EvoIV Owner lol. Was thinking the same thing. The Volvo looks nice btw.
Ha ha . Same
I don't even own a car 😂
Have you never watched porn? 😆
To me if this rocked up when i called someone out to clean and detail my car, I'd see it as something better than a well layed out van. For me this looks more like someone who's into their cars and is going to do a good job whilst also being careful. which is what you want
Bingo! To me working vans with big water tanks signify quantity over quality.
This is true. However, a nice tricked out caddy van or transporter with mint paint and well looked after would offer the same thing but be able to conveniently carry all the gear you could ever need.
So I take it you never have to carry any water cause all your now clients offer their own taps and power outlets?
I guess it limits your client base if you need them to provide them though.
Car Cleaning Guru amazing job fitting your equipment into your stunning hot hatch. I too love my vehicle detailing and detail my family's cars for them and along the way try to teach them on the safest methods of looking after their pride and joy and I've converted my dad and a few others so far into looking after their cars properly through watching your videos and many other car detailing videos. once again great job looks nice neat tidy and easy to access.
love your use of vocabulary and metaphors, "..fits as tight as a first gear hairpin"
Felt like I was listening to an episode of Art Attack haha!
i thought exactly the same
You hit the nail on head there!
Needs more PVA Glue
you're THE top dog in this game. Well done!
Map Man agreed
Anyone else think the Guru;s voice sounds like Neil Buchanan from Art Attack?
Keep up the awesome work Guru, and love the C30

Watching your videos is like watching David Attenborough narrated documentaries but for cars 😄👌🏼
Great video as always always good videos to relax and enjoy.
The moment that Kranzle snuggled in to space was a bloody satisfying one.
As a lorry driver who self loads/unloads as well as a car detailing enthusiast I found this video very satisfying! Ride looks well too!
Its amazing that you were able to squeeze everything in without even folding down the rear seats, nicely done!
Who needs a rickety old van!
Never judge a book by its cover!! Keep the nice work Guru!
That is one SWEET RIDE! I absolutely LOVE that PoleStar blue on the Volvo! One of the most gorgeous colors that Volvo has ever graced their magnificent vehicles with. One of the best hot hatches ever created by one of the most innovative vehicle companies in the world. Guru videos are some of the best videos on UA-cam.
I've watched this twice now just love how a wagon can be so practical I'm so going to start my own in my own wagon thanks guru your the best mate 👍 😀
I actually detail out of R53 mini cooper! Works amazing honestly
I'm planning to do this mazda 3 hatch. I must wondering if I should invest in generator or use resident power supply.
This is awesome. I have been doing this exact set up for 6 months and it makes me so happy knowing that a professional is doing the same thing.
Hopefully I get a reply to this as I’ve always wondered, how do you get access to a water source please ? Like what is the customer has no hose tap etc....
I'd hardly call a hot hatch impractical... now if you were detailing out of a Miata that would be a different story.
or a motorcycle
that would be one of the most badass things that exist
One answer
Roof rack.
Correction two
Miata is always the answer
F*****g Mazda :')

Last year I was winter camping in Finland for a month and the car I originally had planned out my trip with (150PS Golf IV Variant with a Roof Rack)
broke down shortly beforehand. So I had to resort to a 90PS FWD C30.
we managed to fit:
2 Adult Persons
1 Big Ass tent
2 Thermo Sleeping Bags
2 Bed pillows to sit on.
6 Blankets
1 Set of emergency tools for the car
1 5L Emergency Diesel Canister
1 10kg Sack of Rice (don't ask)
20M of Rope
3 4X4m Tarps
Cooking Supplies
A Grill
A Gas Stove
Axes and Shovels and general heavy tools
some real bulky winter clothing
Canned food and spare clothes for weeks
And a lot of stuff I probably don't remember right now.
After 1/4 into our trip the car was completely filled to the roof with stuff.
And I mean it. our rearview mirror and our rear windshield was absolutely useless. But we managed to pull through.
