Can we take a minute to appreciate how calm and peaceful your voice is?
Thanks so much, I'm glad you found it pleasing :)
so true
yeh I was going to say that to ,god bless u lady
Beautiful voice🙏
Nope. Find it annoying to be honest 😅
Came for the camera, stayed for the lady’s lovely voice. Thank you, it was very peaceful to listen to your voice.
Thank you for your kind comment - I'm glad you found it pleasing :)
@@Jayling thank you for the reply, very kind of you. Have a wonderful day ahead.
On the Nikon P1000 if you had shot in the 4K/30p mode in stead of 1080/60p and made a few adjustments in the menu to bring down the contrast and image sharpening (or sharpness) the footage would have come out a lot nicer with less stair-stepping and other aliasing artifacts.
A lot of harping on the Nikon P1000. For $1000 the Nikon P1000 is a great camera. Even how it stacks up against your ~$5000 canon setup you have there. A little tweaking with the P1000 you will be able to get close to the canon setup. Not bad for a bridge camera. And that's in 1080p. Step it up to 4k and we have a winner.
Thanks for the 58% moon tour, love the stacked photo at the end. Have a nice week.
Thank you, Simon - and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Take care now. :)
Miss Jayling, I've been a long time watcher--first time commenting! I wanted to express my gratitude to you; thank you for taking your time on our lovely marbled Earth to share this incredible footage and your thoughts with us. Hello there, Rachel! I'm really glad you enjoy it over here and I appreciate you taking time out of your day to head on over here to watch the sky along with me. I hope you also have a lovely new week ahead - take care and enjoy yourself. :)
The video and your voice is very calming as always. I'm soooo relaxed right now. Thank you so much Ma'am.
You're very welcome, Kim, I'm glad you find it pleasing. :)
👍👍
You got surprisingly close with that 200mm lens, considering we have noticed in digital camera professional forums that Nikon P1000 moon detail is hard to beat with any consumer interchangeable camera lens. My 600mm with quality teleconverters can't beat P1000. Sony RX10 IV (600mm equivalent) can't beat it, P1000 wins even with zooming only to 1200mm out of it's 3000mm potential. I don't think any
As you know these really aren't a fair comparison since one is a bridge camera and the other an expensive mirrorless camera with telephoto lenses, but it was the equipment I had on hand to test. Anyway, I've found the Canon RF 800mm lens (with and without a 2x teleconverter) along with the Canon R camera gives a better view of the Moon than even my P1000. Now to zoom in even further to get a similar size as the P1000, I do record externally so I can then use the 5x & 10x focusing zoom to get in even closer.
It can be subjective but I think the Canon RF 800mm lens plus extender does better than the P1000. The lens runs $899, but of course the Canon R series of mirrorless cameras are quite expensive. Clear skies to you :)
@@Jayling Quite expensive.... the Canon setup you used has to be 3 to 4 times the cost of the Nikon P-1000 so I would expect it to get better... nice rig setup you use to do night photography...
@@marvinisit it can be down to 1.6x the cost if using a used EOS RP (same sensor as EOS R) with a used RF 800mm lens. And still perform better than the P1000 :)
@@kerbberbphotography8336 Nope, the RP dont have the same sensor as the R, the RP use a an older sensor from the (hated) 6D Mk2, 2016/2017! and the R a slightly newer one and 30MP instead of also great 26,2MP of the RP.
But yeah, i love my RP, best camera ever made by canon (for its price), just in wildlife i struggled enough to get a R7 as wildlife/video camera (which improved the quality and easiness of use by a lot!)
Btw.... R7 with 4k crop mode is on the RF 800 is about 2000mm or even more, so "high quality" (as much this counts as high). Also, there is an integrated digital zoom for recording up to 10x, not tried yet.
I was already impressed with the RP and 800mm, in wildlife the 1280mm with the R7 is again a bit of a learning curve but i guess its awesome for moon captures
@@Jayling Don't really see anything better on the P1000 here. The image is dreadful. There are like 3 (three) different tones on the Moon's surface. it looks like an oil painting.
You're too modest. "Pretty good, and okay?" Absolutely brilliant detail, amazing.
Thanks so much for your kind thoughts, I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
Such a calming voice... I suppose that even if there wasn't a video going along, you voice itself is captivating enough to listen to the whole thing..
