He is saying Xianzai.. Which means Now... Like @Raivazz said, the full sentence is Ni Xianzai Si... Which means now you die...it is Mandarin Chinese btw...
May I ask you why the back dash? I've seen many Shang players doing that. Is it easier to land the combo? I usually do that only in the corner if I want to keep my oppo in the corner.

It's almost always starter into Skulls that's the nature of the character. Morphing is the creative part of him tho but it's not as easy to pull off

Takes a bit of time to get used to but you can stick to the old one for consistency

timing on it is tight I played on medium, input shortcuts on, negative edge off

In some cases it gives you better gravity I tried it without bdash in this combo and it didn't work as good. The corner is a good example :)
