I am begging for GW to make Russ come back riding an eight legged twin headed wolf called Slepnir and him be more of an Odin style character with his spear as his weapon. In the Emperor's name make it happen GW!!
That's a neat idea. Odin has Sleipnir, an eight-legged horse, but has two wolves, Geri and Freki, and two ravens, Huginn and Muninn. Or just give Russ a bunch of mutations from the warp, eight horse legs, wolf heads for hands and four wings for a head, lol. It's funny, Magnus already claimed dibs on having one eye like Odin.
Lion already old. Leman is going to be the same as when he left, because it would be redundant with Logan Grimnar also being old. Plus imagine the banter of Leman calling the lion old hhahah
Alpharius/Omegon so stealthy he was forgotten completely. Also I think with potential for lots of eldar related plots Khan is the most probably to come back, Russ is close second though.
@@cegesh1459 No body not dead all you got is a hand and for all we know when Konrad Curze shook his hand and saw his death all he saw was that hand's Death
For loyalists I think it would be best for GW to bring back a character like Vulkan or the Khan. They've proven with the Lion that they're currently incapable of bringing back a world/lore altering Primarch without it falling a bit bland, so I think it's best for them to bring someone back that can more easily fit into the current setting without giving them the issue of needing to come up with complex lore. Vulkan and the Khan can easily just come back, have a couple stories reintegrating them, and then go off and do their own thing without shaking up the setting too much
Though GW has proven, that it takes years to create the lore for things. Look at the Avenging Son series, the Indomitus Crusade thing. Dark Imperium happens after that.. So the lore creation is all over the place, especially when we're trying to figure out the Baal / Tyranid thing during the Indomitus, etc.
@@moncey1120The Lion coming back was great; he just needs more lore connecting with the broader imperium and of course Guilman. That’s the baffling part is the delays in the story arcs for both characters.
@@sjewitt22 lore wise yes, however like Slaanesh once a god is created in the warp then they have always been in the warp. The warp being outside of time and such. Personally I think Perterabo should be independent of all Chaos Gods as he despises them, would be nice to have a traitor who isn't all about chaos. In Tallarn the power he sought as a weapon and looked to use it to bolster his strength so after the fall of the Imperium they would be able to fight the other traitor Primarchs. It's why they lied to Horus' messenger.
Corvus is really the only loyalist 100% confirmed to be alive and pretty active in the warp The problem is collecting the artifacts for the salamanders is really slow. So i don't think we are getting him soon.
Khan is still alive he is just in the webway till someone remembers that and tells gw about how easy it is to bring him back and the money they'd get from it
@@leafy126.5 Maybe. Remeber that he hands were that liv8ng metal. What if said hands had recorded his memory emgram and spent the last 10,000 years slowly building a new body. It would not be the original, but a strange pure living metal version of him.
Close. It was given away in previous books like the first founding and the end and the death volumes. He’s going to return fully covered in the necrodermus.
true, but the 13th black crusade and the fall of cadia was setup like 15 or so years ago, and they did feck all with that during those years. so we could be waiting quite awhile for something to happen with the lion xD
GW is juggling so many plotlines that the Lion has suffered from that a bit. I think they should have done something more, perhaps few short stories or a novella about him to keep his plotline hot.
Similar can be said about Magnus and Angron. They haven't done a whole lot, especially Angron. You can at least argue that Mortarion had the Dark Imperium trilogy.
Never understand why salamanders don't actually ride salamander... If Vulkan return i hope they'll take the opportunity to introduce some models of the local fauna
I really feel like with the Primarchs returning, the Golden Throne failing, and the King in Yellow subplot going on, there's really only one outcome this could all lead to: The Big E returning. Problem is, I don't know if GW would ever actually do that.
I think Lorgar will be the last traitor primarch to come back, akin to a final big boss. The brother that was belittled by his kin returning as the biggest threat to the imperium
Bro got his ass absolutely handed to him by corax in the warp where lorgar is at his most powerful. lorgar will never be the biggest threat to the galaxy
@@MrDekasOne You shouldn’t measure his strength by his physical prowess, but even with that being said he could return individually more powerful after his millennia in meditation. Look at how powerful Horus became
@clarkey7760 yeah nah he's always been the weakest primarch. If he can't beat corax in the warp where he has access to unlimited warp energy, how's is he gonna be the biggest threat to the imperium
This is where i put on my tinfoil hat... I think with the Big E coming back to the fray Lorgar might have a existential crisis about who he is meant to be loyal to him being chaos undivided kinda for me lends a hand that he could choose a side should a 5th god come to power... I do agree with him being last it makes a lot of sense and could make for some VERY interesting story telling
9:00 Dan Abnett has written about the 3rd Bequin book being long finished, but GW is holding off on its release for reasons beyond his control. I think they liked where he was going with the plot, knew how much of a shake up it would be for the setting, and are planning a Valdor return with who knows what other releases to coincide with it. I don't think it would be out of the question either for Valdor to at least know where one or more of the missing loyalist primarchs are. One of them could even be with him.