Thank you, though I tend to put people to sleep I think (lol). You take care now. :)
Great footage. Been wanting to upgrade my p900 to the p1000. I cracked my p900 lens and have been procrastinating on fixing it. I bought the p900 6 months before the p1000 came out 🤦♂️
I bet you'd enjoy the P1000, though it is a bit heavier and bulkier, it has many improvements over the P900. Good luck in either fixing your P900 or getting a new camera. :)
Funny thing is...the P1000 looks awesome with such a small sensor vs the Full fram Canon. Wow...can't wait fort he next Nikon P2000.
I sure hope that Nikon does release a newer super zoom camera again, one that's even better than the P1000. :)
Keep in mind this professional camera with its professional lens is being quite handicapped by the use of two 2X converters in the light path. Honestly doing it that way I'm surprised it looks as good as it does from the canon
it's so strange seeing the moon from a northern hemisphere perspective!! here in Australia the big group of craters near the terminator line is always at the top!!
I know what you mean, Brian, when I watch Aussie shots of the moon, I'm always turning my head to try and get it back 'upright' (lol).
This was therapeutic for me, beautiful film and voice, thank you and peace from Morocco!
You're very welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it - and hello to you over there. :)
It's like watching a full documentary.... So peaceful and calming
I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
@@Jayling Great video!
So the P1000 is $999. How much would that cannon camera and Lens cost together? I’m just curious because I’d like to get a camera soon for Astrophotography.
Well, there's a big difference in price but one is an all-in-one bridge camera with limited abilities and the other is a full frame mirrorless camera along with lenses. The Canon R runs about $1799, and the RF800 Lens costs $899, and the 2x extender is $599. I have links to all the gear used down below in the description box of each video to help keep track of what was used on each night. Good luck in your astrophotography journey, Ryan. :)
@@Jayling Thank you for the fast reply! That all might be out of my budget range. I would certainly love a full frame mirrorless camera, but I think I may edge towards the P1000. Just since most of the photos I’ll be capturing are from a distance, I live near the mountains and would love to be able to capture birds and other animals from far out.
I think you'd have a blast with the P1000 - it's a zooming maniac (lol). :)
I would sell a kidney for either of these amazing cameras! Thank you for sharing such amazing footage.
Never sell a body part, Lynn! I'm glad you enjoyed the footage :)
If you use the digital zoom, ie go beyond 83x, and view the footage on an external monitor with a higher resolution than the camera monitor, you will see jaggies (pixelation), or digital lines. Personally I would never bother with digital zoom, just disable it in settings.
Beautiful shots of the moon on both cameras. That's a great set up you have there!
Have you ever filmed the lunar wave?
Thanks, Betty, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I have caught some 'ripples' going across the moon, I think it's been twice now. Here's one from December 2018: ua-cam.com/video/XIKAJK1sNSg/v-deo.html
Serious question..is the moon rolling? Turning from your perception?
It does "roll" during the course of its path across the sky, relative to our perspective.
Hi, can I Please ask you a rather difficult question. If someone hypothetically zoomed in on the moon with a P900 camera and recorded an object flying over the moon - how do they "prove" their video is not a CGI hoax. Can they send their camera's memory card for electronic testing. Or. .does the camera itself need to be sent for an electronic forensic testing?
Hello there, Bud. I really don't know how or if it's possible to confirm if something was added in or not, that's beyond me. In this climate nowadays of hoaxers on one end & deniers on the other along with the middle ground including truthers, of folks who really do capture something unusual, well, it always seems to end up being a heated & vile debate. It can be hard to judge anymore in this technological age of what is and isn't real, of who to trust and who not to.
(Hello to you way over there! If you want to observe the moon and film it, I'd recommend either the Nikon P900 or Nikon P1000 cameras. They have great zoom ranges and can get in very close. When zooming like that, you would need a tripod or else everything would be too shaky. Good luck to you!
nice video 👍❤
Thank you so much again! Way to start the week!
Have a good one DJ!
Much love!
Thanks, Jonas! I hope you have a great new week ahead. :)
By the way a quick question, I myself looked up to the moon a few times in 2018 from Morocco, did you catch something blue just a bit behind of the moon ?? It was at night when I looked by the way and still don’t know what it was, a blue star/marble kind of thing..
All in all very beautiful shot of the moon. You know your equipment well but I don’t see any lines & colors that are “that off.” You always have the best footage J. You and the birdies are just lovely! God bless you. 💖 Have a great week.
