June's interview said a lot because she said she did not know that she was being recorded. She was honest about why she was that open - she was very angry because Charlie cheated and got Brie pregnant. Brie was then Wendi’s boyfriend’s (Dave) nanny and now she is Charlie’s baby mama. June spoke about how she increasingly got scared of Charlie especially after he warned her not to talk to the cops. She was especially scared when Charlie insisted that she join him on his boat for a ride. She thought something unfortunate could happen because this was the period that arrests had started and the media was chasing after her (June), and Charlie had become very paranoid and behaving very differently from the Charlie that she knew. Another thing I recall June saying was how the Adelsons were never able to explain what happened to Dan Markel anytime she asked. All they kept saying, according to her, was that Dan was not a nice person. June also spoke about Donna confiding in her that she felt Dan was haunting them from the grave. This last statement was ruled inadmissible during Charlie’s trial. Apparently, it would be hearsay and also too prejudicial. June spoke about how her family was advising her to end the relationship with Charlie because they believed Charlie was involved in Dan’s murder. June said she still liked Charlie and made the famous statement that apart from this murder thing that Charlie was being suspected of, he was a great guy. That was the most pathetic statement she made during the interview. Hopefully, I’ll remember some more of what she said. Oh, she did talk about Charlie’s stapled money. Spoke about how she didn’t understand why Charlie was making so many calls to Katie even though she was an ex. One time, the cops caught up with her in front of Charlie’s house and thought she was Magbanua.

I felt concern listening to your podcast yesterday - really informative and interesting as it was - when Roberta Glass was defending Wendy's behaviour. I read Wendy so differently, as manipulative and fully aware that when she complained to her mother about Dan, Donna would rise to the occasion and set about finding a solution. That has probably always been their relationship. Wendy knows exactly what she is doing, keeping her distance from the murder although she was the instigator.

I believe how she treated Jeffrey Liz how she treated her mother Charlie and anyone else she came in contact with. I do recall in her initial questioning that she said she was very close her brother Charlie, but according to the phone records, they rarely spoke prior to the murder. They didn’t speak all the time the way she implies it in her questioning.

If you watched the over my dead body podcast, Robert explained where he was trying to find out from Wendi what happened to Dan and he was being avoided or ignored. This irritated him more so because Wendi was the one who first called Robert to alert him of Dan’s passing. But, she called Robert at a time that she knew Robert couldn’t pick calls. Then when Robert returns her call and tries to find out more, things started going sideways and fishy and all that.
This is my second time viewing, so far I'm really enjoying your content. I posted a question to Carl on his last video asking him what his thoughts were regarding your last video regarding the cost of shuffling Charlie around. You made me think of things that I had not thought of... I think you're on to something!😊
Patty- you mentioned a local artist, Carol Robertson. Wendi mentioned during her Isom interview that the day before the shooting, she was at an art exhibit (show). It’s also when she says that earlier in the day she received a call from Danny home alarm company as did another woman on Thursday (the day Luis states he saw Wendi and the boys walking). I wonder if this artist on the witness list was aware of the conversation with Wendi regarding the alarm company calling her.

Her husband is Gad "Al" Silbermann. They're both doctors in Tallahassee. Wendi stayed overnight at their house w/ the boys the night of the murder, after Wendi's police interview
Marcia Rodriguez was a great witness at KM’s trial. Forensic cell phone specialist I think. I had a feeling the state was holding back on a lot of her testimony for Wendi. Hopefully we get to hear more on that soon!. Juan Vega- look at Isoms testimony about him at the KM trial. And another guy w/Spanish name. I believe the attempt summer 2013. Nick Atteridge was in prison and died..Interesting info on what he said connected with Juan Vega. Danny Tijero is the guy who this year was suing Harvey. The property manager for his rentals. Stephanie Carmona was SG’s girlfriend. Aka Shrimp.

This is simply some story!I Cannot wait for us to get to the time when poor Georgia can spill out every single evidence she’s currently holding back!! That may be when it’s Wendi’s turn or after Harvey 😄. That is when our entire community can pen our own book/s 😄😄. It’s been a while but we have also come a very long way. I remember when we were all in limbo and almost every 2 months I would go searching every possible website to see if there were any new developments. I do the same for every crime story I’m interest in. I bookmark the initial story and keep checking to see if there are any new developments. This was excruciatingly long until I discovered the Florida Politics website which had a number of interesting stuff including Justice for Dan. They had the Adeldons’ attorneys press conference. They had transcripts of some interviews/phone calls etc. Stuff about Katie and her lawyers. Stuff on Tuto and Tato. 😄. That website came to my rescue in times of very lean news. Even when covid threatened to derail everything - with Kawass pressuring for Katie to be released because of covid. I was like, Lord, please, No. She would escape. Of course, the Lord heard my prayers 😄. The rest, as they say, is history. I still go to that Florida Politics website from time to time to see if there’s something new cooking! What a ‘crime’ fan life!!
Courtyard, residence Inn, Hilton Garden ,extended stay….interesting. These are not the cheap hotels L and S would have stayed at. My guess. Hotels Donna and Harvey stayed at when they visited Wendi. Who else stayed at these hotels? They obviously didn’t stay at her house. Extended stay…that has a full kitchen/living room set-up.

It's a NY firm with a very Episcopalian sounding name. Oren is the correct transliteration of his name . It means Pine Tree in Hebrew...He's likely not Episcopalian... (I was going to say Believe it !! as per hero Nobles but in NY you really never know). How Oren became Orin is one of the mysteries of the DEEP....

Fun fact - .. someone I know , he got on the email back in the day and pointed them ( 2 of the owners/ partners ) in the direction of Tara Kawassa and de Coste.. and said .." that's where your money is going in trial fees for Katie - .. better be quick.." but not much came of it. This is simply some story!I Cannot wait for us to get to the time when poor Georgia can spill out every single evidence she’s currently holding back!! That may be when it’s Wendi’s turn or after Harvey 😄. That is when our entire community can pen our own book/s 😄😄. It’s been a while but we have also come a very long way. I remember when we were all in limbo and almost every 2 months I would go searching every possible website to see if there were any new developments. I do the same for every crime story I’m interest in. I bookmark the initial story and keep checking to see if there are any new developments. This was excruciatingly long until I discovered the Florida Politics website which had a number of interesting stuff including Justice for Dan. They had the Adeldons’ attorneys press conference. They had transcripts of some interviews/phone calls etc. Stuff about Katie and her lawyers. Stuff on Tuto and Tato. 😄. That website came to my rescue in times of very lean news. Even when covid threatened to derail everything - with Kawass pressuring for Katie to be released because of covid. I was like, Lord, please, No. She would escape. Of course, the Lord heard my prayers 😄. The rest, as they say, is history. I still go to that Florida Politics website from time to time to see if there’s something new cooking! What a ‘crime’ fan life!!