I was wondering what the status was on that third book. And that city makes way more sense in the context of The End and The Death 3... Abnett foreshadowed heavily.
Maybe a hot take, but I don't think another Primarch should return in this edition yet, as we've had virtually no new lore for the Lion, it would be a bit strange to reintroduce another one without having had much Lion lore before.
Now that the cat is out of the bag they’re probably gonna speed up the returns now with 40k getting huge. They want that momentum now that 30k has ended
@@maciejwisocki2542not a hot take at all but irrelevant take as you are not games workshop so doesn’t matter how smart or good idea you give gw gonna do the opposite
A relaunch of Harlequin and/or Dark Eldar leading to the Harlequins breaking Jaghatai Khan out of Commorragh would be fun. Would also tie in well with a relaunch of some of the SM fast attack options.
@@catcadev also would make sense with their refusal to put Kor on a bike, if they for example have another hero for the White Scars that is on a bike in mind. Would also help Khan out being unique like that instead of just another swordsman Primarch.
I Really hope they retcon the iron Warriors and Perturabo making it so that he’s not Demonic, just traitor. It would be so much more compelling given all his Heresy storylines.
I disagree, If you read the Perturabo section of the Interlude of The End and The Death Volume III you can see why he’d want to become a Daemon Prince after everything. I fully expect that idea to be built upon during the Great Scouring and presumably the novel focused on the Iron Cage and Perturabo’s Ultimate Ascension to Daemonhood.
@@scionoftheemperor1240 Can you expand? I didn't get anything from End and the Death that would make Perturabo want to become a Daemon Prince. Especially having just left the Siege of Terra because of his hatred of Daemons, and being demoted under Mortarion.
I have said it before, but Vulcan coming back will be a huge thing, not because for his strength or compassion, that are still very important, but because of rhe fact he has both a perfect memory, and can actually develop technology back to at least great crusade era , which needless to say, will give the imperium a zenkai boost to say the least.
"Lorgar has been in meditation" I think you mean he's been hiding from Corax in his Citadel while Corax tries to steal his Lunch Money! Also the World Eater got like 5 new models compared to the other 2 Legions and knowing GW that'll soon be 3 Legions.
@LordCrate-du8zm Emperors Children have not been officially released yet so I did not include them. And at the end I said 3 Legions because I know the Emperors Children will have gotten more love by GW than my World Eater brothers. They'll probably get as many unique and fluffy units as Thousand Sons and Death Guard. As for Thousand Sons having the same number. No. Thousand Sons have Basic Chaos Lord's (World Eaters do not), they have unique Terminators (World Eaters do not), They have their own Beastmen (We have renamed Cultists), they have so many more unique models than the World Eaters do and it shows how little GW care for my home Legion.
Bring out Odin Werewolf Psycher Russ. Russ should be able to Turn into a Werewolf Brute form... Like the Emperor Can for a Melee Brute Battle because he is a Melee fighter at the end of the day. However, i would also like to see Leman cast Blizzards and Thunderstorms to Freeze and Smite Foes if the occasion calls for it. I dont see why we cant have both.
Leman, among some other loyalists mostly seems to have defensive psycher abilities as opposed to offensive ones. Which is better when your enemies are all from the warp
@@logangodofcandy not Really. Primarchs are ultimately made to Conquer the material Reality. Leman is kind of Anti-Psycher... and i say Kind of Because his Howl and Battle Aura at worst Causes Fear and Dread and at best Kills all but Primarch Level threats...and in the face of his siblings its greatly diminished. As seen with his battle against Magnus and a battle where Alpharious was present. Leman needs greater offensive tools to physically compete with his siblings or any threat on this level. His only real strength seems to be his natural ferocity and wisdom. He definettly needs some sort of powerup besides the spear.
I think Russ will return soon. I think them putting the space wolves detachment out the day before fulgrim was revealed was a hint. Barring Magnus, every time we got a chaos primarch reveal, a loyalist followed and fought them in the lore. Mortarion was revealed in 2017, and the next year we got Guilliman. Angron showed up, then so too did the Lion. Fulgrim slithers his way back in to real space... just after the wolves of fenris get a new way to be played. You keep saying they're going to get a refresh, what better time?