Thanks, MamaBear. It didn't act up like it usually does tonight, probably because I was bitching about it during the video (lol). I hope you have a great new week ahead also. :)
Thank you for sharing your setup with us. I had something similar when I was doing the 2017 August solar eclipse. The Nikon it was helpful with the reach and lightweight. The cannon I used a 400 MM two lens on a crop sensor. But seeing how you use the teleconverters and how it turned out it's pretty nice results.
If only I had those cameras...
The fuss of UFOs in my area is big...
Hopefully you'll be able to pick one up someday. It's amazing to watch all the stuff zipping around up there - clear skies to you. :)
Amazing video. I am having an panasonic FZ82 and planing to get an P1000... but I wonder how normal/ raw pictures are with the bulky p1000
Hi there. I was never fond of taking photos with the P1000 as I prefer the higher megapixel Canon mirrorless cameras with various lenses for pictures. That's not to say the Nikon bridge camera is poor, it's just my own preference. Good luck in whatever you decide, Razvan. :)
@@Jayling thinking about it, the zoom thing is awesome but I can still use the Lumix for that.. maybe is time for a dslr. Thank you for the response, have an awesome day!
At the same time you were filming your video I was in western Quebec looking at the moon with my telescope. Half moon is always my favorite phase to look at it. Thanks for your good work.
I'm glad you had clear skies up there to watch it. :)
your voice is good, narrating is even better, it feels like I'm in a National Geographic documentary
Thanks so much, Grover, I'm glad you found it pleasing. :)
Excellent stacking results on both! I’d suggest not using the digital boost on the P1000. I shoot raw on mine and Adobe camera raw has an auto setting to fix the white balance. The eos R looked good, if a little blue. Nice video, thanks!
To get the zoom capability I did use the digital zoom on the P1000 - that was my goal for the type of filming I do. Anyway, my P1000 is knackered and relegated to the sidelines, so now I'm just using the Canons. Great filming to you, Dominic :)
@@Jayling
Are you working for Canon???
🤔🤔🤔
@@insurance4u713 nah shes rooting the ceo!
I do the same with my P1000. Digital zoom is no different than a crop, so I just capture all that data and stack THEN crop what I want but I can see what she was trying to illustrate here.
How did you make such small camera movements with the p1000 at full or nearly full zoom? They were very short and distinct.
Hello, John. When having the cameras mounted on the SkyWatcher AZ-GTI telescope mount and using the mount's remote, it's easier to control the movement in small increments. :)
The Canon gives a great result, though the setup is almost x5 more money :(
Yes, you're right, it isn't quite a fair comparison but it's the equipment I have on hand to test against one another. I really like the Canon mirrorless cameras. :)
(Hello there. I've never used a Nikon D90 before but it does take interchangeable lenses. You won't be able to get the zoom range like the P1000 even with a big lens on it, which would be very expensive too. The P1000 is great for viewing the moon. :)
Hello, wonderful video thank you. I'm wondering why with both cameras the moon size seems roughly the same? At 3000mm P1000's optical zoom is 125x, but with the EOS and with the teleconverters you go up to roughly 10x optical zoom? Is that right? If that is so, shouldn't the P1000's moon size look roughly 10x larger because of the 10x larger zoom? Am I missing something?
Beautiful!! Ever wonder why the moon is blue and white during the day and not dark and blue like a big rock? And, why is it blue behind the moon?
what is amazing is how so many of the moons craters are shaped like hexagons. Meteor impacts don't create hexagon shaped craters but an electrical discharge would.
Yeah, all the odd shaped craters on the moon intrigue me also. I've been following the Thunderbolts Project and some of those scientists think (and have experimented) that some of the craters on the moon were caused by electrical discharges. I find it fascinating. :)
Flat Earth
@@zerosugar8026 has nothing to do with flat earth
@@ROBMCKISSOCK Those 'craters' are most likely slag inclusion and porosity. The moon at one time gave its own light. It is now reflective
@@zerosugar8026 interesting.
@5:00 is that a tracking system? I'm reading the list on the description but can't figure out what is what.
Hello there, Sebastian. Yes, I'm using the Sky-Watcher AZ-GTi telescope tracking mount, the small thing that says "Freedom Find" on it. It's lightweight and tiny so easy for me to tote around. :)
@@Jayling thanks. Very interesting hobby.
Thank you. Very handy to see the comparisons and lovely to hear your commentary.
You're very welcome. I find it interesting comparing them though they really shouldn't be as one is an expensive camera with lenses while the other is just a bridge, but still, it's cool to see what they each can do. :)
Just another question, what tripod mount are you using for your Sky Watcher and monitor? Thanks 🙏
Hiya Rich - all the equipment used is listed in the description box down below the video. It was the Benro C373T Carbon Fiber Tripod Legs. :)
@@Jayling thanks Jayling, i should have read that! 🤦 Thanks
Next: Zooming into clouds to find data in them
Good one.
