    I'm loving these chair exercises. They are really helping with my long covid recovery, as well as feeling very safe for my hypermobility.

    Could a dining room table chair work or a computer chair?

      Any chair as long as stable with back support

      @@JeannieDiBonHypermobility we even have recliners, but I would sit on the edge of the chair so I don’t sink down and can’t get back up. But I might try using a computer chair.