Better time if Magnus. Leman is in the Warp right now so if Magnus has no word of his existence knowing full well he’d be the first to know then it’s highly doubtful
I think there’s a chance rogal might come back next, if u look at the pattern thats been happening: Guilly came and got the sword, lion came and got the shied, and we know rogal lost a hand so he could come back at take the emps claw as a hand replacement
Would be interesting if Clonegrim was the one to deliver the final coup de grace to the corrupted Fulgrim. It would be poetic and symbolic, Fulgrim would redeem himself like a phoenix reborn out of the ashes of corruption... Just imagine Trazyn overseeing the final showdown between Lion/Guilliman and Fulgrim and Trazyn wanting to be a good boy or making a deal with the Eldar to pokeball throw Clonegrim at Fulgrim to secure a win.
@@codename1176 Lorgar: "Rejoice Galaxy! The apostle of the truth is here!" Corax appearing from a mist made of crows at a distance: "I'm about to end this Traitor whole career"
Valdor is gonna be in the game and lore soon. The city of dust, lit (and powered, and maybe guided) by the growing fragment of the Emperor’s soul (the big blue thing Bequin thought was a regular star, but it was in fact the Star Child) will emerge when the Imperium is next facing calamity
Dan Abnett stating that the release of Pandemonium being delayed for "reasons outside of his control", indicates to me that the revelations of that book will spoil the return of characters to the 40k range. More than likely they want to publish to coincide with a Valdor mini release (and probably Russ alongside)
Though it would be awesome to see Chadgatai Khan and Vulkan, it's better for the Empire that Rogal Dorn returns... Our cousins NEED their Gene father... Also it would be awesome to see him reinforce and fortificate the Empire again.... EVEN MORE. After reading how he manage to not get corrupt by Khorne in The End and the Death and how he beat the crap out of Fulgrim, he is one of My favorites now.
It has to absolutely be the Old wolf / Odin Russ. One eyed, stacks of mysterious knowledge as a counter to Magnus the nerd. Furry Russ would be and is the lamest idea ever
True but GW isn't short on lame ideas. Like giving the Lion the "Emperor's Shield", minus any reference in the lore that He wielded or even needed one.
Difference here is Daemon Primarchs aren't dead or missing, they are even active in the lore. They just lack models and spotlight. The loyalist on yäthe other hand are dead or missing
@TheArcticMenace Guilliman was a great return, and while i really liked the new Lion i prefer Guilliman having to fight alone against the fall of the Imperium. Both of these were also at well known locations. Meanwhile Primarchs like Corax has been dead or captured for almost 10k years.
We probably won’t get a loyalist with Fulgrim because GW is going to make his big return an event where Gulliman banishes him as revenge for Fulgrim putting him in the coma. And then Fulgrim will join Angron in the no lore cave.
Other factions deserve their “primarch” level character. Give Custodes Valdor, Give Drukhari there leader. 4 vs 4. Jagathai, Vulkan can come back against Xenos threats. Perty vs Dorn is guaranteed after this though.
If the models are good, I'd buy two versions of new Leman Russ models. A cool human version and a giant werewolf version to replace him on the table when he changes.
If Lorgar comes back it would be awesome if it was along with a daemons refresh. New models/poses and also maybe new types of daemons we haven't seen before!
yes next Daemonic Primarch is Perturabo, he is actively working with Vashtorr. as for the loyalists i think Russ will be next as i think the Divergent chapters will get their primarch first. BUT i see more and more iron hands mentions from GW, and we all know that the Iron Hands are working on resurrecting Ferrus Manus. they where also a divergent chapter but they have not had their own codex since 8th i think, they might get their own again as they are more divergent then any of the other chapters fromt he main codex. Ferrus Manus resurrected with the Keys of Hel would also go straight after Fulgrim burning with hate :D
I have a theory that with the eldar refresh, if they throw some drukahri too, I think the khan will follow. Him in the web way whooping elf ass it makes since to me.
I don't think Perturabo is a daemon primarch. I think he's stuck inside a suit of golden throne ish armour and his will is the only thing keeping him alive.
Can someone explain to me, why Russ? I understand Guilliman and Lion was easy cause they were just there and their bodies were safe. But why Russ? Last time I checked in the plot I thought with Vashtor and finding the keyhole or whatever we were moving into more Webway focused stuff and that could easily lead to a Khan return. Yet almost every 40k youtuber is like: Russ is coming back! Is it because of the the Space Wolves refresh? Kinda like how the Emps Children refresh meant that Fulgrim would come back? Is that it and then idk, the plot will bend over backwards to just have Russ appear and be like: Hey guys I heard I was getting new Minis, hows the Galaxy?
