(PS I don’t know how to train spinal erectors, my lower back pain doesn’t allow me to deadlift so that particular muscle group in my back is lagging behind)

I wouldn’t choose them as a primary option, but they’re a great choice if you want to blend biceps and back training.
Seated back Cable curl is the reigning champ of bicep exercise.

I have seen people claim that the biceps dont benefit from stretch media hypertrophy and triceps aswell what is your opinion on this?
given that I believe it’s appropriate to train all muscles through their full lengths, I think it’s an irrelevant consideration in the grand scheme (and that goes for all muscles)
