"how to eat candy"
Finally, a tutorial.
A step by step guide 😮💨
“You know what else isn’t convenient…dying early”😂 Great quote
It isn’t
Bro, iove you... was recently diagnosed with fatty liver, and your recipes are making me feel like i might not actually have to lose all the joy in my life... thankyou
You have great recipes and a personality made for UA-cam !
Thank you :)
You are just so much fun to watch. I found your channel about 3 weeks ago and I've been watching your videos ever since. GREAT personality and great recipes. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
Thanks so much!! 🙂
I made this tonight and it was so good. Tasted different than u thought it would but I loved it.
I used cake batter extract in the egg whites with 18 grams of erythitol and monk fruit.
I topped it with 14 grams mini chocolate chips. 10 grams reeses peanut butter baking chips and 10 grams butterscotch chips.
I also made 6 grams of chocolate pb2 and 6 grams pb2 both mixed with about 20 grams of sugar free syrup for the drizzle. So good.
I ordered the cookie extract just waiting for it to arrive.
That sounds awesome! Nice job getting creative. So happy you enjoyed bro!
Last night I was just googling like crazy for “chocolate bar volume hacks” 😭 so glad I found this!! It’s amazing
It was meant to be!
You just single-handedly solved my Halloween problem!
Phewww just in time 😂
Excellent video as always. You are one of three youtubers I have notifications turned on for. You truly are my favorite channel for low calorie delicious food. I love the stuff you create (funny, helpful, delicious)and love how you give us ideas how to tweak things to change the recipe if we want. I have cooked more in the last six months than in my whole life 😄
I also want to thank you for always putting the recipe, directions, and macros either in the description or a pinned comment. I hate when they want to sell their cookbook or want you to watch the video six times so they dont put it anywhere and delete people's comments if they write them out. Yes I could write it down but I appreciate the way you do it! It's much easier to follow along and put the ingredients into my tracking app I use.
You are truly appreciated ❤️
Appreciate you so much my man! This means a lot to me. Thank you fr :)
I just made this with cake batter extract and it was so delicious! Thanks for the amazing recipe, Rahul!
Woohoo glad you enjoyed!!
That was my plan first time use cake batter extract, then vanilla, and Maple. Super excited to also put the pb2 and syrup with some reeses peanut butter baking chips.
Your egg whipping and exercise routine is the best. Your channel is really growing. That’s awesome!!
Thanks so much! Gotta get leg day in yk!
With all the extracts that are out there, I can imagine the crazy flavor combinations people can pull off! Thanks for sharing this!
Can def get creative with this!
Sugar Free Maple Syrup was send down from the heavens from the dessert gods.
FR!!!
I was just messing with cloud bread and cloud cookies this past week. Glad to see this recipe! Thanks :-)
Ooh sounds awesome!
So happy I just found your channel this morning! Can't wait to try all your recipes thank you for sharing!
Welcome! Glad you found the channel! Keep me posted on whatcha make
Your videos are so inventive! It would be cool to see some cost-focused (cheap) recipes too!
Coming soon! 👀
Thanks for putting all the information in the description
I got you!
A candy omelette!! 😂😂😂
You are hilarious!! 💕
That’s also a burrito!
You are by far my favorite cooking channel
Thank you ❤️
glad to see your channel growing more n more lately, you rly deserve it !!!! thank you for another awesome recipe ‼️
Thank you so much! All because of you guys, appreciate you fr!
Ooooh *mouth watering*... Thank you so much!!!!
🕺🙌
I been wanting meringue lately - love the texture and it feels fancy; will try something like this. Good ideas, including the PB2/syrup combo.
Pb2 syrup combo is too good
Thanks for this recipe, I might try this for my younger brother and myself thanks 😊
Keep me posted if you do!
I like mint chocolate and like peanut butter/cookie dough/speculoos!
Anything pb and I’m down!
another banger. lunchables dessert pizza vibes
If only lunchables made this lol
One of my favorite candy bars is the Reese's cups, and I absolutely love Reese's pieces as well...and also those Reese's peanut butter chips! My top favorite candy bar was discontinued ages ago, and it was called a Butternut Bar!
Woah what’s a butternut bar! If it’s anything with peanut butter I bet I’d like it!
Yep I love watching you invent things I will be making this
Hahaha thank you!