Essentially yeah 🤣. It's not a coincidence each chaos God has a primarch now, or that the ultramarines got their's back first. At the end of the day it's gonna be whatever makes them the most money as they are a business. Russ is most likely simply cause space wolves are the most popular next option
That’s literally how all of warhammer has been sadly is lore bending over for the minis. If primarchs are profitable they will come. Lion just held off so long just because even though he arguably had more simplified way of waking up then guilliman yet he came second. Literally every other primarch has next to nothing. Corax at most we know he has a demon like bird thing but that’s all. Russ is one more active knowing he just doing something in the warp. Making and giving visions to space wolves, and his company he took with him the 13th have returned to the space wolves themselves in material universe. And considering he just traversing the warp he seems to be most free of the rest with dorn and khan possibly captured, corax just corax, Vulkan is dead who knows what even happened with that or if he even reformed or if the artifacts matter. With all considering and Russ being more popular for better or worse he still big attention so gw gonna focus and seems more likely for him to come back just depends how they are, if he is actually gonna save or help isha, or eldar, if he is any way corrupted or mutated or werewolf Odin man just how they gonna show it more then if he is gonna show up
There was also the fact that Russ went into the Warp to search for the Tree of Life (or something like that) that is speculated to be in Nurgle's Garden and the Emperor burned a big part of the Garden in Godblight, so it seems that if Russ is ever going to make to the center of Nurgle's domain, now would be a great time for him to do this since it's significantly weakened.
It would be pretty sweet if Vulkan could come back with the Emperor's Vulcan cannon, and walk around with it and a massive ammo drum carried on his back like Vulcan Raven
Recent stories have heavily involved the Webway. We've got the return of the Lion who can suddenly use "Forest walk", which bears a striking similarity to the Webway, and we have Vashtorr reassembling an Old Ones Webway-building machine and using it to poke around in the Webway for the "vault". And who do we know who was last seen entering the Webway? One Mr. J. Khan. Perhaps he's been guarding whatever lock Vashtorr is trying to open? And of _course_ Dorn has to return, but he should return as a dreadnought. Or to be more precise, a _Chaos_ dreadnought. It's hard to imagine that he won that last fight and then just wandered off leaving his hand behind; if he's still alive, it stands to reason he was captured. So he was torn apart, then whatever was left was taken and put in a dreadnought sarcophagus, where he's been tortured for the last ten thousand years. We could have a storyline where a squad of Imperial Fists are clearing out a Chaos stronghold and they find this unusually large dreadnought sarcophagus in the deepest chambers, realise it's something special and take it back home with them. Then most of the story passes as they discover just how special this dreadnought is, culminating in realising that it's not an Astartes in there, it's a primarch.
I can imagine Perturabo capturing Dorn and turning him into his personal super deamon servitor to fight his wars for him. Pertrubo is chilling and creating new deamon engines and stuff while Dorn is forced to fight wars he doesn't want to.
Hope they retcon it so Perturabo isn't a "Daemonic" primarch but just a traitor primarch (dark mechnicum converted war machine style maybe?), that way we can have one of each god, Lorgar for the undivided, and Perturabo as an unaligned primarch
What did you think of that passage in End and the Death where he desires to harness chaos as a weapon, transforming himself to get the edge on his traitor brothers?
Always choose the "easiest" primarch to bring back, in the meaning that you don't need lots of narrative around it. Just like the Lion that was sleeping, perhaps Vulkan can be back just after been found somewhere lots in space (not a very glorious story, I must admit.). Then Corvus Corax, who is already kind of back, perhaps he could choose to come back to see his two brothers. Betwwen the Kahn, Russ and Dorn, well, here, should they come back, it will be with an important story to tell. We can imagine that for the two first, they haven't aged 10 millinias old because of warp/bla bla, but still, for me, they weight more in term of narrative than Corax and Vulkan.
I believe that Vulkan is currently hanging with The King in Yellow. Keeping an eye on Dan Abnett's next book. The King in Yellow needs a builder and architect. Vulkan fits that need nicely. Also in classic literature who built Pandemonium was Mulciber, whose Roman name is Vulkan. I am probably wrong but the breadcrumbs are there.
