We are Stoyan and Dessy from Bulgaria. We are not organization, neither a shelter, we are just an ordinary couple with a big dream. Everything we provide for the stray cats is coming from our own pockets or with the help of donations from our subscribers. We have 4 cats at home, all rescued from the streets - Sopolcho & Bagheera live with us while Alexa & Rijo live with Dessy's mom, who has been feeding and caring of stray animals for the last 10 years. Bulgaria is a small and poor country with lots of stray cats and not enough kind people to take them in. Our dream is to build a shelter where we could take care of many stray cats with the help of Dessy's mom. Starving Old Cat Needs A Little Kindness
Hello friends, yesterday we took the old cat to the vet. I had to help the vet hold him down while checking him, but the Old Cat was REALLY upset, hissing and trying to bite and scratch. He jumped off the table and started running around and bouncing off the walls, knocking down some technical equipment, thankfully he did not hurt himself and did not break anything expensive. Vet gave him antibiotic shot, immune stimulants and something else. She gave us pills and eye drops to give him for few days until the next visit at the clinic.
Old Cat is feral and has never lived indoors, so we will need extra time with him to socialize. He is now in the room we rented as a temporary shelter. We will post future video updates.

I clicked on this so fast. Thank you SO MUCH for helping this cat and for keeping us updated. I'm sorry he got so upset, I know that's stressful to see, but I applaud you for helping him even though it's not easy. I hope the donations are helping and I hope he can be socialized and adopted.

I cant believe he didn't pop the carrier open and got loose in the car Thank God. He looked better, like he had been grooming himself some and his eyes look better. After the vet visit he will probably look great, the big old sweetheart. Bless you guys for helping him and all the others. 🙏🐾💖🤗Ara🍀

Just a tip for the next time you catch cats: put a blanket over the cage and try a little bit bigger one. When there is a blanket over the cage, they calm down quick because they feel hidden.

He will calm down. What I did with some of mine that were very feral, I kept the cage open, for a sense of security. I. Know it sounds strange because they fight it at first but it worked for me and I put a towel over it. Love and patience.

Give that old boy a decent bed and a full belly, so he can live out his last days with some dignity. He will at least know some kindness and compassion before he died. Thank you for what help you are able to give. A little bit of something is better than a lot of nothing
This is so true, great comment... my Tom looked even like this boy as he came to us for food, now he is a neutered sweet boy with a lot of love and care... he is demanding kisses every day 😻🐾

I can only imagine how much effort and patience it took to get him to the vet. Poor guy was probably scared and skittish. Ferals do need special handling in captivity but you guys did an excellent job getting him to the vet.

I am so glad this is the 2nd video I saw I know now how he was so good to the rescuers and it took time but he came to and even afterwards he stayed calm but the vet not alot of animals are gonna be nice but it's worth it❤😻❤😻❤

Stoyan and Dessy you guys are amazing. It must take a lot of your time and also cost some money for you, trying to give these cats something good. I really admire your dedication to these street cats, because as you videos clearly show; it's a hard life being a street cat. Especially in a poor country, where a large portion of the people might only have enough to get by themselves. My cat and I are crossing paws and fingers for this old battered cat, and that he can be domesticated enough to have a comfortable senior life.