You can really fit a whole lot of gear into a small car if you know what you're doing.
Does anybody else find the Gurus voice strangly soothing and calming 🙄?
People from the U.K. (Ireland, Scotland, Great Britain etc.) generally tend to have a gentle cultivated lilt in their voices.
Who needs a van ? This just goes to show how particular you are and how much attention to detail you have . Great work and another interesting video mate 👍
GREAT JOB! Hardly any van gets better than 15mpg - hot hatch for the WIN!!!!!!
Thinking about buying a C30 so this was very interesting seeing how much you could get in to it.
I like the fact that people still get what they want instead of worrying about practicality all the time. Want is always the first consideration, need is a close second :)
First off, nice car. Was really surprised you got that lot in with the C30 having a narrow hatch. To methodically get everything exact and In it’s place shows your attention to detail. Also your car is a mobile advert for your detailing abilities. If it turned up to my house looking pristine and swirl free I would be confident that my car was in good hands.
buck3366 glad to know im not the only one thinking this
You've made the impossible possible Joe - making packing a car interesting! 🤣 Seriously, great job! 👍
C30 is legend.
Yeah; were it not for insurance reasons, I'd likely have a hot-hatch like that one also!
A V50 T5 like mine would be useful but having said that, being in the smaller C30 actually keeps everything contained - in the open space of an estate or van those items they would fly about. So I like the C30 works well, plus its Rebel Blue and cool as hell. Nice one
RichieT5 agreed
RichieT5 a v70 R would be a cool upgrade though
I’m not sure which impresses me more, your professional packing ability or your articulate and eloquent use of language.
Love it. Im an electrician and drive a BMW Z4. I use it to take my tools around but only in the boot. I don't put anything work related anywhere else unless it's new clean material
That's my goal haha.
Fella, thanks, hugely enjoyable channel, brilliant editing, narrative and production ... Top drawer ... Subscribed after just two vids ... Now going through them all
Top work. Whilst not ideal, you're making the best of what you've got. If someone turned up to detail my ride in a sporty number, I'd probably spend more time talking to them about cars than letting them get on with the job.
Usually what ends up happening!
Love the detail on your work. Even more impressive that your work vehicle is your hatch!
So satisfying seeing everything fit nicely
I live in the states mate and miss the English accent. Im a soft southern bastard. Love your videos mate... Ammo NYC and you are the best. No fuss just top level work.!!!! LOVE it
That fact that you found a t5 rebel blue C30 with low miles blows my mind, congratulations on buying the sexiest hatch around (from a proud C30 owner😉)
Brilliant!, just as I would expect from you . Love organized people. David in Seattle. 😎
Who says you can't enjoy the fruits of your labour while you are labouring? Another great video Guru!
I get the feeling you are a professional Tetris player too ! Love your videos stay awesome and have a epic 2018 :)
I bow to your spatial genius!
Hi there mate. I love detailing and I want to get very deep into it. I started off following AMMO nyc and Pan the Organizer then one day one of your videos came up and to be very very honest, you are my favorite detailer on youtube. I love your videos and I have to say that I love you car mate! The colour, all details, even the tires are beautiful. It is a perfect car for a detailer. Hahaha. Yesterday I was talking to my boss about your car.
Take care mate. Regards and thanks for all your effort in teaching us.
I detail out of a Mazdaspeed3 and it's pretty awesome. Having to consolidate things ended up decreasing my overall detail time too, so that's a bonus.
Love this video! Just recently acquired a hot hatch myself and do the same for work so my boot also looks the same, just goes to show you can have a nice car and be practical at the same time!
so you legit got the smallest hot hatch aviable on the market its good to see it works for you. btw i love your voice overs.
I feel very identified with you, because I also manage my mobile autodetailing business from my daily vehicle, a 1997 Nissan Primera (that is, I have even less space than you in your Volvo)
I love your channel, I wish you to continue having much more success
Checks subscriptions.. "Guru recently uploaded".... Dinner will just have to wait!