Erebus resurfaces with a big ass threat to big G. All of a sudden, shadows envelop him as a crowlike demon drags him into the shadows. and thus corvus has returned
i started my emperors children army in october and fulgrim was a reveal away… now i start my salamanders army just after christmas and what do you know, VULKAN LIVES
No joke, the idea of Russ coming back as like some kind of odin, the all father, as like a rune priest with top tier psycher powers to counter magnus would both be awesome, ironic and interesting. Then we need vulkan to come back as the heart, Khan as the objective reason and raven boy as vengeance, with lion as the general and rowboat as emperor jr. And Lorgar as the galaxies new horus for the great 5v5
In another video (from someone else, can't remember) on the same subject, I thought 2 things : 1) It would be too "easy/uninteresting" to throw Primarch as pair : Perturabo and Dorn, Magnus and Leman, Lorgar and Corvus,... 2) What do the Imperium need right now with Guilliman reorginising the Imperium and the Lion striking left and right ? So I would go with the Khan or Corvus. Guilliman will soon realise the Lion is back and throwing a mysterious tactician to the mix could be enough to shake the daemonic Primarch advance. So one of those as the third. If GW do throw a fourth Primarch also, both candidate previously mentioned are still possible, but you can add Vulkan, Dorn and Leman too. For Sanguinius and Ferrus, I think they both need a REALLY good plot for them to come back. If Lorgar and Magnus attempt some massive warp-heresy, this might be enough to begin something with those two dead primarch.
Dorn: Where were you. I was stuck for ages. Imperial Fists: We thought you were dead. We found your hand. *Displays heavily engraved hand* Dorn: That's not my hand. *Shows hands*. Did you find an ogryn hand and think it was mine?
The only way I want Russ back is if Russ has grown up. I despised Heresy era Russ, like you said I want him to be an Odin-type character, a Viking King and for the love of god, I hope this refresh makes the Wolves more Norse-like, Viking (raiding) Chaos holdings. Failing that, bring back Dorn, building fortress Imperium, and Khan, because that'd make for an interesting conversation with the Emperor. "I told you so, Dad."
Probably each Loyalist will get two traitors to smack. Big G got Magnus and Morty, Lion got Angry boi and now Fulgrim. So next one will show up probably by the time we will get Fulgrim resolved. Russ could be next as the Psyker Primarch for Loyalists.
I'm two minds about who will be next Demon Primarch: Perturabo - makes sense to release along new vehicles/mechanical units (Obliterators and Venomcrawlers as standalone kits, possibly new Defiler or something like that) Lorgar - if rumors about Chaos Demons being rolled back into CSM books are true, then he would make nice "generic" Chaos Undivided caddy (think Furies etc) For Loyalist it's almost 100% Russ (and probably first to be seen after Fulgrim), Vulkan would make sense, Khan is a maybe, Dorn would need to get Rogal Multipass to be more than Fifth Element prop. Corvus... wouldn't make much sense unless it's Morathi-like deal (he's a Warp bird now)?
My two armies are Dark Angels and Iron Warrior.... been Iron Wariors for years. I was so happy for the Lion and the DA refresh.. now if I get the same for IW I would be so freaking happy.
Honestly, why I would love to see Vulkan the most, I rather look at what we already and most likely would be Russ. Why, because he is part of the last open individually supported Space Marine Legion. Not counting Blood Angels since they have a Pseudo-Primarch Level figure with the Sanguinor (Similar to Abaddon, who go provided for the Chaos Poster Boys.) After Russ, I could see them go for some of the more overused Legions Primarch. Word Bearers are classic bad guys in 40k, so could see Lorgar. Also could see Dorn, as they could pull out rules that affect both Fists and Fists successors, who definitely were and still are very popular.
I really hope Pert is just the Logos but big and out of control. (And not particulary Daemon-looking, just crazy warp stuff, kinda like the old 2nd Edition metal Chaos Dread but cranked up to eleven)
2:23 personally I think it would be fun and kinda hilarious if despite all of the rumors and despite all of the fear, the iron Lord never actually reached apotheosis despite his research. Or maybe because of his research . So he just sits there in his fortress as an old man, a twisted mirror image of the very neglect that his father showed he and his brothers
Honestly my hope that would fit a narrative event related to Fulgrim would have to be Dorn as the returning primarch, thanks due to his personality range is the direct opposite to Fulgrim and arming Dorn with the Emperor's Power Claw just makes perfect sense. Outside of potential primarchs returning that would make sense to be pitted against Fulgrim perhaps a unique model for some of the other unique ranges the loyalists can offer, perhaps a new set of Legion of the Damned models (so people don't have to sculpt or kitbash their kits to get the skeletal bits needed to make these minis) with a particular scaled up to be larger Contemptor Dreadnought leading the charge that retains some distinctive features from the legion he once hailed from, i.e. Bringing back Rylanor as a Legion of the Damned character. That would be absolute fire, holy fire in fact...
i think its obvious that leman russ is returning with the space wolves refresh to balance the scales a little with fulgrim coming back but after its a bit of a toss up on who else can come back to balance the scales adn could be any of the other remaining primarchs.
