They invented the 3 pcs wheel? I have split rims on a few old trucks that have a riveted hub (#1) rim (#2) and split rim (#3). I know that this isn't what they mean but......

I grew up changing split rims ,Seems like they were 3 piece ,And some implement tires were 4 piece .with the extra locking ring.
