So its kind of nice someone is willing to stand up for us but like this? Thats not how you do it. You do it by helping us collect them and putting them in the cart returns not confronting people.
I always run the cart up to the guys who round them up and they're always so appreciative. It's kinda sad, that a simple courtesy makes them so happy. Paints a picture about how shitty people are
@@BlissetEris You saying that im not grateful to have a job is just insulting. Im not sorry but im the grateful person on earth to be working. I have seen what people have gone through. Yes that is a real concern. My job is to provide good service to yall. I cant even accept tips. So when someone put a cart in the return or hand me the cart when im gathering them that is like handing me 5 or 6 dollars.
the guy who harasses people for not putting away their cart reminds me of that guy who shouts at random people as he drives in his bike in the new york streets
The reason why I think leaving carts anywhere is shitty is because if they start rolling because of the wind or leveling of the parking area, they could hit a car and the person who left the cart would already be gone by the time the owner of the car finds out
@lola baldo mayber hers was, but I’m talking about the majority of people. Maybe that is why there is so many people being shitty and just thinking about themselves because they are not being called out.
Exactly what I was thinking myself because I travel to several grocery stores a day for my work and I do sometimes see a stray shopping cart that has rolled into the side of a vehicle at times. It's definitely common sense and courteous to put your cart away but this fruit loop has no business being out there harassing people like that and one of these days he will eventually get a good bitch slap or a face full of pepper spray so he will really have a reason to cry about something instead of this crap.

Cart Narcs actually hit up my store last year, but they were nowhere near as aggressive - Just kinda gave shit to one or two customers, talked with one of my co-workers for a moment, and then moved on. There was some merit to the idea, but the second you touch a stranger's car, all that merit goes out the window.
@MrHolyKindness Yeah, and touching an officer counts as assault. He wasn't allowing her to leave and he KNEW EXACTLY what he was doing. The fact he just went after a woman tells me all I need to know about him.

I'm definitely on her side. I would've been frustrated with that too. I feel like she did overreact a bit, but she seemed on-edge before. I hate people who harass random strangers. There are employees who are payed for moving the carts. Of course it's a good thing to move your cart and spare the employee a lot of work, but it takes so much time to go out to the car, unload the groceries, and go all the way back to the store, especially when you have to go somewhere. Starting an argument with the lady and holding up traffic could be disorderly conduct and trespassing on the property.

Good job Katie. I'd also rather die than put the cart where it belongs. Would block the traffic until midnight~ Then would report that guy for assault, destruction of my car and "r." word I'm not allowed to even say on yt.
I’m not saying he wasn’t the one causing the traffic backup (bc he did start the whole thing), but why didn’t she just ignore him and drive away? Like she could have just thrown the magnet away at home if she REALLY didn’t want it. Seems like she took a bad situation and just made it 5x worse by acknowledging him. Like either ignore him and go about your business or at least get out of the way if you really want to argue with him all that bad. But don’t say you want/have to leave and then park your car in the middle of the road for multiple minutes
She was at a turn, she was parked there waiting for traffic to clear so she could make it onto the main road without causing a traffic jam. Unfortunately that gave just enough time for him to mess with her car, prompting her to stop and get out. When she first checked, she didn't know what he'd done to her car. For all she knew he could've keyed it. Once she found out it was just a bumper sticker, she probably should've just ignored him but she was clearly in a bad mood already so it's not really that surprising she overreacted and drew it out into an argument. Aside from that, tagging someone with a bumper sticker like that can potentially put a target on their vehicle. If someone else was having a particularly bad day and was similarly inclined regarding carts, they might *actually* want to damage her vehicle, even whenever she next parked, and it'd make her a target for such. Not to mention people potentially continuing to harass her on the street for such a thing. It's a simple bumper sticker, sure, but it's one essentially calling her an asshole for the world to see. That's kind of a dangerous thought to put out into the world, whether it be true or not. I certainly wouldn't want to drive off with one of those on my car. I'd probably be less shouty though. Leave the Cart Narc guy alone. He's challenged mentally and this is what he enjoys doing. Sure your payed to do it, but your not there the entire time and if a parking lot for example fills up, your not going to be there to take trolleys out of vacant spaces 24/7. I get it, its pretty lame doing this, but give the guy a break he's just having fun and entertaining his audience. Another thing! Whilst your not there to take in carts, that cart could easily be pushed by the wind into another car, ect.
I'm kinda on the side of the "karen" in this situation. Ya leaving a cart is a douche bag move but at the end of the day it's really not that big of a deal.
Honestly, I can see why she’s so upset. My guy is very clearly harassing her and won’t leave her alone, or leave her car alone. But also I feel like she could just get in her car and quickly drive away before bro has a chance to get another sticker on her car and even if he gets it on the car, I feel like she could just keep driving and get away from him. Don’t give me wrong, I get her frustration. She’s completely valid in being upset. But she also keeps going back and continuing the harassment cycle, plus she’s losing her mind over this when she could just leave as fast as possible
He was being formal for the most part, and he never lost his temper. you have to keep that in mind. He remained calm throughout the encounter, as well as employing the same anti-escalation techniques police tend to use across the US and the UK. Meanwhile, the woman constantly attempts to escalate the situation to more than it needs to be.
Putting carts away that are that far from the original spot is a minor inconvenience for cart collectors, but causing a scene like this over a cart is outrageous.
I always TRY to put my cart/handicapped scooter back where it belongs. But I have back and hip problems that don't always allow me to do that. Beautiful. And Ram truck the other lady had is nice, too.
This is EXACTLY the reaction this guy wants for his UA-cam channel. If you just said "okay" and drove away, he would have nothing.
He has to run out of them eventually, just stop tossing them to the ground and throw them away later.
@@Polygonetwo yeah I mean if she was afraid to drive home with it, just drive a block or even 500 feet away and then take it off. Sure I understand checking your car the first time like you said. But she didn’t try to deescalate that situation at all. Rather than putting out the metaphorical fire that he started, she threw kerosene on it