Ive said it to myself multiple times its going to be between these 5 khan, dorn, corax, vulkan, russ and narrow it down even more and it has to be either corax or khan or vulkan because they are the easiest to bring back khan is just in the webway so tell a custodes that and the emperor will just open a portal for khan to walk through then for corax he can return whenever he wants but he just prefers bothering lorgar anf finally vulkan because he is the least obvious and is a perpetual or the 6th option alpharus because he is double agent
When I got into 40k as a kid in the early 90's, the Ultramarines, Space Wolves, Blood Angels, and Dark Angles were the big space marine chapters. It's 30 years later and they're still pushing those four. I get that they sell well. But could we please get something different than the same thing we've had for the past 30 years?! Could we please get something new?! But then, constant refreshes of the same old thing over and over without anything new kinda fits the vibe of the Imperium...
I think it will now be like 7 years minimum until we see another Chaos Primarch return if not longer. With Fulgrim we've now got a Daemon Primarch for each of the Chaos gods which is a weird kind of tick box which GW can concider done now. In any case my prediction on order is Russ, Vulkan, then Khan. Corax may be floating about the warp but realistically GW will keep him back maybe for some grand dual release with Lorgar. Same goes for Dorn and Perturabo. Or at the very least they'll go Lorgar into Corax and Perturabo into Dorn with him being the final Primarch to return and signal the end times.
I feel like with Russ and Corax there kinda tied with more end times stuff so theyll (unfortunately for corax....) return later kinda at a end times especially with them more than likely probably having a werewolf/demon raven forms. however vulkan returning would probably be best as hes a smith and could be seen as an end to the stagnation of tech advancements. hes less likely to try and seize control from the other 2 so it could lead to some actual advancements for humanity. Although i do want corax to return next, it would be cool to have someone who was deep in the warp actually try and inform people whats been happening plus he had a good relationship with guillimen and respected his lead. and in a personal headcannon the emporer had russ as his executioner it would be cool to have corax be the regents assasin and go to work on terra
I think with Fulgrim coming back, which relates to the Eldar, which then leads the the Druchari, when then leads to the webway I wouldn’t be surprised if they bring back the Kahn
Leman vs fullgrim would be a cool idea fullgrim shows his face at a place leman arrives Sends fullgrim and his posse packing that should be what i think should happen
I think Khan is coming back with Aeldari. Using hybrid Imperium and Aeldari jet bike. Give Space Marines some jet bike to ride and some veteran outriders with plasma and melta-guns mixed in with a bower fist. Thanks for video.
Tbh i would love to see cloned Fulgrim as an ally to loyalist and see him slay the original. It would be cool to see the seeker of perfection being slain by the perfect being - himself.

Vulkan and the Khan can easily just come back, have a couple stories reintegrating them, and then go off and do their own thing without shaking up the setting too much
That and vulkans emphath6 and sheer charisma could up the morale of the imperium but a big margin
You are speaking my language!
If vulkan comes back, Imperium would be able to make DAOT tech, not cool.
Wishing for Khan tbh
@@moncey1120The Lion coming back was great; he just needs more lore connecting with the broader imperium and of course Guilman. That’s the baffling part is the delays in the story arcs for both characters.
We already known where rogal dorn is, he’s currently being the emperors precious Centurion…by being dead in PRETEND.
If you read Tallarn and the End and the Death, it really does seem like they’re setting Perterabo up to be a Daemon Prince of Vashtorr.
Wasn't tallarn before vashtorr was a thing?
@@sjewitt22 lore wise yes, however like Slaanesh once a god is created in the warp then they have always been in the warp. The warp being outside of time and such. Personally I think Perterabo should be independent of all Chaos Gods as he despises them, would be nice to have a traitor who isn't all about chaos. In Tallarn the power he sought as a weapon and looked to use it to bolster his strength so after the fall of the Imperium they would be able to fight the other traitor Primarchs. It's why they lied to Horus' messenger.
@@thefooloffenris It makes sense to have renegade but not Chaos chapters.
I would love to see that happen. The Iron Warriors are my favorite traitor chapter.
I hope that doesn’t happen though - Peter turbo doesn’t deserve that!! 😂
Corvus is really the only loyalist 100% confirmed to be alive and pretty active in the warp
The problem is collecting the artifacts for the salamanders is really slow. So i don't think we are getting him soon.
Khan is still alive he is just in the webway till someone remembers that and tells gw about how easy it is to bring him back and the money they'd get from it
It’s going to be Ferrus as a Primarch dreadnought with a necrodermis coffin to hold his soul like a ctan.
Iron hands players would freak
Ferrus is very dead. It would be more realistic for sanguinius to do that, and there is no chance they will bring him back
@@leafy126.5 Maybe.
