You have to use a lot of willpower to remain a couch potato if you are doing even typical light doses (putting you above optimal natural test levels). That is how it works. You also end up having more energy for different activities so you can run around do all that special forces training. Incidentally some of the tests to get into some units are designed so that people who are not on PEDs cannot pass it. Testosterone is still the most popular PED. Stallone had people like that to get some training in with them. He could do all that training because he was getting pharma help and he wanted to be active many hours a day because of the pharmaceutical help.

I tried to workout like him but not as intense. I was having 3 workout sessions 2 times in a week. And some weeks when I couldn't do that I'd go just one session but I'd give it my all and more. Got to a point I worked out to much my neck and legs cramped up! Lol! So I had to back off. Coworkers were mad asking if I was drinking water I said I was but musta not been enough
185 pounds is a LOT for some one with low bodyfat. One can diet down a bit more and win a natural bodybuilding competition easily with stats like that. He really came to a trainer who is used to having 200 pound muscle beasts around. All that PED use ... geeze

@burtonrules123 Oh, I totally agree, he didn't juice the way someone like Arnold did, but I do think he used some light steroids (like Ben Johnson, the 1988 Olympic 100 meter dash gold medalist did) just to get that size and definition over and above what he could have normally achieved. I know people that do steroids that just look a little better than someone like I do, but they don't have that ridiculous look of an Arnold. And I know HGH isn't steroids. He's still my hero, though!!
its isnt ridiculous steroids give you more power and stamina to train and they repair the muscle in 10 hours when the natural repairing of the muscle is 48 hours so the people who take steroids can train harder than the natural guys but if they stop steroid use they will lose muscle faster than the natural guys
@TheInbornMechanics It is overtraining if you are lifting to gain muscle, the advanced all natural bodybuilders and powerlifters keep their workouts to once or twice a week per muscle group and a couple of sets each. I'm just basing this on a gym I used to go to where a lot of non-steroid users trained.

@burtonrules123 Oh, I totally agree, he didn't juice the way someone like Arnold did, but I do think he used some light steroids (like Ben Johnson, the 1988 Olympic 100 meter dash gold medalist did) just to get that size and definition over and above what he could have normally achieved. I know people that do steroids that just look a little better than someone like I do, but they don't have that ridiculous look of an Arnold. And I know HGH isn't steroids. He's still my hero, though!!
its isnt ridiculous steroids give you more power and stamina to train and they repair the muscle in 10 hours when the natural repairing of the muscle is 48 hours so the people who take steroids can train harder than the natural guys but if they stop steroid use they will lose muscle faster than the natural guys

@TheInbornMechanics It is overtraining if you are lifting to gain muscle, the advanced all natural bodybuilders and powerlifters keep their workouts to once or twice a week per muscle group and a couple of sets each. I'm just basing this on a gym I used to go to where a lot of non-steroid users trained.
