I know there are a lot of people out there who say you have to be one or the other, but the two religions are so similar I really just don't see why no. If he couldn't be with you, its his decision not his religions.
There are bigger things to worry about my love than whether someone curses or not. I used to share the same opinion as you and then I realized that legalism is not what makes a Christian. It's the status of your relationship with a living God. You know nothing about my life. But you are more invested in cursing than healing, more invested in cursing than truth-telling. Be more focused on what light you give off, and less concerned with taking offense.
I'm not saying she isn't a Christian, and I'm not saying she's a bad Christian. All I'm saying is that it's disheartening to see Christian's in the public eye practice profanity. But that's life. I understand that Christianity isn't simply about rules. We seem to have aligned ideas about what it means to be a Christian. I'm sorry if I offended you, and I'm also sorry if I gave off the impression that I'm only concerned about people's shortcomings. Christians aren't perfect, I realize that, but we are called to a different standard. Why should we speak like people who don't know Christ? My sin is no less than anyone else's, but brothers and sisters should be concerned about each other.