Haha, why you be eating things all sensual 🤣 lol I like your videos tho! All the goodies you make! 😉
Lolol I’m just enjoying the food
Lol Must be good good 😘
❤😂 love your channel
Thank you!
Awsome idea
Thank you!
defo need to try all these different extracts they seem so good
They really are!
Rahul, I know you can do this. 1. Make a cloud bread pumpkin pie, I used the cookie cloud bread recipe you used; and froze it with the pumpkin (just 2 cans of pure pumpkin, stevia, 1 egg white, xhantum gum, cinnamon, pumpkin spice.) after you cook it freeze it. (Trust me) 2.A 50 calorie or less even 0 calorie hot chocolate
I’ve thought of this too!! I feel like using cloud bread for a pie would be really good! And 0 cal hot chocolate I neeeeed that!
I second Reese's PB cups, but I also loved Kit Kat bars.
Those might be the 2 best candys
KitKat Kamp here!!!
Socially Awkward / Awesome Penguin Meme: Doesn't want a workout by hand whisking; Does squats while using electric beater.
LOL trueeee 😅
Just discovered your channel yesterday and have been watching so many vids I love it and I subbed
Welcome! I’m so happy you’re enjoying the vids
That looks like insanely good, like a healthy peanut butter souffle!
🙌🙌
Fancy!
@@RahulKamat the way i see it it’s literally french toast without the toast 🤤
I like the way you think 😎
@@RahulKamat I make your recipes. My son has lost some weight.
Your head is 'ginormous';😂 soooh funny and self-effacing for one so handsome. Were you once a chub? Probably explains it. Anyway, you are a breath of fresh air. Thanks for helping folks in such a charming way?
I’m such a huge fan you inspire me!
Thank youuuu!!
Rahul is saving my life rn sweet cravings satiated on a cut what more could one need
I got you!!
Great video as always Rahul! I wonder if you could make a savory version like garlic bread with this :o
Def could! I wanna try
Oh i juat had a fun idea with this! Spread out a littke thinner over a larger cookie sheet (careful not to squish out any of your air) make everytjing else the same... but after the second baking period with the candy, roll it up like your candy burrito, but then slice to make lil candy pinwheels :)
I'm a crazy gummy fiend. Would you perhaps revisit your gummy recipe sometime and see if a sour version is doable?
It’s citric acid which you can actually buy online!
@@musmic17 excellent! Thank you so much. I love sour gummies
I’ve heard citric acid has worked well for others in that gummy recipe!
idk if you live in the us but i highly reccomend the sour gummies from project 7! the gummy worms are unreal for a rly good portion size n only 60kcal per bag.
@@yuphorias thank you for the recommendation! I'll definitely try them
Seriously I want to make all these recipes!!!
Keep me posted if you try any!
boom! another banger of a video
My guy!!
just remade this for the nth time, your recipes never miss !!!! 😁😁 ty again for this banger lol
Lets gooo! Glad you’re enjoying! Thank youu
'Thanks for helping folks in such s charming way!' is my statement, not a question (my fingers too fat ?) 😂
I currently have your 2 ingredient brownies in the oven right now, this came on right after that video....now I'm going to have to make this dessert too lol. I love that your recipes are simple, have protein but a little bit of sweetness and so easy to make with everyday ingredients! Thank you for the recipe! 😊
Candy burrito, yummy!! My favorite would have to be Reese's peanut butter cups. Actually, anything chocolate and peanut butter does the job!!
Pb chocolate is such a good combo!
@@RahulKamat The best!!!!
😂😂😂 I lived a century ago when powdered peanut butter didn’t exist 😅😅😂😂… I love the idea of using sugar free maple syrup!! ❤ my favorite candy is Heath or Rocky Road for kids candy but I prefer Godiva or more … my obsession would be Chuao Chocolatier Bar with Potato Chip 👅👅 -OMG
Godiva is too good! I wanna try choc bars w potato chips, sweet and salty sounding good
@@RahulKamat chocolate potato chip is addicting. So good. If you ever really want to try it it’s at Walmart. Btw have you tried Quest Tortilla Style Protein Chips loaded taco flavor? Only 5 carbs 5 fat 0 sugar a bag .. just found them and they’re good.
Thanks Rahul. Before this I did not know how to eat candy. Now I know how to eat candy.
