      Actually No,
Most 75 year olds I’ve come across are slower in speech and presentations. Here in the UK, you find around this age now mainly being taken care of in care homes, and not able to independently self care at home. Some need a walking aid to mobilise. So yes, it’s absolutely amazing from my end of the world to see this ability, agility speed, accuracy sharpness and LIFE from a person about this age

This man is full of wisdom and radiance! He's one of the first "raw foodists" I discovered on UA-cam years ago and I remember thinking how calm and energetically light he was. Being that he's ethical too and cares about both people and animals, makes him really stand out from all the rest in the health movement🌠.
And btw Gillian you're always very respectful and thoughtful with all of your guests. It's really nice how you don't interrupt or try to rush their thoughts. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to some really wonderful people and helping guide us all through our own personal health journey's✌🏼💚!

Good to see you entertained another interview with the legend, Aris Latham. He's been around for so long yet many in the community are unaware of his knowledge and his work. The community must, and should follow such pioneers as he. There are too many so-called influencers out there that are speaking on something they have not really experienced or researched in-depth, and then it becomes the "blind leading the blind". As you yourself said, there is much confusion in the communities. I haven't been a "living-foodist" for very long, but long enough that intuitively I know a lot of what Aris says is solid - for example: mushrooms, yeast, and b12 and supplementing! He's on -point about these factors. My own research and intuitive guidance has helped guide me from such unstable info as well.
It's also interesting that most viewers of this channel do not place as much importance on pioneers such as Aris as they do those with barely any knowledge. Sure, it's nice to hear about people's journeys as everyone is unique and has a story, but when it comes to the meat of the issue, we really need to listen to those that came long before us and have endured the test of time. As I've noted that all of the pioneers seem to be saying the same exact things! There's something to be learned concerning what they are all agreeing upon.

Thanks Gillian & Dr. Latham for an amazing, educational and seriously eye opening interview video! 🙌🏽🥰 I’m happy I found it. It’s now January 2024. His website seems to be down unless he changed it. I just started eating raw over a month ago on 12.12.23. I absolutely love the way how I feel: energetic, alive, strong and stable among many other things. My eyes (not the pupil), have gotten whiter too; this is a pleasurable discovery for me since I grew up with kind of yellow eyes. It’s eye opening about mushrooms cause that’s my main staple as a vegan for 8 years now. I resonated though and will continue to research these information. I haven’t eaten mushrooms (only once), since I’ve been eating sunfire foods a month now!
I also was eating nutritional yeast and was really wondering about that at first. Always listen to your body when it has doubts and questions. I will subscribe to his channel. I resonated with what he said and will continue to do more research to anchor my beliefs. Thanks again to you both! This interview is top tier! 🙌🏽🥰🫶🏾 ✨

    Another great interview video!
I ended up really liking this video, even though at first I was slightly annoyed by him going on and on about semantics and the meaning of words for so long ("raw" vs. "sunfired')...But , like I said, I did end up really liking it. He is very inspiring!
One thing I found interesting is that he does not eat mushrooms. I've never heard anyone speak out against mushrooms, ever! Does anyone have links to the scientific proof that mushrooms should not be eaten by humans? I am really curious about this now.
I was also wondering what he thinks about 2 other commonly consumed things:
    1) What is his stance on Apple Cider Vinegar? (I know some people love it and say it heals, but some people say to never use it; So, I was wondering if you knew what Aris thinks about it.)
    2) Also: Do you know what he thinks about GT's kombuchas? (Are they medicinal or are they basically health food "junk food"? Again, I've heard some people say it's great for you and others say it's bad for you.)
Thanks again for another awesome video, Gillian!!! You have no idea how much I appreciate you! (I usually start my day by watching your videos.) You are doing a great service to the people out here who really want to improve their health!

@@bethelebony9388 I understood it. That was not the issue. To me it just felt pointless, and even a little annoying hearing him go on and on about it. You're not going to stop people from referring to it as the "raw" diet by repeating the word "sunfired" ad nauseum. Most people are just going to say whatever terminology is most commonly used. Not being interested in pointless semantics, I just wanted to hear more about the crucial health information; That's all.

