I like how all of the five final boss blind symbols are card suits in nonstandard card decks. Acorns, bells, leaves and hearts are from the german deck, cups are in other decks, like the spanish one.
I love the little touches. Like all the legendary jokers being portraits of real jesters from history.

It's hilarious to me how this is the concept of half the mobile game ads he watches but those ads/games manage to be far too stupid to make it work.
It's still delisted on the European Nintendo eShop unfortunately. I would be playing it otherwise.

@@Calvin_Coolage There was an issue with PEGI upping the game's rating from 3+ to 18+ because of the game's gambling connotations.
It's Nintendo's policy to delist a game after a sudden change in PEGI ratings - it's a standard thing for Nintendo I gather. Playstack vehemently denies the game encourages gambling and are trying to get the game back up as soon as possible - it will be back up on the eShop sometime I'm sure.
Just have to wait a while. Hopefully not too long.

im so happy vin finally realized what "contains" means on the joker effects
DNA goes crazy one time I used it to absolutely fill my deck with mult ace of diamonds and kept spamming flush five (five of a kind + flush) and since I had the joker that gives every ace +20 chips +4 mult it went CRAZY.
Now imagine it with steel/glass aces with red seal
lol at Vinny once again having an aneurysm and throwing away cards that could have gotten him hundreds of thousands of points just so his first hand could be a specific type and then playing all his steel cards instead. Classic.
Seeing him pick up Fibonacci and then basically only utilizing it accidentally the rest of the run was wild

I can't believe Vinny got so much better at the game but then he still managed to squander that one run by repeatedly making the worst plays possible. YEAH BURN ALL YOUR DISCARDS BY DISCARDING ONLY ONE CARD AT A TIME AND THEN PLAY YOUR STEEL CARDS _YEH_
My PB is dying at 2.7 million points on that exact same blind, and I was so sure he'd get further than that. I was SHOCKED when he suddenly started misplaying so hard that he ended up with a WORSE score!!

I can see the appeal, but can this really be satisfying beyond the short term when it's mostly random/luck
idk what you define as 'short term' but i've played 20h of the demo and 50h of the full game so far, and i've seen a lot of people with more in both.
but to your point, part of the arc of the game is reducing the influence of luck on your success. that's basically what every tarot card does and there are plenty of other things you can buy that have the same effect. like if you've built your run around playing 3 of a kind and you have 35 aces in your deck, luck doesn't matter as much. there are a ton of ways to accomplish equivalent things for whatever build you're using and molding your deck into exactly what you need it to be is a huge part of the fun.
imo, you only end up needing to really rely on luck in the early game and at higher difficulties.

I'm not really understanding why you are REWARDED in this game for skipping blinds/rounds? I would think that it would make more sense to PUNISH the player, like you get the option to skip a tough round (that you are not sure that you can win) but you have to take a drawback for doing so. I guess there is something that I am missing or not understanding properly?
The drawback is that you might miss a joker or card enhancing chance that night help you with your Boss Blind, the boss blind if you're not prepared can straight up kill your run if you don't have any backups or way to pull yourself out if you're minmaxxing a certain type of hand or joker dependency.
Its a gamble, 1 free boost to pass on money and a shop that you can get multiple boosts from, also cant skip the boss blinds

@SamLovesMovies25 also to add to this, there are certain jokers that scale your run via economy or multiplier, where you do not want to skip blinds and need something seriously powerful to consider doing it

There are certain things that Vinesauce says that make my bullshit meter go from 0 to 1000000 in less than a second, and this is one of them.
How can it be so HARD to raid someone when LITERALLY all you have to do is type /raid + username and THAT'S IT?
Now, I know all the excuses he might come up with to justify it, but I honestly feel like deep down part of him is very immature and feel like he's too KOOL to grace anyone with his presence.
Vinny often mentions how he would try to act cool as a kid and teenager, and I feel like that immaturity never really died in him. It just evolved and adapted to his age, hiding under more layers of excuses and mental gymnastics, but always there to massage his ego a little bit. The status of having an audience, something desirable by many, and the high of not sharing it with anyone he considers "smaller" than him in the hierarchy.
Quite contradictory for someone who likes to LARP as this sort of "Mr Empathy emo Cobain wholesome guy"
But hey at least he's not Jerma with the cowardliness in which he allowed those blue hair groomers to take over his channel (yet)