Awesome video.
Is there any way you can show us any of NASA's supposed 13,000 Satellites??
Hi there. Yes, there are so many satellites up there right now that they're constantly photobombing in our photos and videos. They'll just show as a tiny dot, a steady lit object, as they zip around our skies. I caught one of the Starlink satellite trains back in March: ua-cam.com/video/XGbBYg18dl8/v-deo.html
Movie Vertigo gets some great shots of the ISS with his cameras: ua-cam.com/users/MovieVertigosearch?query=ISS and Oliver Staiger has some fabulous captures of the Starlink satellite trains: ua-cam.com/video/aOuROKW0TVY/v-deo.html
@@Jayling Sorry I see your videos and NASA says that there are literally thousands of satellites orbiting the Earth but yet I don't see not one pass by as you are zooming in and out onto the Moon's surface.
I have seen videos that are supposed to be the ISS yet none of them clearly identify as the actual ISS.
If you can zoom in to the Moon then you should be able to zoom in on at least 10 of the so called "satellites" over the Earth's surface.
Sorry but my skepticism plus your videos, pics and images from NASA never show any of these "thousands" of satellites orbiting the Earth.
Please look and zoom in on 10 of them, please!
Thanks
It's a big place up there and trying to catch a tiny lit dot as it's quickly moving around is quite difficult to do. It's pretty much impossible to zoom in on such a small fast moving object since it would move too quickly out of frame so trying to keep it centered and maneuvering equipment to keep up is, like I said, very difficult.
When zoomed in, we have such a narrow field of view of such a huge sky. About the only object that may be resolved to see some type of shape is the largest one up there, the ISS. Like I linked to before, Movie Vertigo has some great shots of it, especially when it's transiting across the face of the moon or sun. When having a wide field of view the satellite trains are cool to see.
That is an interesting setup. I would hope an EOS R given the price, along with the necessary super telephoto lens, works better than a Nikon P1000. If not, there's no reason to buy the Canon :)
It's not a 'fair' comparison as one is a bridge camera with the lens integrated and the other a full frame mirrorless camera, but it's what I had on hand to test with. The Canon is much better in low light along with being rich in features, though of course much more expensive with the lenses needed. The P1000 is a fun zooming camera with limitations, but I do love the Canon R cameras. :)
Great footage! Wondering why the part of the moon in shadow got the blue colour just like the sky instead of black, it looks transparent .
Que impresionantes tomas y detalles de la Luna! Aca en Mexico totalmente nublado sin poder mirar nada, gracias por compartir su trabajo. Saludos respetuosos.
¡Hola! Espero que tu cielo se aclare pronto. Cuídate allá abajo. :)
(Hello! I hope your sky clears up soon. Take care down there. :)
I just got the P1000 and I absolutely love it, however I bought it for both video and photos and I really don't like the fact that when videoing, to reset the autofocus you have to use the wheel on the back of the camera where the OK button is rather than use the half pressed down shutter button as you would when taking photos. I find this really bizarre and a little annoying. Otherwise, this thing is a beast! :-)
I wonder about the moon every once and a while ever since I've become a subscriber to your channel, and I mean that in a good way, thank you so much Jayling 😀

Thank you, I'm glad you found it pleasing :)
Way better abberation on the Canon. The Nikon seems to replace it with a black line? Is it set to AutoWB? That will signif. affect your colours esp. your blues, and especially during blue hour.
No, I set all my cameras to 'Daylight' white balance since that was recommended by astrophotographers, so I just always leave that setting on Daylight no matter the time of day. That was a good suggestion though, thanks Matt. :)
@@Jayling LOL all I was suggesting was that if you are shooting during blue hour (the twilight hour just before it gets dark when every photo appears horribly blue) that could be why, and also that WB will affect your images significantly. Your camera probably does not have a fault.
I look forward to watching your new videos!
Thank you, Ethan, I'm glad you enjoy them :)
so if you had to choose only 1 of those cameras, which would you choose? Also for this exact video, which would you choose again, if only 1 camera
If money isn't a factor, I'm a big fan of the Canon mirrorless cameras like the Canon R with using interchangeable lenses, but that's just my preference. :)
Amazing. The price of ur cameras can change my life 😅
Sorry for the stupid question, but I wonder if more powerful cameras can zoom in to see the flags on the moon 😅?
