in outpatient surgery is your schedule 4 x 8 hour shifts a week?

I personally work 4 x 8 hour shifts a week, and will usually do 2-4 hours of overtime on top of that :)

How did you get into outpatient surgery? Did you ever work inpatient?

Hi! I worked in the ICU for four months and didn’t really enjoy it. I found that some outpatient surgery centers are willing to train new grads, you just have to find them! I recommend calling/emailing them directly
