Mazda R100 Restoration Part 1 - Quarter Repair

  • Getting started on the Mazda R100 restoration by tackling the nasty, crumpled quarter panel area first. I was supplied a rusty donor cut so I remade the outer lower quarter on that, then unpicked the car itself to remake and replace all of the inner layers (wheelarch, inner quarter and boot floor). The boot lid was severely warped by the sandblaster so I will be remaking a new boot lid too as they don't seem to be readily available. The taillight section and beaver are not yet attached as I might be remaking them also.
    Cheers and thanks for watching!
