im still using the Lexicon PCM plugins - but i don't think they'll be making it apple silicon compatible. (who knows?) Other reverb plug ins i like: Eventide ultraverb - my favorite tracking reverb (low latency, very lush) H9 Spring reverb UAD: Capitol Studios, EMT140, EMT250, Lexicon 480L Altiverb: for classical, jazz
Thanks for the Video ✨ I had the MPX 1 …its a very cool Reverb. I had some fantastic PCM 90 Presets for the MPX programed & based on the 90. You can dump them over Sysex into the MPX (User Presets 200 and above). Let me know if you like to have them (free). ✌️✨
I love this! I have been contemplating how to do this with my console recently. Your solution is the only one I have been able to come up with as well. Its reassuring to see someone else having the idea!
yeah, it's such a disappointment that the company functionally doesn't exist anymore and doesn't seem to be interested in making an Apple Silicon version.
Great video. And great assortment of gear you have. Funny, I’d just connected my PCM 70 to my SSL Matrix this afternoon. Bizarre, actually. I’d heard great things about the software bundle, thanks for demonstrating how you’ve routed the plug-in from your DAW. Routing a plug-in reverb to the desk has been on my list of things to try. BTW, it appears your studio is less than an hour from my home. Here’s to one subscriber closer to that decoder ring. 🍻 : )
As a fellow Steinberg/Cubase Pro user, this is another interesting and helpful vid - thanks! On a completely different topic: Would you happen to know of any good patchbay labeling software? I recently did a fairly big upgrade and added 96pts but the patchbays didn't come with any label strips. Yes! The EQ shootout would be great! Looking forward to that... That's a snazzy new intro you've got there, as well! :) Cheers from Toronto.
ty! my wife made the intro 🙏 - so the template that I used was designed for the patchbay that I'm using. REDCO made them - just EXCEL. I had to tweak the magnification when printing to make it fit. You can download that from Redco's website. Another option is Ben at Trace audio I think is offering custom patchbay labels as a service. He's very cool, and his prices are always reasonable.
@@hopetownsound A talented couple indeed! Thanks for that info. I'll look into the TRace Audio option. The 2 I just added are 'Audio Accessories'; I was quite surprised and a bit disappointed that they didn't ship with labels. Cheers!
So I’m totally interested in if you not use the Lexicon plugin anymore what reverb plugins would use and on what sources? Thanks.

AA are quite common - markertek has some kind of generic label. Just Google patchbay label Markertek.
Was the intro song mixed by you?
no, that was just some stock music