V70 R needed lol
Ron Jam true
V70 is the best practical wagon and fast enouch
I originally posted to ask what area you cover but since seen that you cover a radius of 100 miles of Merseyside. I'm in Bedfordshire which will be too far for you to travel but I wish I knew of someone as thorough and professional as you. I have all the gear to clean my car but it takes an age to do and it's more of a chore then a pleasure for me. Thanks for all the videos you provide.
Bazza not wanting to piggy back this post but I am a fixed base / mobile detailing service based in sandy, Bedfordshire and cover 40 mike radius. Give me a call should you ever need anything! Instagram: @3nine7detailing
Will do. Thanks.
Before watching the video.... welcome back after a month
Alex Top Assuming you're not joking, appreciate how much work goes into putting a video together. A detail is an all day job and scripting, editing and producing a finished video takes time. 👍
Glad to see Henry had a seat belt too!

I stand corrected sir
Great video! Quick question regarding water, I imagine you make it clear you're going to hook up to customers water supply rather than lugging around a baffled tank?
Yes. I don’t really approach new customers offering a fully mobile service anymore so it’s rarely an issue. Needed a self contained van back in the day though.
I am a Detailer in Dallas. If you ever want to warm up for a few weeks let me know and we can swap locations for awhile. LOL
Great video as always
Gosh, you even manage to make loading a boot interesting mate. I watched the whole video. Keep up the great work.
never been able to get a van so all my work is done with my seat leon had to fit a fold away tow bar and trailer for the times i do need a water tank. I know the pain of finding the space for all the gear. well done bud.
I'd be psyched if a sweet c30 R pulled up. Love that car
Damn bro that's awesome !!!!! I was thinking I would have to look for a van , this video blowes that idea away . you just proved that you can use a small car for detailing .
great video. I do part time valeting out of 3 series coupe, the boot opening is tight but it's quite a deep boot and the rear seat also fold down. with a bit of initiatives you can make anything work
Love your videos and your calming voice. I can listen to you all day. Good stuff Guru! Thanks for sharing.
That was a Master Class in packing.
because a hot hatch is smaller than a van so it should take less time to detail. gotta keep it looking nice since its you rolling example of your work.
This is great and a fantastic example of using what you have!!
I’m more impressed with the fact he made it all fit with the backseats up.
Love this guy's attention to detail!
Well now I've watched this, I'm late for work!🤣 I'll won't be telling my boss I was watching a bloke load and unload his car!
Love the setup. Definitely inspires me to build a similar setup in my mk6gti.
Its probably going to be a nightmare changing a flat tire... besides that, great work! Love how organized you are!
great to see mate! i also detail out of a hatch customers are fine with water and power usage!
You can't get rid of George, he is the best!
Love seeing how you organize, this was a pleasure.
5 door car would be a better for practicality but I admire Guru for the genius gear organisation. Hats off for that. So much packed in so little amazing. I've seen packed vans and probably some guys towing more than ever needed, or they use some tools on a rare. Well done guru. Why nobody mentioned as an option, small trailer as example?
Nice one. Been seriously contemplating using my tuned Prodrive Impreza to do the same. Saves me buying a van.
Do it, vans are boring!
They are. Had a fully customised pick up the last time. The amount of work it got me was crazy, as no one had seen anything like that.
I thought I was the only one! The working hot hatch is a wonderful thing.
Why am I watching this lol. Nice motor, was stunned how much stuff you got in. My cars dont fit much apart from my tip run car, a peugeot 307 xsi where I've even put 8 foot fence posts inside, obviously protected the interior.
Thank you very much i have a hatchback as well and do detailing out of it and your set up gave me great idea to have more space you rock
Top video bruv. Having been a detailer for years but coming out of the trade altogether and! Just purchasing a c30... now taking on some private work. This video couldnt have been more relevant.
