Hi! I'm a street dancer so your videos are extremely helpful for me to get a Lil of the techinque I didn't learn younger. I started dancing again a little over a year ago, I feel how my memory and groove have gotten better, but unfortunately not my body, after a knee issue (that's still not fully healed) I'm now experiencing metatarsal pain in my feet. I'm trying to rest so I can train on the weekends, I use ice and do some exercises but as soon as I leave the place on Saturday afternoon my feet hurt so much even during rest. I don't wanna stop because I feel I'm in such a good place as a dancer, but I also know that It can get worst. My understanding is that ballet dancers face injuries often, but how is it that they're able to keep dancing without long breaks? Thanksss from Colombia ^^

Thank you. That was really helpful for my daughter who is an amazing dancer but can be too hard on herself at times. Sometimes we can forget that we dance because we love it. ❤️ Not to be perfect.
