He said there was a donor but they couldn’t place the organs but he also said there weren’t enough organs for everyone on the list so what happened to the donor’s organs? Or were they unsuitable for transplantation so she kept her organs AND she got the pig kidney??? So was she on life support? How long did the kidney function or did it ever function? Were you just seeing if it would survive attached to a human? Was it a third kidney? Was it the only kidney? Is there a paper I could read about it? I’m nobody from nowhere so don’t feel the need to go out of your way to reply but this is sincerely fascinating. Peggy
