A day of errands isn’t a wasted day. It was a mental and physical break from the stress. Don’t ruin that break w stressing about the break :( I’m in law school & do the same thing. But this is the advice I give myself lately

Have you ever tried medication for your OCD? I had the worst OCD growing up. Really similar to what you described. I felt like it was taking over the majority of my day. I was 110% convinced that medication would change nothing and I was so reluctant to try anything. Eventually, I did and I have never been so happy to be proven wrong. I still get anxiety but it seriously changed my quality of life SOOOO much.
