I've done a few Congresses and agree that it's important to decide on the classes beforehand. I'm a very organised person and do my own print out beforehand. I look at it as a wish list as my body can have other ideas😂. Rest is important before evening parties too,even if like me, you struggle to sleep during the daytime. Thank you Rasa, we're on the same page. Stretches are important too. Also,once back home,rest.
“If you’re not going to last all night, maybe you come a little later” long pause……… Anyway, I just came back from Rovinj. This year was cool and I survived by limiting my working shops and taking many naps in between the Workshops and the parties. There are two parties a day… choose one or the other but not both.
Thank you for those tips! I never think of the stretching after all the workshops but I think it will be very good for the body. Next time I do stretching :)
