A keypad that goes by the name Sayobot O3C has been circulating around the osu community due to its rapid trigger function and low price. Does it work and is it good compared to the Wooting? I think it's awesome so we are going to talk about it
EDIT: There is another magnetic switch that works which I did not mention - Omnipoint 2.0 but I don't think you can buy it
Though I said the yiqian red "works", its sensors are inferior compared to other magnetic switches(lekker's raw data is 1200+ while yiqian reds are under 300)
While I can't feel the difference, I would still like to mention it.

IMPORTANT: You can easily remove the knob so the knob placement is not a concern for gameplay, don't worry about it
IMPORTANT 2: If you don't press down SUPER HARD during calibration(what I did), you won't get the keys suddenly releasing problem at 7:38. basically mess around with calibration till it's fine
IMPORTANT 3: There's a new KS-20 switch option on taobao which you can opt for. I'd highly recommend that one over yiqian reds.
tldr: most of the problems I've had with the keypad are easily fixable...
i thought about it during the video and even thought that you are a little bit stupid because you didn't try it lmao
have to mention (for the user that set release at 0.05~0.15mm) even you didnt press it down very hard like if you press it normaly but you still press the switches all the way down
the problem will still here.
so what you need to do is keep down VERY VERY little travel to the switches
for lekkers/ks-20/omnipoint users: I would recommend you to restricting the raw in about 1000~1200 (depending on your needs) their bottom raw is about like 1300 or sometimes 1200+
for yiqian switches user: i would recommend about only 280~320 raw

Since I also have the keypad, I have an advice on the knob thingy when u play osu. If u are hitting it (like I am always doing) during ur taps, u can just remove it for now (pull it like a keycap) and it should help a bit

Downside is that you live in India
Ordered keypad from them last year that was promoted for OSU! You could not hold down the keys and the software was trough a browser only. When i disputed and got my refund they removed the page all together.

Do you still run into the spinner problem when using lekker switches instead of the switches that come with the keypad?
yeah it happens regardless of switches, it all depends on the press/release sensitivity
I cant get the program and software working for it unfortunately. I also can't change my inputs on osu to the keypad. does anyone know how to remedy this? maybe qmk or via?

to fix the key suddenly release problem, you can just go calibration and just dont press the key all the down then its all good

@@Alfie0001 to calibrate your magnet switches, different of magnet switches has different magnet raws, so therefore, to avoid parameter deviation, the magnet calibration function was born.

Hello I need some help😦 I ordered my Sayodevice from taobao and just got it right now,
I ordered the one with yiqian switches version and some seperated gateron swtiches.
The problem I'm facing is for some reason, I wanna change the yiqian switch to the gateron switches, and it's not working, the magnet can't detect it/
Do anyone have any idea why this happen?
Ah never mind guys, thank god I figure out! All I need to do is to readjust the magnet sensitivity of the key to match up with the switches in the in-board settings. It's because the sensitivity of the gateron magnet is way different than the yiqian ones! on my screen the yiqian has only 200 meter length of magnet sensitivity and the gateron has over 1000 meter jesus!
For who's reading this still deciding the switches, definitely go for the gateron!

oh right I forgot, you can just remove the knob by pulling it out. It comes out quite easily.

i played with o3c for a week, and i use press 3, release 5, dead zone 10. anything less results in doubletaps and input drops
how do you order it without living in china? cause taobao is being annoying and doesnt let my US number through and keeps telling me that i have to wait 24h to get a new code
I don't have the experience but your best option is probably through aliexpress though it's a bit more expensive

原來大佬香港玩家來 完全唔係好覺口音 同埋講解的好好 我個人都買左呢隻keypad 但係我無大佬你上面按實左右chokkeycap（7:59） 然後會觸發 會唔會係press同release setting個到既問題 或者係quality問題🤔
應該同quality有關, 不過我個keypad setting 較高咗之後就冇事
唔關quality事. o3c有個叫零點調教calibration嘅嘢 你校正嗰陣只要唔將switches咁到底就得 blackc(sayobot)有同我講因為0.05mm 0.1mm嘅release對呢個sensor嚟講太敏感 你隻手指一喐到少少佢就會唔小心release到 無論係咩牌子嘅magnet switches都會咁
i just got mine, and it stops my tablet from working after i press a couple time, i dont know why
Found solution, I had to replug my keyboard and laptop once after connecting the keypad because it made them freak out for some reason, but they work fine after reconnecting

I've seen ppl saying its better to get gateron KS-20 than the yiqian reds, can someone please tell me the difference between the two and which ones better?
KS-20 feels lighter and also the "raw data" is higher basically it's more precise(not that I can feel it) so KS-20 is recommended