What a lovely man. And you too Gillian. But not man, a girl 😛 But seriously, about how he's older and cleaner now, his body doesn't do complications and multi-ingredient recipes as much any more.
Took me a few moments to realise what he meant by "Once a man, twice a child". ----> Back to simplicity again. Child, then man, then back to child and a sensitive clean body again which needs little food.
But yeah reminds me of Loren Lockman. After 1000 days+ of water fasting and few decades of simple raw eating, his body needs simplicity most. Same as Eli whos done it in rapid time. That's our innate way.
The rest of us are in recovery and readaption to our more natural state.

Sounds like we all need to move to Panama! ;)
I appreciate that trying to find the right word: Sunfired. I like it. Bravo.
With parenting, I tried to find the right word: “Non-authoritarian (but also not permissive,” “Non-violent,” “Egalitarian Parenting,” “Cooperative Parenting with some authoritative aspects, directive or non-directive, but Non-Authoritarian,” “Reflective-Listening & Attention-based Parenting,” “Healthy-Parenting,” “Non-evaluative-parenting.” 🤪 Finally settling on, “Connection-based Parenting.” But all the other phrases can work, as well, when explaining.
So, yes, “Raw,” yes, “whole raw plant-based,” yes, “Cooked by the sun,” yes, “meat from fruits.”
But, yeah, I saw a box of chocolate covered, highly processed white sugar and white wheat flour cookies, labeled, “Vegan. plant-based!” 😱 ☠️

I understand his views, however I don’t want him to consider the sun as his God. God uses the sun to make the plants grow. There’s nothing wrong of saying plant based food. Other than that, great Information, thanks for sharing.

I'd like a Waldorf salad 🥗, lettuce apple walnut, but what about dressing? Not too complicated. I do enjoy him, I have to watch the complex carbohydrates such as sweet potato, baked potatoes, chick peas and pinto beans, etc. I just like the savory at dinner.

YEAH fuck raw food!!!! Lol 🤣😜 Sun fired is beautiful. But please its definitely not JUST the sun that is responsibility for our food. Its Mother Earth also!!!! Blessings!!!!!!
I'm a gigantic sun lover here BTW. Been chasing it in different countries from Ireland for the last 17 years since I also embarked on vegan and raw vegan diet, and been told I'm both Syrian but also a Solar Being multidimensional and it makes perfect sense. Although I'm way more pleidian than sirian in all fairness but 100% solar being though! Ha lol 😆 😃

    This person is awesome!
Thanks to algorithm of UA-cam bcs you make me come here. Ind bgnning,i see rawfullyvegan christina on her youtube channel,it is very awesome to see sombody having lifestyle as that.Only eat raw vegetables or fruit with salad or in juice. Do not cook them in pan or with oil and fire. Literally raw and organic! Then,i see ths video. It makes me thinking tht the highest form of eating is not cooking by myself without MSG,no chilli and only use olive oil,but being 100%vegan and only eat and grow organic fruits n vgtbles. AWESOME! Cocoa ,i think tht the highest form is to eat 100% dark chocolate bars with no sugar at all as I do,but hre I fnally know tht kind of chcolate today is not somthg we shud eat such as cocoa butter bcos they r fat! Wow! Yes,supplement,i hv same perspective wiz him,but whn he said tht eat processed or cookin food is addiction,i feel "wow".
I come to d same conclusion tht yes,we live in matrix and those evil global elites had progrmed us to eat wht we do today.
Islam has the highest form to control what we eat: fasting, especially Dawood Fasting(24hours fasting!). Javanese culture has it also, fasting also, but they have so many ways, one of them is to not eat animals meat. Even our puasa weton asks us only eat white which means porrdge n mineral water only. And from them,I find balance bcs we need to listen to our want of body. If they ask to eat meat, just eat it. The minus is our body system need to digest it longer,3-7days. Longer than eating fruits n veggies.
Im on my way to eat two times a day, fasting and eat less rice and I do hope someday I can do what Chrstina and Latham do. Eat raw vegan organic food!
Two years ago whn I met my male best friend,I told him tht I adore Ahimsa principle in Hindu rlgion. Not eat animals. But in implementation, they still eat bacon/meat of pig/pork. So, i dont find true vegan style in Hindu. Then I choose to drink more juice and buy more soups but im shocked wiz the exstence of MSG and gluten, so I will try to cook more. Then, I see Kristina and Latham videos,it makes me wow. Im not yet 100% raw fully vegan and organic eater, but i know tht im heading there and control it with fasting. Besides of tht,I wll still listen to my body as javanese said.
