He is as a team killer , narcissistic, antagonistic, juvenile, but always plays the victim role .Field performance isn't the only criteria for team success .he divided team harmony ,he's a unquestionable HOF player ,a transcended talent , nevertheless you couldn't have continous Championship aspersions with him ,it was impossible . He essentially at this point is craving attention . Great individual stats producing career no doubt , selfish ,temperamental ,grudge holding ,lack of accountability , antagonistic , psychologically scared from his child hood impacting his udult life decision at employment interaction with contemparies person . Very few Objective minded people could participate alongside him as his offensive teammate . He would be suffocating ,we all have had a friend ,family member ,associate like this in our lives before . When they aren't the center of attention ,when you have to tell them no ,the fire works 🔥go off . Anyone T.O. deems less relevant then him will suffer for attempting to exists anywhere near his proximity especially when attention is diverted away from him ,his voice is muted because someone else is speaking , narcissistic folks are great at fooling their audience ,great gregarious litehearted smile ,exaggerated laughter , excellent small talk to get their audience to lower their guard ,then boooommm they proceed to latch their tentacles in the ambushed prey .T.O. inthe end only cares exsclusively about T.O. at everyone exspense . Again he's a certified HOFER ,no argument about that ,but on historically great SB teams of the past he couldn't be on those teams ,he couldn't submitt himself to being a second or third option to a team who's great at running the ball ie 60's packer 70'sDolphins , Steelers , 90's Cowboys , he'd cause friction within the lockeroom . Sometimes personal sacrifice is a important commodity inthe mandate of team work . T.O. need professional psychological therapy .Sometimes we have to humble ourselves through humility to not say everything we think ,speaking just to be talking , particularly when it's not of a Objective,3 dimisional thinking context .

Spoke his mind about what? He was often running his mouth or saying things you could have said behind closed doors. That is not speaking your mind, that is being dumb and playing the victim. He never takes responsibility for his role in things. I am sure there is more to this than what T.O. is saying.

I believe the Patriots in 2011 should have looked to sign T.O instead of getting a washed up Chad Ochocinco who had lost his quickness and just was not the same. He did not have the work ethic of T.O and got washed up quick. The 2011 Patriots were very close to winning it anyway despite Ochocincos lack of contribution. With T.O they might have beaten the Giants. They had Gronk, A. Hernandez , Welker, Edelman and Deion Branch. They decided to Add Ochocinco. T.O would have done way more there. I legit 100% think they would have won that one with T.O. The leadership was strong in that locker room that I believe T.O would have bought in. He had still some left. I believe he had 2 more years left than what he actually ended up playing. The team must have a strong leader at QB and HC. Patriots had that in Brady and Belichick. Cowboys did not. Romo was a loof and The coach was a no show. it was always Jerrys show and he ran things. In the 90s they had a leader in QB and HC before Jimmy got fired.

I always knew Jason Witten was behind T.O leaving the Cowboys, he held them back for years and kept them from developing his replacement, and he was best friends with Romo, T.O. was their best weapon and we see why they haven't been able to win consistently for 25 years

TO is a courageous HOF-WR. He was blackballed because of two reasons: race and personality. He wasn't a House kneegrow that smiled & danced. He knew the game of NFL FOOTBALL as as skilled player and coaching abilities. He rightly pointed out QB Romo's inadequacies in games; especially playoff games. It cost his career and held up his timely entrance to the HOF. He was a 1st ballot, but they passed over him a few years all the while ignoring his records and the publics outcry to select this top WR of all time. He was in that class of greatness.
