonged usage during high voltage input, autocut does kick in. That’s true for all blower models from all good companies. Cheers! 😊

      Springs kabhi Laal nahin hone chahiyein 😊 iska matlab hota hai ke just a fan se air aani chahiye wo nahin aa rahi aur aapka heating element/springs overheat hokar red ho rahe hain. • @MohitsGoodStuffReviews
      @MohitsGoodStuffReviews  5 місяців тому

      Well 12 hours daily bahut lamba time hai chalaye rakhne ke liye, aur exact consumption bata pana thoda mushkil hai kyunki har state mein power per unit ka price fluctuate karta hai. On an average aap itne le kar chal sakte hain ki agar aap 1000w par roz 12 hours chalate hain to 700-800 ka bill mein increase ho sakta hai aur usi tarah, agar 2000w par roz itna chalta hai to 1400-1600 bill mein add ho sakta hai.
