Looking forward to this reaction! They are Amazing. Jeff Lynne is way underrated as a musical genius! Update after watching: You really need to watch a “live” video. The Lights are phenomenal, but just watching everything come together is insane!
Jeff Lynne was in the supergroup Traveling Wilburys, which I believe you reacted too, he has also produced albums for George Harrison, Ringo Starr & Paul McCartney among others. My favorite ELO song is "Can't Get it out of My Head".
Jeff Lynne is from my home City of Birmingham, UK and is a great musician and producer. E.L.O. have loads of great songs and they sound just as good (if not better) live than they do on the studio versions. You should watch them at Wembley. My favourite song is 'All Over The World' which not many people react to. Jeff was also part of a super group called 'The Traveling Wilburys' alongside George Harrison (The Beatles), Roy Orbison, Tom Petty and Bob Dylan. You should listen to 'End of the Line' and 'Handle With Care'.
Jeff Lynne says that “Turn To Stone” is his favorite song to perform live. That was indeed a full orchestra you heard. They recorded this album, “Out of the Blue,” in Munich, Germany, with a full 54-piece orchestra (1977). The album is a wild soundscape of music to listen to, especially with good headphones. If you want to see them perform “Turn to Stone” live (2017) check out the Wembley performance: ua-cam.com/video/kXpjF1qtpt0/v-deo.htmlsi=Ah1BHaM1nJ8oLQW_ Btw, Jeff Lynne cites The Beatles as one of his early influences. Jeff Lynne has also produced albums for many great artists including former Beatle, George Harrison, and, Tom Petty. Oh, and Lynne was also a member of the supergroup Traveling Wilburys!
Check out some of their other classics such as: Living Thing; The Diary of Horace Wimp; Don't Bring Me Down; Mr. Blue Sky; All Over the World. Pretty much all of their songs are bangers.
Good to see you and your dad again, Silas. And yeah, absolutely check out Mr Blue Sky and Telephone Line, if you haven't. These are iconic hits. And yeah, I'm pretty sure that was an electric violin or perhaps an electric viola.
Genius Jeff Lynne ❤ great song so many more from elo loved seeing father and son react keep it going guys try a song called ticket to the moon thanks guys and happy new year
The violin and two cellos were innovatively (at the time) the first time electrically miked up. This was the only way they could perform live. Jeff Lynne wanted to continue where The Beatles left off when their recordings became too complicated sound wise to be performed live. Jeff Lynne, Bev Bevan and Roy Wood were in a 60s group The Move. Also Moody Blues and Black Sabbath all came from Birmingham. Thanks for the reaction. Cheers✌Happy New Year
A Light Orchestra is one which only has relatively few instruments. Pair that with electric light, then you get the pun of electric light orchestra. The fact that some of the instruments used are electric, is purely coincidental(!)
ELO have as many great songs as the Beatles do. I think it was George Harrison who once remarked that if the Beatles had stayed together in the 1970's then they would have sounded just like ELO.
I cannot imagine how my life would have been like without the music of Jeff Lynne.
So right! I can't imagine either!
Thanks, guys.. ELO and especially Jeff had so many great songs.. appreciate your reaction!

And possibly, Jeff could’ve also been producing some John Lennon’s, if the latter would’ve not been murdered so soon …
ELO's 1976 classic song, *"Tightrope",* is a total banger!
you are so right about tightrope, excellent song to react to....... thank you......
ELO was a staple on the radio in the 70s. Check out Don't Bring Me Down or Telephone Line. Great reaction guys ❤❤❤❤❤
You should watch Jeff Lynne’s ELO Live at Wembley Stadium. It is fantastic!
The amazing ELO! So many great songs.

Evil Woman, Strange Magic & Telephone Line are some great cuts you should react to.

Rockaria!!! Great tune.
ELO is in one of my top 5 bands from the 1970's. Their album 'Out of the Blue' is their masterpiece.
Check out some of their other classics such as: Living Thing; The Diary of Horace Wimp; Don't Bring Me Down; Mr. Blue Sky; All Over the World. Pretty much all of their songs are bangers.

Now do "Evil Woman," "Tightrope" and "Mr. Blue Sky"... you won't be disappointed.
yes yes yes
The best, including Shangri la.
40 or 50 more killer songs you can react to, and you'll know why jeff lyne is a genius.
Out of the Blue is the album and this is just the beginning of an awesome album!
"Showdown" is probably my favorite track from them
Tightrope by ELO is a must
Genius Jeff Lynne ❤ great song so many more from elo loved seeing father and son react keep it going guys try a song called ticket to the moon thanks guys and happy new year
EPIC EPIC EPIC MUSIC! You MUST react to more ELO!!
My first concert and still my fave band of all time!
OH! ELO.... a trip back to my high school days!!! Thanks. ❤❤
Loved this group as a preteen! Happy New Year guys!
More Elo!

I saw them live back in the day. Yeah, I'm old.
me too!
You should do this whole album along with A New World Record and Face The Music.
Just love ELO.❤️
I played their album over and over till I wore out the needle. It was a great album.
You should do a live song from them , and see the violin and cello.
You need to watch this band. I suggest the Wimberley Concert. You miss so much passion.
Try the studio long version of Roll Over Beethoven.
Good morning gentlemen!
A lot better watching them on video they are brilliant, try Mr blue sky
Please react to " telephone line" the sounds they come up with in their songs are just amazing!
I think Telephone Line used a real old school telephone for much of the sounds.
Probably Mick Kiminsky on violin
🎉❤😮🎉😂 Happy and healthy new year!😅

"Rockaria" is a song that might freak out Silas😂but it rocks...

ELO bro is top top of the tops! You will never listen such music in our days, they are the Masters.
You would KNOW if you had watched them!...Always go for live. And dudes....the Beatles felt that ELO just might be better than them.
Mr blue Sky, then keep going. Do Much More ELO
John or George of the Beatles called them 'sons of Beatles'.
Wait, why are you reading the Wiki? You've never done E.L.O before?!
Do it on your own, son.Your Dad is an embarrassment.
HUGE HUGE RABBIT HOLE OF HITS🤘🤘🤘🤘🇦🇺
