This makes me happy. 24 hours of Spa was the hook that caught my attention for professional Motorsport late one evening. WEC was what cemented my love of it. This is such fantastic racing! Your colour commentary is really outstanding. Levels of generational knowledge, when you talk about the history of these cars from their earliest versions right up to the very present moment is appreciated!
So do you guys watch this all straight through? Do you see the start, skip around a bit, and watch the end? I'm trying to follow WEC this year but the length is overwhelming. So far it's great because I can watch a full race's worth of action, doze off, wake up, and see a whole other race haha. I even know someone that has a le mans watch party. How does that work as adults?!
Man my heart hurts for Peugeot. Was rooting for them to hold on to 2nd but the 9X8's unfortunately notorious unreliability had to rear its head right at the end😭

@@mcgoo721 I get it. I think they’re probably gonna have a few wild card tracks every season. Keep exposing new crowds to WEC. Love that they’re running COTA and Interlagos. Phenomenal tracks. Great racing. It looks like they got the formula right to keep costs down and get the manufacturers back. I don't miss LMP2 one bit. One suggestion: If you are going to keep that giant board on all the time taking up a third of the screen, how about switching between lap times and intervals, and keep them on all of the time? If you are not at the race, it is impossible to know who is catching whom. I can't be the only one thinking this. Showing the interval between the cars only once an hour is simply annoying.
