Are you like me? Did you see all those ads for Hypervolt, Tim Tam, Theragun, and others on Instagram and wonder if they're actually worth it? I decided I wanted percussive massage gun after I saw my physical therapist using it. However, I was shocked to find out how expensive they are! My friend recommended Northdeer and I was very excited to see how much cheaper it was. Check out this video to find out if it was worth it or not!

Guys the difference and the reason why the Theragun is more expensive btw do some research: the reason why is the other massage guns are vibration guns go look up the next to next look between the theragun and hypervolt. I bought the Theragun G3 for €299 and the hypervolt does nothing for the same prive
Yup there's a difference between percussion massage and vibration massage. For my money, I felt them to essentially be the same. Appreciate the comment!
I think the original one gives real percussion but the other gives vibration more than percussion due to very high frequency.
Yep I think I mentioned that in the video. To me, I couldn't really tell a difference between percussion and vibration.
I've never used anything like this myself, isnt this one of those things that requires a boy friend/girl friend to operate or otherwise there'll be more arm twisting than relaxing? Thanks for the video by the way.
Thanks for massaging. You can massage almost anywhere by yourself. The only tricky part is the back. If you're flexible you'll have no issues. I am not very flexible but I am still able to hit my back.
Not going to lie amazon best seller massage gun is decent enough. Why spend hundreds where you can get the same thing that do the same job for less?

The Theragun has a 16mm throw, while the imposter doesn’t come close to that. If you want a true deep tissue massage , Theragun is the one for you. The reviewer really needs to do his research. Saying they are the same, is simply not true.

The entire point of deep tissue massage is for the vibration to hit the deep muscles, without power you won't be able to do that... this review is honestly missing the point big time. I don't own either btw and yes theragun is probably overpriced.

Yep. It's a wild world of knockoffs out there.
These units are not the same. Theragun is the original and a true percussive instrument. These cheap brands are essentially knock offs of the hyper volt, which in my opinion is still inferior to the theragun. The new gen 4 models are out now with a lot of improvements over the models he is reviewing. You can’t really compare these, it’s almost like a luxury car and a economy car, they both get you there, but in different ways. Folks theragun is a medical device developed by a doctor, and it has patents,which is why you rarely see someone trying to copy it.