And all these people saying “hE’s DeAd ThOuGh” need to go mind their own armies. GW will do it for money and equity among the chapters.
the lion has been back for almost 2 years now and has done fking nothing
true, but the 13th black crusade and the fall of cadia was setup like 15 or so years ago, and they did feck all with that during those years. so we could be waiting quite awhile for something to happen with the lion xD
He's taking a walk to the forest. ☝
2 years is nothing. This is a multi-decade setting, not a weekly soap-opera.
Really hoping for Vulkan along with a ton of unique Salamander models
Agreed!
This brother!
Never understand why salamanders don't actually ride salamander... If Vulkan return i hope they'll take the opportunity to introduce some models of the local fauna
And more successor chapters
Hell no
I really feel like with the Primarchs returning, the Golden Throne failing, and the King in Yellow subplot going on, there's really only one outcome this could all lead to: The Big E returning.
Problem is, I don't know if GW would ever actually do that.
They did it with Sigmar in Fantasy so it’s possible they would
Sigmar returned
They like money of course they are going to do it
If they do. It will be the new End Times. And I am pretty sure that 99% of us do not want this.
I don't understand why the emperor still doesn't have a model in tabletop not even in 30k?
I think Lorgar will be the last traitor primarch to come back, akin to a final big boss. The brother that was belittled by his kin returning as the biggest threat to the imperium
Bro got his ass absolutely handed to him by corax in the warp where lorgar is at his most powerful. lorgar will never be the biggest threat to the galaxy
@@MrDekasOne You shouldn’t measure his strength by his physical prowess, but even with that being said he could return individually more powerful after his millennia in meditation. Look at how powerful Horus became
Perturabo is the strongest/smartest chaos/evil primarch
@clarkey7760 yeah nah he's always been the weakest primarch. If he can't beat corax in the warp where he has access to unlimited warp energy, how's is he gonna be the biggest threat to the imperium
This is where i put on my tinfoil hat... I think with the Big E coming back to the fray Lorgar might have a existential crisis about who he is meant to be loyal to
him being chaos undivided kinda for me lends a hand that he could choose a side should a 5th god come to power...

They have been upgrading the bike models.
AND then a new Model for VECT with some sexy slaves
A multipart Outrider Squad would be a great release kit for 11th.
@@catcadev also would make sense with their refusal to put Kor on a bike, if they for example have another hero for the White Scars that is on a bike in mind. Would also help Khan out being unique like that instead of just another swordsman Primarch.
HAHAHA! (As a Harlequin fan that means I agree).
Perturbators daemon lair is woven throughout the Iron Warriors story to a degree that a retcon would be a ridiculous undertaking and a huge step back.
He will probably be like a giant obliterator
@@scionoftheemperor1240 Can you expand? I didn't get anything from End and the Death that would make Perturabo want to become a Daemon Prince. Especially having just left the Siege of Terra because of his hatred of Daemons, and being demoted under Mortarion.

Live from the Black Library has a video on The End and The Death Volume III where he talks about the Perturabo section
Oh shit, here we go again!
"Warband of the Iron Hands". It's time to forget about that dreadnought and move on Chapter Master .
"Lorgar has been in meditation" I think you mean he's been hiding from Corax in his Citadel while Corax tries to steal his Lunch Money! Also the World Eater got like 5 new models compared to the other 2 Legions and knowing GW that'll soon be 3 Legions.
You mean 4 legions? EC, TS, DG, WE.
Also, TS have the oldest mono-god legion range and they have just as many models as WE.
Omegon is coming back...... AS A LOYALIST!!
Hydra Dominatus!
For the Emperor!
Shhhhh... that's need to know
Bring out Odin Werewolf Psycher Russ.
Gulliman dropped before Mortarion, he came out end of 7th edition, Mortarion was start of 8th.
@@TheArcticMenace I did say reveal for a reason lol
I'm surprised GW hasn't done anything with Clonegrim yet, considering how popular the idea is with the fanbase.
A big GW move would be to release Perturabo with his model carrying Rogal Dorne's head confirming Dorne really died.
Ah yes the delusion of every iron warrior fan😂
Foil time: Dorn has been disguising himself as Valdor, "The King in Yellow", since who would really know the difference?
Guilliman but he doesn't seem to care
Corax. It has to be Corvus Corax.
No Lorgar no Corax. Sad but true
They should bring both Corax and Lorgar together
@@codename1176 Lorgar: "Rejoice Galaxy! The apostle of the truth is here!" Corax appearing from a mist made of crows at a distance: "I'm about to end this Traitor whole career"
Valdor is gonna be in the game and lore soon. The city of dust, lit (and powered, and maybe guided) by the growing fragment of the Emperor’s soul (the big blue thing Bequin thought was a regular star, but it was in fact the Star Child) will emerge when the Imperium is next facing calamity
And out of nowhere comes Rogal Dorn, dressed in black, with a steelchair!
