  • Toyota F1 were a team that had title winning aspirations from the very beginning, but they never really got close to realising this dream and ultimately saw their demise at the end of the 2000's. This video goes through the story of Toyota's demise.

    I would love to see Toyota back in F1. They weren't a bad team that had a lot of misfortune the minute they came into the sport. Which meant they had to play catch-up. I remember watching them when Ralf first joined the team. The season and the following they looked very competitive

    Did Toyota have double diffuser? I can't remember anyone talking about it and nothing available on Google also

      Toyota started the 2009 season with a double diffuser yea, along with Williams and Brawn

      Was unfortunate his engine blowing in that crazy race. And yes, very sad. Trulli dedicated his podium at the French Grand Prix to him

      @@SportSighted my point was had toyota leaving had anything to do with that. Also that a major rule change didn't change Toyota's fortuntes
