i love my paistes. tried others, came back for good. out of the ones in the video i own a 22" 2002 ride and it`s just gorgeous. i own some other rides and crashes and hats and they are just awesome.
20" 2002 Heavy Ride the best.I have had this cymbal since 1983. It works phenomenally, it can be used for all styles. Also other Paiste cymbals are great.
Love your cymbals, Nice cymbal comparison video! I suggest to make a discontinued ride cymbal (2002) video. I’m quite sure you still have them back there! Great job and keep rocking on!
to me, the ride cymbals department is what keeps paiste miles ahead from all other manufacturers. I just couldn't find a ride that had this delicate yet pronounced definition and sweet spread at the same time, without ear-piersing ring and nasty hum in the fadeout. but classic paiste rides, especially 2002 line, just somehow have it all.
24" should be the Holy Trinity Ride: Bonzo, Cozy and Rev. Al, amen. (btw, is it me or it sounds slightly more "washy" than the regular 24" 2002? I think I noticed some difference to my own old 24.)
Big Al's ride is a take on a 24 big beat. I was using a 24 Big Beat on one of the last Van Halen tours and then made a version for him in the 2002 line
Can you lovely people at Paiste please do another run of videos like this, but do more washing / crashing on the ride's. Or at least something to keep in mind for the future. These demo's are lovely, I just always find that ride demos in general often lack a wash portion.
I love your awesome crashes and hats.... but on your Rides I find not the sound I search. I will use your crashes and hats but for Ride continue with my Sabian HH Rock Ride.
I have trouble with all of them. They all seem clangy. I'm not hearing the ping. For the extremely high prices you charge, these should be breathtakingly perfect
I like the normal 22" Ride the most. Just a phenomenal allround ride! lov it!
Same!
The 20' power ride is lovely.
i got myself a psychoctopus ride not too long ago. played a show with it and it sounded and felt great!
Recently bought the 2002 regular 22" ride... Best sounding ride I've heard in my 23 years of playing drums! :)
Power Ride 22 is AAAWWW
20 and 22 power rides!! Amazing
That 22 inch Heavy ride has one of the best bell 'dings' I've ever heard, my goodness. It sounds killer!!
i love my paistes. tried others, came back for good. out of the ones in the video i own a 22" 2002 ride and it`s just gorgeous. i own some other rides and crashes and hats and they are just awesome.
I got a 24" Big Al. I love that monster. Good silky ping, the bell of all bells, great wash, and it's a killer crash as well.
I own a 20” Heavy Ride and I love it.
Me too!
22" Ride I love it.
Love my 24 inch big Al ride . It can do it all.
they all sounded great. paiste rides are something special
22" Ride. The perfect ride.
THE BEST!!! PERIOD!!!🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
The signature Paiste bell sound ❤️ 🔔
The 2oo2 bell sound here (just sayin... not being Rude).
Excellent, even though I prefer the Signature and RUDE lines.
Same
The 18" Psychoptopus bell is AMAZING!!!!
I own it :D

AWESOME SOUND .....KISSES FROM KELLY PAISTE AND ALL PAISTE CREW
Oddly enough, this video synced with the song "Wishing Well" on the radio. Great cymbals, by the way.
22' Heavy ride - cool 👌🎶🎵👍😍
20" 2002 Heavy Ride the best.I have had this cymbal since 1983. It works phenomenally, it can be used for all styles. Also other Paiste cymbals are great.
20” Heavy Ride sounds great to me! I’ll be looking for one of these!
Wow. Paiste is a great brand apparently. These all sound perfect.
22' Power Ride
Nice.
I love my 2002 22" Ride (3206g) 😍
I use the 20'' 2002 Ride as a crash. Very loud and explosive.
No legendary 24" classic ride though :C
Love your cymbals,
Nice cymbal comparison video!
I suggest to make a discontinued ride cymbal (2002) video. I’m quite sure you still have them back there!
Great job and keep rocking on!
Also other cymbals (crashes, splashes, and so on…different series) comparison videos would be great to see and hear on a good quality video.
22" ride is good. If you have a good drum sound, that will blend beautifully.
to me, the ride cymbals department is what keeps paiste miles ahead from all other manufacturers. I just couldn't find a ride that had this delicate yet pronounced definition and sweet spread at the same time, without ear-piersing ring and nasty hum in the fadeout. but classic paiste rides, especially 2002 line, just somehow have it all.
I agree. Its insane how other cymbal brands donnt get it
Great - perfect decision helper
The 20' heavy ride for me
All great sounding
The 20” Power Ride sounds sweet!

2002 Heavy Ride 20
would have loved to see a 2002 22' Crash used as a ride in this comparison (what I'm currently using a ride)
22" standard ride
20" power ride
All I'll ever need...

They're all great but my favorite is still the Signature HEAVY BELL ride! Still
waiting on a custom 21" version!!!
Power Ride 22” all day!
22" power ride!
I like the classic ride.
22' ride!!
22 power ride for me it’s got great stick details 🎱
Selam paiste Antalyaya ne zaman gelirsin.
Böyle ritimlere ihtiyacımız var.
Bekleniyorsun..
whats the difference between the AVH 24" and the regular 24" 2002 sound edge rides?
I have 22 ride ❤️
I'm got the heavy ride- how do you guys get it to shine up? Crazy this video was posted right when I've started using it again
I have 18 20 & 22 Heavy Rides
And 18 20 & 21 Ride 2oo2s
My favorites are the 22 Heavy & 21 Ride.
@@nathanwalsh3028 thanks, man! Big Beats sound smooth and cutting at the same time...lovely cymbals.
Best 2002 for a jazz or acoustic trio?
Paiste... built like a gun since 1901.
not a bad one in the bunch
Please start making 21 inch rides
24" 2002 Big Ride "Reverend Al's"
22" ride 👍
So there's just no such thing as a bad 2002 ride... these are all exactly my taste with moderate frequency fundamental differences.
Regular 22!
I heard the 18 ride on the MyCymbal channel and didn't sound as good as here.
👍
What?? Where’s the 24” ride?!?!
No 602's wow!
24” ride is missing
Alex Van Halen ride is the best
All great sounding but for.me 22 ride
Can you lovely people at Paiste please do another run of videos like this, but do more washing / crashing on the ride's. Or at least something to keep in mind for the future. These demo's are lovely, I just always find that ride demos in general often lack a wash portion.

класс
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
22” power kills. Where is the 24” ride? Blows that lame reverend ride away
You guys forgot the best ride ever made, the 24 inch 2002.
Bells are so small after playing my Z for years
They all sound anemic to me vs zildjian. Must be bad recording?
$500 for the 18 in Big Beat ride. It's just not worth being a drummer anymore
I have trouble with all of them. They all seem clangy. I'm not hearing the ping. For the extremely high prices you charge, these should be breathtakingly perfect
All sound amazing .22.for.me.2002
