- Welcome to a day at the CrossFit Ranch, where the CrossFit Games originated! Come along as Games Director, Dave Castro, gives us full tour of the ranch and shows us where some of the first CrossFit Games events took place! What I love most about CF is the unapologetic American way of life & the lifestyle of doing hard things sprinkled throughout! Also, the guns & the shooting. Just unashamed of being warriors & carrying with you a warrior mindset. Also, love my 1911s

Great video, like that Dave is humble and will sacrifice hisself against a very fit and younger athlete. Also really dig he let them shoot a .22LR vs a high power rifle. Getting fit, hospitality, community, having fun etc is what CrossFit is all about.
