I don’t even know if you’ll see this comment 5 years later, but I’m rewatching this in awe, Marta! I recently (2023) purchased this canvas from your store and am fascinated to watch the process of you creating it, while it sits here in front of me!! It’s even more beautiful in person! I’m honored to own it!!! ❤🦋
I am so happy to hear from you ! I am delighted you have a piece of my heart in your home... I am sure it is taking a special place now and bringing you inspiration! love you !!! Thank you for your message and for choosing to adopt this piece! ❤️ 🩷 🧡 💛 💚 💙 🩵 💜
@@MaremiSmallArt You are so sweet!! You probably don’t remember but I’ve mentioned to you several times that I have had a major creative slump. This - and the chipboards I purchased from you - are inspiring me to create again!! Thank you so much!! Love you! 💙🦋
INCREDIBLE!! Your ability to take a boring clothespin and use it to create the most awesome background texture is so amazing! Your use of sprays for color and allowing them to blend is just stunning! I'm love this project so much, and it's not because butterflies are my favorite! I love the texture, color, and recycled belt centerpiece! i have belts and belt buckles I have kept because they were gorgeous, and now, thanks to you I have a use for them! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity and inspiring us!
I will repeat what a lady said below in the comments - I love to be able to sit and watch your videos after a long day. You are so upbeat and happy, so talented and creative, and I love to listen to your voice. You are indeed a treasure! :-)
I just recently found your channel. You have already given me so much inspiration. I was recently laid off my job of 19 years (along with about 75 of my coworkers) so got to finish reorganizing my craft room. Let the crafting resume! I’m feeling very much like doing mixed media. Clothes pins are going into mu Amazon cart.
I never fail to smile when I watch your videos. Don’t ever stop chatting with us. 😍 I’m as tossed as you about whether I like the “freedom” or the sentiment more. Both are stunning for different reasons.
You always make me feel good inside, Marta and I smile or laugh the whole way through your videos. Thank you for being you and bringing joy into people's lives :)
You definitely don't want to hurt yourself. I broke a couple ribs pressing on a very large paper punch. I was pushing with my hands and torso. It took 6 weeks to heal. Who would think you could hurt yourself scrapbooking. I did...lol I am so happy to see a new long video from you, Marta. Thank you for showing me things I would not have thought to use in art...:)
Cheryl Massie I hurt my rib inside my car last year, which was at a standstill in my carport so I know the feeling :O I also had a huge Martha Stewart circle punch and ended up giving it to my daughter because it was so hard to push down. Ridiculous! :D
riteasrain I know it's ridiculous how hard some of these punches are to use. I even bought a tool with a big handle on it for leverage when you put the punch into the tool. Still doesn't work and those big mondo punches are almost 20$ each.
You are adorable. I love listening to you after a long stressful work day. I think it turned out nice... I loved the background when it was still in it’s natural state...with just a little white...but, I did like your finished piece. Thank you for another great video.
I am so in love with all your projects that you share! The clothspins were beautiful even before you painted them, but it's a gorgeous piece when you finished it!
I absolutely love the clothespins background. Your creativity never ceases to amaze me. I love watching all your videos and hearing your sweet voice. I feel like I'm spending time with a friend.
Absolutely love this piece Marta! I've had a package of clothes pins from the dollar tree for a little while now. I had originally purchased them to craft with, but no idea what. I've been going through a Crafters block of late, even after watching videos, although inspired, sit down and nothing. But your wonderful video not only inspired me but also reminded me to pull out my junk piles and those clothes pins and give it a go. At least if I get half way through and my spark burns out, I don't feel I've ruined those special pieces. So again TFS your stunning creation Marta. Beautiful as always, but also thank you for the reminder to just "give it a go. Sorry for such a long message. Take care Marta, Wishing you all many many smiles. 😄 xx, Dawn 🦋
Oh my goodness! This is so beautiful! I like how the sides turned out, when you didn't color them all black. I have a similar butterfly, from a broken necklace (now I know what I can try to use it for). Again, thank you so much for such a great tutorial. I love when Emily cam in and waved Hi! Hugs to you and your family!
They are called tweezers :) I love your English. You have done such a great job learning a new language. I am in the process of learning Spanish. I have a long way to go. As always, just love, love, love your work. My favorite UA-cam Channel by far!!!!
I think the word you were looking for was “skimp” which means expend or use less time, money or material on something. Love the project, as usual. Clever use of clothes pins! ❤️
The background of clothes pegs is awesome, it’s got a lot of depth to it, defiantly giving this one a go! As always a very inspirational video and you have brightened up what is a pretty horrible morning here in South West Scotland. 💕
You are so wonderfully talented. I'm sooo glad that I found you. You've really inspired me and I now know what to do with all the "stuff" I've been buying...along with my polymer clay I will be able to make some wonderful things. Many Thanks Marta. Oh and I absolutely love your accent! It's a mix of my 2 favourites ☺
Amazing process. Love watching you create, so inspiring. This turned out beautiful. ( the tool you used to pick up the chip board is called a tweezer ) You always make me smile and laugh when I listen to you while you create. Looking forward to all your Christmas videos. ❤️❤️
So beautiful! I love the clothespins! Gave me an idea to use mine to create a "picket fence" effect. I have to try the glue gun dots too! Thanks Marta!
Love it! Thank you for the enjoyable time. You are very calming at the close of a busy day. Thanks for the ideas. I too am a hoarder of things I've found as life has past. What a pleasure to put them in a design. Then maybe people won't say, what are you holding on to that for! Inspiring as usual. I love bits and pieces that are interesting or trigger a memory. Oh, I would have liked the title off of the butterfly. Upper left or lower right, on a long clothes pin maybe.
que trabajo mas hermoso y lo mejor es que encontre la traducción y pude seguir tus consejos en cada detalle . gracias por ser tan generosa con tus explicaciones bendiciones
Gorgeous! :) Really love the clothespin background! :) Added such an interesting texture! :) I think that the text strip you finally used is the perfect one! :) The big sign would have been too big! Gorgeous on another project but too big on this one! Hugs from Stockholm!
This'a a such creative idea! you're an artist ☆☆☆the background is sooooi beautiful wish I can become creative like you one day! thank you very much for this great video♥
Oh love these colours so beautiful. .. great idea for the clothed pegs. .. I have loads of them never use them for clothes so now I know what I can do with them 😊😊
Precioso!! De verdad, pero la frase encima de la mariposa le quita encanto, yo la hubiese puesto arriba a la izquierda. Felicidades por el trabajo y un saludo desde España. Toñi
WOW! Marta this is STUNNING! Thank you so much. A few questions: 1. Is your glue gun low temp or high temp? 2. What spray colors did you use? So vibrant! Are they Pearl, Pastel or Chalk mists? 3. Where did you get all the watch faces? You are truly amazing and I love your creations! Now I have ideas on how to use all those wooden pieces I bought! :-)
My glue gun has no temperature settings. Those were 13arts sprays mix of chalk or pastel. My parts of watch I got from a local guy that fix watches. I asked him to buy old pieces from him. Xx

I love hearing you talk while working. Your english is wonderful! I am not a huge yellow or orange fan, but on your canvas somehow I like the colors!
I love how you think out loud! I love this canvas, I recently bought some magicals and have been afraid to use them!
