    Hyper mobile pelvis? I learn something new every day. How do I know if I have this? I have many issues in that are and I do have hEDS

    Can you comment on the combination of hyper flexible hips and tight hamstrings? The way it was explained to me is that my body is “trying to hold itself up” to compensate for hyper mobile joints. Does this make sense?

      Yes makes sense. Hamstrings are typically weak in hypermobility.