It's a valid question and not stupid at all. Not even the Hubble telescope with its highest resolution can see something so small as a lander or a flag on the moon. There's more info here if you'd like to read up on it: www.science20.com/robert_walker/why_we_cant_use_hubble_to_see_the_lunar_lander_how_could_we_see_it_in_high_resolution-225243

I would really appreciate it if you reply 'cause i need to buy either of the three cameras for my son who is taking up Architecture. Thank you..
Personally, I dislike the Sony cameras because of their confusing menu system, so I'm not the best person to ask about Sony's - sorry. Good luck in your search. :)
@@Jayling thank you ..
I love your voice...❤️ God bless you mam....🙏
Thank you, I'm glad you find it pleasing :)
I’m a non native English speaker with auditive diseases, It would be great if everyone speaks like you, awesome, I can understand everything, also, very relaxing, are you working at the radio or something where we could listen to you more often? Thanks, I came looking for copper and I found gold!
Thank you so much, I'm glad you found it pleasing and easier to hear. I'm not much of a talker and actually find it difficult to speak. Anyway, please take care and have a lovely evening ahead. :)
QUE BONITO 💙🌚
Me alegra que te guste. :)
(I'm glad you liked it. :)
Me gustaria saber en lo personal a ti que imagen final te gusto mas la de la nikon o la canon?
Awesome😁👍
Thanks 🤗
Hi jayling I didn't notice any digital lines to me it looked great but because the battery ran out it may have corrupted your firmware you might want to reload it, I'm sure that will fix the issues you are having.
Regards Tony
hmm, I did take it back to factory settings but haven't tried the firmware trick yet - thanks, Tony, I'll give that a try next. :)
Lovely voice ❤
Thank you, I'm glad you found it pleasing :)
Hi, I had a question regarding my 3 year old Nikon P1000. I charge the battery using a Newmowa charger and. I have one Nikon NIKON EN-EL20A LI-ION BATTERY and two extra Newmowa EN-EL20 Replacement Batteries. I find that recently when I put the fully-charged batteries in my camera and want to use the camera 4-5 days later the batteries are drained. Does this mean I need to replace the batteries? I appreciate your feedback on this. Thanks.
Hi there. I don't use 3rd party batteries so I'm not sure if they're the cause of drain or not. If you're able, buy another Nikon battery and see if that solves the problem. Good luck to you. :)
Not much but heres one more subscribe❤❤❤.
Welcome over to you :)
how many frames do you stack? is it due to not being able to get everything of the moon in focus?
It depends on how many seconds I take a clip for, but somewhere around 1,500 to 1,700 frames. Aligning & stacking multiple frames is a way to try to get a better and clearer photo. :)
Интересно, красиво, обстрелянная луна 🔥
Вы правы, кратеры на Луне захватывающие. :)
(You're right, the craters on the moon are fascinating to see. :)
Hi
I'm looking for advice
What to get a skywatcher telescope or nikon p1000 ?
Hello there. The Skywatcher isn't a telescope or camera, it's just a mount that goes onto a tripod which can track the planets, stars, moon and sun. The Canon R is a full frame camera that takes interchangeable lenses (which can be expensive), and the Nikon P1000 is a bridge camera that has the lens integrated into the camera.
Beautifull explanation and Moon Photography. But I feel sleepy now.💤
Hi Jayling, thank you very much for your video. It was very nice to see the Nikon and the Canon comparison. Could you tell me the configuration of the Canon and the cost estimate of the lens? I have the canon but I don’t have that lens. What kind of lens I need to get for my canon to get the same 3000 mm results of the Nikon for terrestrial view. I am moving to Colombia and my house is going to be in the mountains with a valley view of 3 to 15 miles. It seems that the Nikon does fairly well in that range but I want to explore with my canon with out buying the Nikon P1000. Your comment would be appreciated.
You're very welcome, Dario. On the night this video was filmed I was using the Canon EF 70-200mm F/2.8 IS III lens with two 2x teleconverters to make it 280-800mm. It's pretty much impossible to get the range of the P1000's 3000-12,000mm. The only way I can do it is by recording externally to the Atomos Ninja and then using the camera's 5x or 10x focusing zoom to go in further. This can't be done when recording in the camera or when taking photos, just for video when using an external recorder.
