    LOVING the 25 minute workouts. It fits so much better into my day and feels way more doable than the longer workouts. Less like a chore and more like fun! 👍🏻

    Diese Kombination ist fuer mich perfekt (dumbbell und back to basics strength exercises).
    Dein Herz klopft schneller, du schwitzt, du spuerst, dass etwas passiert, ... und das Gefuehl danach, dass man etwas erreicht hat, tut gut. Danke Amy.
    Die 25 Minuten ist natuerlich super, da viele Menschen heutzutage einen sehr anstrengenden Tagesablauf haben, aber 25 Minuten kann man dann doch noch irgendwie abzweigen, um Amy's Uebungen zu machen.
    Ich bin ein grosser Fan von Dir. Mach' weiter so.

    More Metcon please!!! Loved this format and all of the moves…. and it FLEW by. I imagine a 30-35 minute version of this would be awesome, as well!!

    This workout was awesome! It challenged me but also flew by so quickly. The mobility moves mixed in between the strength sets were a welcome respite but also worked the same muscle group targeted earlier. I enjoyed it so much that I wish there were one more circuit 😄 bookmarking as one of my favorites to revisit soon. Thank you for making these shorter but versatile workouts, Amy!

    I wasn't feeling well today or yesterday but told myself I can do anything for 25 mins and just show up and see. Feeling so much better and less achy right. 25 min workouts for the win!

    Love this short format, by the time I got to round 3 of each circuit I wasn't sure I would make it but was able to push through.

    Phew! That was intense but I loved it! Mountain climbers are always hard but in the context of this workout they were extra challenging. But I did it!

    Loved this. It was challenging and I really felt like I got a lot out of a little time. This is the first challenge I can fully commit to, since I always have 25 minutes to work out. I’m really enjoying it so far! And this format was great.

    I think I love Metcon❤️. Maybe we can do a little longer next time a 30 or 40 minute one. That would be great. Or a month If Metcon challenge!! Yes!!!

    I love the 25 -30 minute workouts! I'm a busy mom of 7 children, but this gives me time to do something for my health, because I must take care of myself, in order to care for others. You can't pour from an empty cup.
    I’ve used your workouts for 3-4 years.
    I'm originally from Southwest Virginia and my husband is a Hokie graduate; it's a small world.

    Good and sweaty! Really good with this Spotify playlist- the beat's a bit slower, but it works fine if you're 58 or older! Best of Rock 1972.

    This was great! Loved the format. I always think I'll have more time for exercise in the summer, but between doing things with my kids and a to-do list, that's not always the case. Short workouts that tire me out still make me feel accomplished while I try to fit it all in. Thank you!

    YES. Loved the challenge of MetCon. So many of your classes are already like this without the title.

    Short and easy, at least this one was very easy, or maybe after one week of everyday workouts,my energy and strength came back :)))) What i love the most are Hiit and compound movements, so this workout and similar, are my cup of tea:))) loved it!

    Your best advice for me was to remember to tuck my pelvis, I struggle with my abs and I couldn't figure out why but that was the trick for me! Thank you! I totally adore your workouts!
