This was filmed in my home city and when they were filming it my friend saw them and texted me "i think i just saw Richard Ayoade and Paul Rudd walking on the street." and i answered "are you high?!" cause it made no sense why neither one of then would be in Helsinki even alone but let alone together. 😅
First off, these two should do a travel show together. This is gold. Secondly, I've been to saunas. My reaction to them is the same as Richard's. I don't understand why people do this to themselves voluntarily.
With you on the first point. The second I can also get behind a bit, but to me the "correct way" of doing sauna is going from cold to sauna to cold again :) Not that I sauna a lot, not a millionaire ^^
Saunas are relaxing, but the absolute *best* if you have a wood heated one right next to a lake at summer. Maybe it's because I grew up with that, but that's the best peace of mind I know. Cold drink, a hot sauna, friends, and a lake to swim in.
Now and then there's an unexpected duo that just hits all the right buttons and it's inexplicable. Richard and Paul is one of those instances. I could happily watch an entire series of these two just painting walls, as long as there's banter.