Great vid and hope your busy. Havent missed valeting in the winter but good character building lol. All the best mate
Wow very impressive you know how to make a packed space look well used and very neat good stuff 👍👍
I bought a 'Rhino Boot Liner' for my Scirocco to chuck my bike in the boot, highly recommended!
I mean, I'm detailing out of an XC90 V8 Sport so I love this concept!
I only wish I had a vehicle like this one. I like it 👍👍 I saw you using the tote for your chemicals in another video and I gotta say I had to have one. And boy does it make everything alot easier to carry around and close to you for when you need to grab chemical or brush and makes it look more professional
Another superb video, nice to see behind the scenes 🤣👍👍👍
Really good to see you back....... great video as always plus I've always loved those motors 👍👌
Best detailer on UA-cam.
HAHAHA fuck off, better than White Details???
McT740052 or ammo nyc
Ammo NYC all the way
But guru is good!
Nice I detail out of a 4 door lol I play Tetris everyday w that trunk space but it works👌 less gas less Maintenance and parking can fit anywhere
Exactly, so many jobs I’d have to park down the road if I had a van!
Who'd have thought watching someone load the boot (or trunk) of their car would be so enjoyable!
This is awesome. I detail out of my 2 door wrangler JK and have a very similar setup. I get so many heads turning from a decked out and perfectly detailed Wrangler with my company name across it. Much more than some van...
I've been debating between that Kranzle K1322TS like you have or the K1122TST.
I'd suggest a subaru forester xt ! Those things are tanks, fun to drive and super super practical ! Tons of space its crazy !!
You could free up some space by ditching the yellow knee pad and getting some snickers “carpet fitters knee pads” of foam ones. I use them every day and once they’re broken in after 3/4 days you don’t even notice them and they’re in your trousers.
And always keep up the good work 👍🏼
Yeh keep meaning to pick a pair of those up!
Keep up the good content man !
You should make a video on hardware for beginners who want to start detailing on there own.
Pretty cool setup
Great video mate. Redundancy looming I'm thinking to use my crazy puma as a detailing car you gave me hope I will start the business
Haha finally got round to watching tbus one after the readers rides went out. Not to worry, hopefully before too long the little micra will be detailed and ready for some nice photos!
Another great video guru highly recommend metrovac been using mine for 5 years great bit of kit👍👍
Another great video, if your ever passing coventry feel free to pop in for a brew
Best video I've ever watch great set-up . Now Believe my Octavia vrs boot will be ug big enough to start detailing this summer .thanks
This is absolutely brilliant. Love your setup!
I detailed out of my Civic for a good bit. Can fit a pressure washer, a shopvac, two 5 gallon buckets, polishes/compounds in bags, wash mitt, and in the backseat went my microfiber cloths, pads, and polisher, as well OS some bottles of various items. Pretty easy to do, but working at other people's homes where they often had zero shade (or vehicles too big to fit into their own garage! looking at you, Ford F-series Superduty) would turn an 8 hour inside out detail into a multi day ordeal.
Now that I've switched to Optimum no rinse for most washes (although this requires an inspection of the vehicle before hand, but most people have hoses they don't mind me using if I need to for rinsing and such) I can carry significantly less, with all I need to wash the car being contained in two buckets.
There's a few places that actually specialise in rinsless car valeting, they kind of make it their usp and tie it in with being "eco friendly". Not a bad idea if you're targeting the car park crowd where quantity and convenience is key but you'd ideally still want on board water to fill your buckets afresh very time.
yeah I filled them before leaving with distilled water. was actually much quicker to wash it this way because i didn't have to set up anything or deal with rinsing things off or filling up buckets with soap in them or anything, just clean one panel at a time and dry it, then move on to the next.
I love your voice 😂😂😂 it’s like a documentary voiceover 👍
Amazing how much you can get in a C30 even with the rear seats in place. Interesting video and look forward to more car washes in the months ahead.
I understand wasn’t having a winge , just enjoy watching your videos
Very well done Sir👍
