The lead button is a hem weight that were sewn into dresses and skirts to stop the wind blowing them upwards and embarrassing the lady wearer. Likely Victorian 👍👍

El plomo redondo con dos agujeros puede ser un contrapeso de los vestidos que las mujeres llevaban para que no se los subiera el viento.
