Blink Video Doorbell Offline - How To Remove/Install Batteries
Вставка

- In this video I show you step by step how I fixed our Blink video doorbell that was offline. Make sure you are wearing the proper safety equipment when you do this and take all safety precautions. I tried to reset our modem/router, I tried to unplug and plug back in the sync module, I also tried to remove the camera from the app and re add it but none of that worked. I had to remove the blink doorbell from the wall and take the batteries out to let the Blink video doorbell reset. Watch this video to see step by step how I did that. After I put the batteries back in and added the Blink video doorbell back to the app it went back online and started working again. Thanks for watching!

If you have an iPhone try this:
Settings\ scroll down to blink\ turn off local networks then turn it back on\ open blink app\ scan QR code then it should connect again
Trying this thank you
thank you
I don’t have mine hard wired. My batteries died and I replaced them. Now I can’t get the red dead battery icon to show full battery. It’s annoying. I replaced them with rechargeable batteries and I charged them all night. They’re a good brand. So I’m sure they’re fully charged. Where on the app can I change or reset it?
To remove the cover you simply push up gently with the tool supplied (or with a screwdriver of similar width)on the light grey 2 prongs that are in the hole shown in the video. There is no need to lever or use any force!
I can't re-add my doorbell. It doesn't show up in the Wi-Fi settings, so I can't connect to it. The red light flashes though.

@@SamiiTooColdd no, I don't have an iPhone. I went through all the troubleshooting procedures with Blink tech support. I did everything they could think of and still, it would not work, because it was not producing a Wi-Fi signal for some reason. The solution was they sent me a new doorbell camera, which so far, is working.
@@DonaldDrennanI have this same problem. I’ll just buy another one.
I have the same problem
It’s low voltage. This will Not shock you. Don’t waste money calling an electrician. Obviously if you have this economy doorbell is because you couldn’t afford expensive one, so what makes this guy think that you’re gonna be able to afford an electrician?
Thanks for this useful video. Can you tell me if there is a way to link it to a tv; echo show; etc to act as a monitor?
Doesn't tell you how to connect online if having issues
My back plate doesn’t go on at all…pretty annoying system. Gonna return it.
What happens if you don't have the lil tool to pop it off?
I use my pocket knife. Just push up in and pry like manual says. Works the same.
Hello are you able to advise me that the doorbell rings but does not alert the phone as a chime
Oh please... thats it?😮
Why not just simply say remove batteries for 5 secs then reinstall
This didn't help at all
A child could have done that....How intall batteries please
Zero feedback channel…smh 🤦♂️
I noticed the same. This is exactly how you DONT grow your channel. 😂
