TempCo installation on Bradley Smoker

detailed step by step tutorial on how to install a Tempco heating element on a Bradley Smoker
in this tutorial is not covered the installation of the wires im using the original wires for now.
list of hardware needed:
1- 12" 900 Watts Tempco heating element
2- 1/4" x 2" hex full thread bolt
6 - 1/4" Nuts
4- 1/4" washers
2- 1/4 " lock washers
