- Senior study author Dr. Michael P. Bogenschutz discusses the clinical trial, which found that two doses of psilocybin-a compound found in psychedelic mushrooms-reduces heavy drinking by 83 percent on average among drinkers with alcohol use disorder, or AUD, when combined with psychotherapy.

It is always the third or fourth, fifth , sixth...5 am and work is close. Not a big deal but I dont want to drink anymore and if this is what it takes I am down. I am over alcohol.

Everyone should take at least once in life psilocibine. It’s an amazing mushroom. My wife and I take it once or twice a year . I can feel sometimes for months a overall better mental attitude towards everything. It’s a long lasting effect for just one dose. For anyone curious about a psicodélic trip I recommend taking no more than one dry gram, it’s a very powerful substance.

@@FrankEmmanuel799 oh yeah? What did you get? Be careful with the doses. Don't do It alone. Psichodelics are powerful. Dried Magic mushrooms you should not take more than one gr first time.
If you could actually speak with a trustes medical professional who is ab active learner and a person I trust yes. I have also been looking into to ketamine therapy.