You may be better off getting the Tamron or Sigma 150-600mm lens for those distant valley views and if you want further reach pick up a 2x teleconverter to make it 300-1,200mm. Tamron lens: amzn.to/3uJLLFo and Kenko 2x teleconverter: amzn.to/3GDDLIk (the Tamron 2x teleconverter costs twice as much as the Kenko).
Good luck to you and may your move go smoothly :)
I see that how thoughtful you are! How can we set up the things that you used to connect together the transmitter and the camera 🎥 and mic 🎤 cam standing too? Thank you 🙏
Is it possible to go to x3000 x4 digital?? You seemed to use x2 digital (sorry I don't know too much about the P1000)...
Hello, Which one do you prefer taking a photo birds
Wow.....I love the setup....could you recommend a tripod mount for my P1000 without spending thousands on the like your setup...?
Currently I have a manfrotto 190X with 128RC fluid video top, that’s totally useless when trying to zoom right in...!!
I’m after a top that locks rock solid then allows me to make tiny adjustments.
Thanks
Dave 😁
Hello there and congrats on your P1000. I went through so many video panheads and ball heads before going with this small lightweight telescope mount. It's the SkyWatcher AZ-GTi goto mount which is controlled either through a free app on your phone or with an optional handset. The only other thing you'd need with it is a Dovetail L Bracket to attach the camera to the mount. Mount: amzn.to/2YFiVDm L Bracket: amzn.to/2jOJ5UW Good luck to you :)
@@Jayling thank you so much.....when I saw the AZ-GTI in your set up, I thought no way....this will be $1000 plus but looks like I could get one for around $500 New Zealand dollars, so I think I’m sold..!!
I was amazed how small and precise your movements you were making when you were scanning around the craters on the moon.
Did anyone see the man waking around up there....? 😁
Thanks so much again.
You're very welcome. I know the problem you are having when zoomed in so far which is why I was constantly searching for a different mount all the time, until this. Hopefully you'll be able to find one at a decent price (up here it runs $379). Good luck! :)
It would be nice to know the diameter of a crater when you are zoomed in to help visualise the image
There are so many craters on the moon there are usually several in the field of view. Even if you zoom in so only one is visible you would likely need a map of the moon with some crater sizes listed to estimate the diameter of one you were observing. But the diameter of the moon is 3475 km so that should give you an idea of the scale.
hi, the first thanks for this video, ana i like it, i have sony hx400 with x50 on zoom, what do think about it.?
Do you like your Nikon over the Full frame? If I were to get one or the other for Astrophotography. The Nikon does look like a lot of bang for buck. But if you are having problems with it. I am not sure. Thanks.
Ride the Sky Ashton B USParagliding
Hi Ashton - the Nikon P1000 is a fun zooming camera but it does have its limitations as it is only a bridge camera. Please don't let my few problems sway you the wrong way - I've had this camera for 2 years now when it first came out and have used it extensively in all weather conditions to film the planets, moon, stars and sun.
It really wasn't fair of me to compare a bridge camera with a full frame mirrorless camera which uses expensive lenses and has much better components, more megapixels, and quite a few menu settings , but still I did it anyway (lol).
I love my Canons for the photos they take and the video too, but it's fun to grab the Nikon P1000 when zooming is needed. Good luck in your decision. :)
The censor on the P1000 is OK but not as it should be. Where a more DSLR upgraded censor is going to give a more natural look colour wise. But the lenz on the Nikon is a work of art. All up the P1000 best bang for your buck. A lenz for a better set up with a better camera will cost you an arm & a leg
That's so true, David. The bridge camera of the Nikon P1000 is a fun zooming camera though the low light capabilities are pretty bad. Still, it's served me well for around 2 years until retiring it about a month ago. :)
Thank you very much. Prices seem to be dropping. I like your results & tests. This mirrorless is amazing. Too many products now to think. Sony probably my favorite but too expensive. Must ok with the boss. Thank you for your reply & time. We have a friend in Arizona that’s into night sky equipment & he helps us with the telescope equipment. A lot of work for all the night watchers.
You're welcome, Donald. Oh, on July 9th, Canon will be releasing their 2 newest mirrorless cameras, the R5 and R6 along with more RF lenses, so the price of the EOS R & RP will probably keep dropping. :)
In your opinion which one is better?!
It's subjective so others may feel differently, but I think the Canon R camera did better. I much prefer the Canon as it's a full frame mirrorless camera with better quality and settings, but of course costs a lot more especially when lenses are needed. :)
@@Jayling thanks for replied me you looks so friendly, same thoughts i like the Canon too :))
Que trípode usas? Para la cámara Nikon p1000.