The Lion and Guilman need more time to connect and re-build their relationship. I hope GW slow rolls the loyal primarchs.
They need Vulcan to give them an awkward bear hug and some Noctournean fire!!!!🔥
He will see the state of the imperium and go Vulkan loco
It has to absolutely be the Old wolf / Odin Russ. One eyed, stacks of mysterious knowledge as a counter to Magnus the nerd.
Furry Russ would be and is the lamest idea ever
True but GW isn't short on lame ideas. Like giving the Lion the "Emperor's Shield", minus any reference in the lore that He wielded or even needed one.
All 7 of us would really like Corax to come back please.
0:40 VULKAN!!
My vote as well
Difference here is Daemon Primarchs aren't dead or missing, they are even active in the lore.
They just lack models and spotlight.
The loyalist on yäthe other hand are dead or missing
The lion was missing and Gulliman was “dead” (in status (statis?) ) and they both came back, so lost and or missing primarchs can come back
@TheArcticMenace Guilliman was a great return, and while i really liked the new Lion i prefer Guilliman having to fight alone against the fall of the Imperium.
Russ sacrificing an eye to look into eye of eternity like Kairos then getting old, stronger and a bit weird when he gets out would be cool.
Other factions deserve their “primarch” level character. Give Custodes Valdor, Give Drukhari there leader. 4 vs 4. Jagathai, Vulkan can come back against Xenos threats. Perty vs Dorn is guaranteed after this though.

My money's on Leman Russ being the next Primarch to return. Look at how GW seem to be pushing Space Wolves recently
Valrak...Have you considered that Odin Leman and Werewolf Leman are one and the same?
If they bring back Logar, there needs to be a plot where he becomes the new war master. Keep the story moving forward
I totally agree Sanguinius is coming back next.

Bro forgor about alpharius XDDDD
That what they wanted you to think 🤫

Wouldn't it be wild if they brought back Omegon
Where did you get that artwork at 5:17? That picture is my dream for Guilliman and the Lion!
In another video (from someone else, can't remember) on the same subject, I thought 2 things :
1) It would be too "easy/uninteresting" to throw Primarch as pair : Perturabo and Dorn, Magnus and Leman, Lorgar and Corvus,...
*Displays heavily engraved hand*
Dorn: That's not my hand.
Clone Fulgrim and Clone Manus would be an interesting thing to see. The perfectionist dynamic duo in 40K would be neat
I'm two minds about who will be next Demon Primarch:
Perturabo - makes sense to release along new vehicles/mechanical units (Obliterators and Venomcrawlers as standalone kits, possibly new Defiler or something like that)
Lorgar - if rumors about Chaos Demons being rolled back into CSM books are true, then he would make nice "generic" Chaos Undivided caddy (think Furies etc)
For Loyalist it's almost 100% Russ (and probably first to be seen after Fulgrim), Vulkan would make sense, Khan is a maybe, Dorn would need to get Rogal Multipass to be more than Fifth Element prop. Corvus... wouldn't make much sense unless it's Morathi-like deal (he's a Warp bird now)?
My two armies are Dark Angels and Iron Warrior.... been Iron Wariors for years. I was so happy for the Lion and the DA refresh.. now if I get the same for IW I would be so freaking happy.
Honestly, why I would love to see Vulkan the most, I rather look at what we already and most likely would be Russ. Why, because he is part of the last open individually supported Space Marine Legion. Not counting Blood Angels since they have a Pseudo-Primarch Level figure with the Sanguinor (Similar to Abaddon, who go provided for the Chaos Poster Boys.)
After Russ, I could see them go for some of the more overused Legions Primarch.
I love how you listed the Iron Hands with the other traitor chapters 😂
2:23 personally I think it would be fun and kinda hilarious if despite all of the rumors and despite all of the fear, the iron Lord never actually reached apotheosis despite his research.
Or maybe because of his research .
So he just sits there in his fortress as an old man, a twisted mirror image of the very neglect that his father showed he and his brothers
For Vulkan to return his missing relics would need to be found as well. Mind you, Warp affected Corax or Russ would be awesome
I like the idea that the khan is defending the black library to prevent chaos from breaching it
i think its obvious that leman russ is returning with the space wolves refresh to balance the scales a little with fulgrim coming back but after its a bit of a toss up on who else can come back to balance the scales adn could be any of the other remaining primarchs.
I think Vulkan with space marine armour that is made fully out of scales would be SICK
Jaghatai Khan with the fast attack refresh but the white scars with him are now all madmax post apocalyptic with junk bikes, war trikes and choppers!
