Once you have mastered the technique of Chicken Marsala, you now have the skills to also make Veal Marsala, Pork Marsala, Beef Marsala. What would service with this?

This chicken Marsala looks delicious, well done! 😋 I love shallots and opt to use them instead of onions in many dishes.
I came over from Linda’s channel. “ Cooking with Linda b”. She mentioned you in her video today, & coincidentally she just did a great video on this the other day.
I just did a soup video & forgot the bay leaves, added them 1/2 way through. I agree, you can definitely tell when they haven’t been put in!
I would like a bite of that and a sip of that wine 😉 😊I will subscribe now!

Hmm, I wonder if there is a similar flavor note as wine without alcohol as it's a problem with several of my family members. I just love eating Chicken Marsala just like a certain restaurant chain makes but again I cannot have alcohol in my household.

There a couple of options. Believe it or not but cranberry juice or white grape juice can give similar taste profiles. 🍸🍸

I'll have to check out those ingredients as I love the flavors of wine-braised food but again cannot allow alcohol into the household.@@LetsCelebrateTV
