I love the cyma tri shot shotguns, but my one complaint is how hard you have to hold the pump grip in order to not slip off the untextured plastic when you prime the spring. It's literally two screws to remove the grip, so the fact that nobody has thought to make or 3d print a grip with a hand stop or a vertical foregrip for one of these shotguns astounds me.
As a seasoned player I never ever thought I would cheap out. Thanks to Matt and his review about the cyma trishot I bought it just to see the hype. 10/10 would recommend it. Those things are so much fun!
The CZ P09 was my first airsoft side arm and it finally wearing out after 5 years and honestly I am just waiting to see if someone will release a CZ P10
I remember when I bought a cyma shotgun from you guys .... I got sent a Lancer model but not only that it was broke refused to take it back and told me nothing was wrong with it...great customer service
I can personally vouch for the CYMA 870, I have a metal outer body version and that thing can take a beating and keep on ticking for sure. I've only had one malfunction with it, but that's my fault, did a mod to the pump to add a small hand strap, and I think the screw for it interfered with the pumping mechanism, but I did manage to fix it easily just by fiddling with the pump, and it was my fault anyway. I can highly recommend them not only as a first gun, but as a gun to keep in your car no matter what field you go to, as a back up in case your primarily goes down.
I'm surprised the H8R wasn't higher up the list! It's super neat for the price you pay. Adjustable hop, the picatinny, solid build quality and FIVE mags in your version for eighty bucks?? That's nuts! It's extremely reliable, can take a beating and depending on your country, not even the first shot out of the co2 cartridge will go over FPS/Joule limits.
big support to the bolt action springer, I had one as my first good ASG. never used it as a 'sniper' but I used it like a normal rifleman. it's got the range and power to reach out and get the guys who are too far for the normal AEG, or other springers. plus it will punch through more foliage with the right BBs, better than any others.
I am ABSURDLY surprised by the CZ P-09. When I really got into airsoft my first real sidearm was a KJW KP-08 Hi-Cappa. I would never have thought something would surpass that for quality and price to that margin.
I just looked up that KJW rifle and it is $120 on Evikes sight, so that makes me feel a certain way. I really love the company but what is put out in the videos needs to be what is actually going on. I'll be honest I have dropped alot of money into parts and guns from yall so it would definitely be appreciated to have accurate info going out to new/experienced players about your products and prices. An AEP is really not going to do anything on a field and you have to put upgrades into the Mateix to make it actually be competitive and you need magazines and gas for almost everything else. The shotgun is good for close to medium range but can be outraged by most M4's. I understand trying to help people on a budget but the best thing is to save up and buy what you really want instead of settling. Just my opinion
The KJW's hop-up is pretty garbage (and proprietary, so upgrades aren't really possible), extra mags are pricey, and it shoots way too hot for most fields. I wouldn't bother with it, you can build a solid DMR for not much more than the price of the KJW and a few spare mags. The one thing it does have going for it is that it's ridiculously light. If you 're a smaller guy going to an all-day milsim type event where lugging around a 10+ pound DMR will wear you out fast, and they allow you to bring a gun that shoots at around 450-475 FPS with 0.2s, it's not a bad option. However it's not really a cheap one either, especially since you'll probably need a decent sidearm too as no event is going to allow this thing without a MED.
I have the H8r and cyma shotgun and they are really good guns. Both of these would also work well together shotgun for close combat and h8r for the extra range. Keep in mind the H8r is a big bulky gun so if your not a fan of big pistols you might want to go for the blowback pistol. The H8r is not cheap polymer it is actually very solid. The H8r revolver and Cyma shotguns are very popular on the airsoft fields I see them here and there. From experience I love both of these guns. The h8r is a co2 gun not a gas. Co2 goes in the handle and the key for screwing in the co2 is built into the grip.
Hey sometimes you don't need a expensive gun to have fun I have a nice blowback berretta. But sometimes its fun to run around with my enforcer pistol that is like $30 but is actually good and really quiet when it shoots and the fps is decent.
I got the limited edition red H8R that comes with 10 discs and I love the thing so much, I'm not normally a fan of non moving parts but the thing just looks so Si-Fi that I can completely look over that. plus the disks are easy to shove in a jar of bbs and scoop them up into the chamber that I prefer it over loading each chamber of my webley revolver I've used forever. 😁👍
@@LewisVinyl as a indoor gun it's fun but using it outdoors or as a constant sidearm you might loose shells. I have an LMG so I don't use the pistol super often so it basically a decoration piece

I got into airsoft when I was 12, I’m now 16 going on 17 and don’t remember much and don’t have a lot of my older airsoft guns (not that I had many nice ones to begin with) but these seem like great choices, definitely gonna look into a couple of them.
I'm 14, and getting into airsoft, Im looking for my first gun, besides my springer 1911 that I got when I was 5, but it's illegal to take in public, because it didn't come with an orange tip
For under 100 I’d go with either a spring shotgun or sniper. I actually main both a VSR-10 by Cyma and the shotgun I forget what the model name is but I’m pretty sure its a Cyma too (can’t remember honestly) they were just a little over 100 but I got them on sale and they are still phenomenal to use
I’ve got products off evike before, but there so are wide selections that I just can’t find the perfect CO2 pistol. Affordable, durable, ranged, and perfect as is.
I own a CZ p-09 and it's an amazing pistol but mags are sold out everywhere! So much, in fact it was more convenient/cheaper for me to buy a another second-hand P-09 that came with 3 extra mags 😂
Nro 1 and 2 make for the Best combo. I have a Cyma M3 Super Shotgun as primary for CQB and to back it up if the enemy is too far away for the Shotgun to reach. i have the MK.1 Carbine with its Stock removed as a pocket sniper and oh boy does that take players off guard often, since they don't expect a Shotgun player to go from "oh no he is too far away 😮" to "No he is not 😎" in a second. Highly recommend if you want to take Shotguns for out door games. Extra points for the MK.1 Carbine since its quiet, perfect for those sneaky situations 🤫
About 4 or 5 years ago an academy ak74u style aeg was what got me started. It was actually pretty cool, metal gearbox, metal Body and folding stock. Nunchuck battery. And it was only like 80$ on sale. Was really fun. But nothing compared to like lancer tactical stuff or anything above 150$

I also have spas 12 and a fabarm stf 12 shotguns and man are they so fun to shoot, and yes very intimidating, I don't know how many people I have made players surrender when they see me coming. I have many more but these are the one that cost me less than 100 dollars and they are great and fun.
I have a cyma tri shot full metal based on the benelli m4 platform and I love it! My only qualm is make sure that when you get one that the bolt that holds your stock in place is fastned tightly you need a long allum key ( don’t remember the size) to fit up the tube
In my opinion, all of these are solid except the two rifles. The kjw isn’t accurate enough for the high FPS it’s putting out so it can’t really be used as a sniper. The other spring powered bolt action is a good choice, but it will not perform like all of the sniper youtubers’ guns without a lot of upgrades so don’t expect to be like novritsch with a stock sniper rifle.

Even though the Umarex P99 is the only gun I have that's not a springer, I would definitely recommend it. It feels nice in the hands in every possible way, and the 12g Co2 canisters are super cheap, $32 for 50 of em. If you add the price up from the gun and the canisters, it adds up to $101, just barely in the budget.

I bought mine years ago, and someone made and sold a CNC machined rail for it way back when.