Now you know! Phew 😮💨
He’s sweeter than the candy!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
You’re great! Thank you! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks Brenda!
The way you beat the egg whites is everything.
A skill I’m working on 🙏
When you first started I was like wtf is this egg candy thing he's done come up with. Halfway through I was like oh f yeah I'm making this for sure.
LOL I’m glad you’re on board now 🤝
I loved this recipe, it looks really delicious! By the way can we please get a recipe for a Reese's pieces low cal cake?
Ooh that sounds so good! Sounds interesting
@@RahulKamat btw I do appreciate it how often you upload since I know it can be hard getting ideas and then trying to make a recipe.
I love doing this, it’s my pleasure! Especially interacting with you guys in the comments! Thanks so much for the support
The burrito form is superior!
Everything is better in burrito form right
“After two minutes of beating” 2 minutes for me would triple my PR😏
Gotta progressive overload 🙏
you are using cheats in real life, and i love it
🙌🕺😎
You make some good stuff my guy! Thanks for this! Could you also do vegan alternatives? That would be freaking awesome!
Def wanna do some vegan recipes! Thanks!
@@RahulKamat Awesome! Super excited to see them. I wish lots of luck! & you’re very welcome!
Can you use an air fryer with parchment paper instead of the oven? If so what settings would be ideal? Thank you my guy!
Def could! Just bake lower temp for more time so it doesn’t burn, prob 275 deg F
Thanks for your delicious videos! Which sales syrup do you use?
I got it linked in the description!
What size cookie sheet? How deep to spread meringue? Appreciate if recipes include whipping times, etc. I don’t want to have to go back to video when I am in the kitchen. Thank you.😊
All up to you! You can spread it as thick or thin as you like. Also whip until stiff peaks, the time varies for everyone
Reeses is my jam
Mine too!!
Thank you; this is great.
Thanks for watching!
This looks amazing…..
🕺🙌🕺
good one
Thanks!
I'd have to cut that up smaller since I could never finish something that large since my surgery... I mean I would want to but the stomach would not be happy with my choice LOL.
Could make small squares outta these to make it multiple portions!
The magician at work again!!!
Could you use foil instead of parchment?
It might stick on foil bro, you’d have to grease it up well
Use a non stick spray like Pam if you have it. I have used butter or olive oil and used a paper towel to spread it and soak up extra.
The only negative is adding calories but if you use 0 calorie spray and don't use a lot it will only add 10-20 calories.
White chocolater kinder bueno is elite tier
Fr!? I’ve never had it
@@RahulKamat YOU HAVE TO!! You don't know what you are missing 🤣
"after two minutes of beating, you have foamy, thick eggs" - Rahul Kamat, 2022
also this was uploaded on my birthday - amazing birthday present!!!!!!
Hahaha had to do it for your birthday
Do your carb counts for the recipe include all the carbs from the erythritol?
No it doesn’t, I don’t count those bc they’re sugar alcohols and don’t have cals
Commenting for the UA-cam algorithm
🤝🙌
Can you make a chocolate bar recipe
I def wanna!
You made me laugh so hard...again 🙈
😎😎😎
Just made it! Not bad!
🕺
@@RahulKamat would
Like to know what u ate inna day to lose that weight?
Hey there Rahul, I love your delicious dessert ideas. Quick question, have you ever had a strange reaction from eating the Xanthan gum?
Nope but I use it in extremely small quantities
Another way to get your candy in is doing protein ice cream or creami ninja ice cream with candy inside
Def!
i made this for my kids and they loved it
Woohoo awesome!!
I am so doing this, just in time for spooky season
Candy szn!
Oh my goodness 😮
I would love this if it was crispy. Would it crisp up if you left it in longer but on lower temp? Or would stay soft and just burn?
I think if you bake it long enough on a low temp it would get crispy, but you’d have to also add more sweetener to make a meringue/pavlova kinda sheet
Just discovered your channel-- great stuff!! At 56-- with years of candy under my belt-- I *am* getting to deal with (reverse!) Type 2 Diabetes. Wish your video was around when I was your age, but UA-cam-- and Rahul, for that matter-- weren't invented yet. Love me the Reese's, but Heath or Butterfinger claims top spot. Any way, thanks again. Oh-- and buy yourself a carton of egg whites! Unless you like the extra work, and feeding yolks to your dog ;-)
Whatttt heath or butterfinger over reeses!?!? No way!!! Haha but welcome Joe! So glad you found the channel! And keep at it man that’s awesome you’re working on getting your health/diabetes in check
"Everyone wants to eat candy!"
