Active people can eat as frequently as he does and not get fat like him because they have the metabolism to do so. His metabolism doesn't match his eating frequency which is easily fixable if he just did some form of exercise on a consistent basis. If he can't do that then the least he could do is continue to eat as frequently as he does but eat clean whole foods only. Eating clean alone could make a huge difference for him

But I work construction, work out and eat a protein based diet. happened to me August 20th too man. been about 10 weeks now, pain gone down a lot and back to about 50 percent on everything. Man the mental side of coming back after tearing a muscle is tough bro

So I been benching every 3rd workout with little rest so it was a recipe for disaster lol. But I’m at about 80% now tho. No pain, range of motion fully back just a little afraid to go all out now
