Absolutely no hate bestie, just thought I’d share what I’ve learned about dry food. It’s actually a misconception that dry food is good for their teeth. While having something crunchy does help remove plaque, because dry food is usually much more rich in carbohydrates, the food is more likely to stick to their teeth and cause more plaque. An alternative I love is feeding my kitty freeze dried raw organ meat. They’re nice and crunchy to help with plaque removal.

The way I 100% related to everything single thing you said is so comforting. I go back and forth between we only live once and not feeling like shit. I’m struggling with my body too because I’ve definitely been enjoying too many drinks and too much food. I feel SOOOOO seen because it also made me reevaluate my relationship with alcohol but I like my drinks lol

I absolutely get what you’re saying! I feel like with my anxiety and disposition I just was more upset when I had less structure. It’s like you have too much time to overthink and be anxious. I also think you almost feel guilty about not being productive. It’s literally why I went to grad school just to feel like I had control over my routine and responsibilities. I also just think anxious girlies thrive in productivity and focusing on their career/education. Being busy as hard as it can be sometimes is better for me than the alternative. Since beginning my teaching internship I just feel so much back to myself and I’m looking forward to things again and I am so grateful. And now the free time I do have I spend it doing my hobbies and it feels more special since I don’t have as much time if that makes sense. I hope this new journey for you also brings you back to a feeling of peace and normality. You deserve that bestie 🤍 Never feel like you have to explain yourself to people who are focused on misinterpreting you and judging. Those who matter and understand you will never make you feel that way!