Me who lived with type 1 diabetes for 20+ years: "I have no such weaknesses."
Honestly tho this looks fantastic, I actually have a bunch of interesting essences in my pantry so i might try this out!
Get creative and keep me posted if you do!
Quick question, can I eat this even tho I don't workout? I mean as long as something fits into your calorie budget, you can eat it, right?
Yes for sure!
heath bars and then peanut butter and chocolate!
Oooooh 🤯
Almond joy by far my favorite and 100 grand bars
Really!? Those are no where near my fav
@@RahulKamat it's weird, I know. No one in my family likes coconut . Something about chocolate and crisped rice together. I think it's the crunch that always gets me.
Reese's cups are my fave too
The best fr!
Does it stiffen like a merengue once cool?
It doesn’t it stays pretty soft and fluffy
I wonder how he meets his calories goals for the day if all his recipes are under 100 calories 👁👄👁
I for sure do lol, I like food too much
@@RahulKamat you gotta show us what your weekly/daily meal prep is cause it’s unbelievable how low calorie your recipes are 😭
Where did you get the cookie butter extract?
You can get it on Amazon amzn.to/395UhTh
Egg whites, water and air are my go to options for max volume lol
Lol honestly facts
just use that same amount as a mix in for your favorite protein, voluminous ice cream recipe 🤷
Good idea!
@@RahulKamat actually, ive done that with m&m's and reeses pieces and if they get too cold in the cream itself they will be too hard and not as enjoyable to eat, lol. so fyi if you do end up trying the idea haha
do you ever have an issue with laxative effects from all the sugar free sweeteners? I’m not sure which ones are the worst for it, I just know I only have to eat a couple of the store protein bars to get the runs and I’ve heard horror stories about people only eating a small handful of the sugar free gummy bears. I find it’s not as bad with sugar free soda though.
I’ve never had any issues but maybe some sweeteners don’t sit well with some people
The sugar-free gummy bears from several brands are gut destroying. Project7 in particular. The root cause is probably allulose, at least that's what I thought until recently. The sugar-free gummy bears from Lily's, known for their sugar-free candy bar & chocolate products, didn't seem to have any effect on me... Meaning the bad ones might for me (and others?) might be chicory root, which I recall was in both as well.
The grocers near me also recently stocked and quickly discontinued a granular allulose, which made me suspect it prompted gastrointestinal complaints from customers and was quickly pulled. The same brand that makes Rahul's erythritol in this video on the shelves at a grocer chain near me, and they have a granular allulose powder that has always been in stock for about a year now I think. So maybe it's only certain allulose sources? Like corn allulose or something affects people with mild corn allergy/sensitivity possibly.
I did pick up a "RxSugar" chocolate allulose syrup that was on sale at a grocer near me. It touts the plant-based source of the allulose and the FDA claims that it's not metabolized/digested and pass through our digestive tract. I figured I'll be using 30g of it in a 13"x9" baking application so it probably wouldn't be too much allulose in any one serving (chocolate baked oatmeal: oatmeal, egg whites, nut milk/1% ultra-filtered milk, apple sauce, good tasting chocolate whey/casein blend protein powder, baking powder, mini chocolate chips and this syrup to add some moisture and chocolate).
What about sugar free torani flavor
Might change the consistency
Boy looks like he’s in a Home Depot
I actually am lol
I never knew cookie butter extract existed. 😱🤯
It’s so good!
bahaha this is like a high protein low calorie version of a beaver tail, looks great!
What’s a beaver tail!?
@@RahulKamat its a canadian dessert. Basically a flat fried donut with toppings. Looks like exactly what you made 😂😂😂. Its called that because it looks like a beaver tail.
Knowing me, I’d probably make like 10 of those
Sounds like a good idea to me!
What temp in the oven?
How do you come up with this stuff, man? I’ve tried but I end up giving up because how much food/money is wasted on experimentation 😂
Haha I just love cooking bro
@@RahulKamat Amazing!
I put on a lot of weight during medical school, and now that I’ve finally graduated I’m trying to get it off. These recipes are gonna be a huge help. Keep up the good work!
