Its funny you posted that 4 months ago, becaused 4 months ago, thé guitarist of the band posted his cover on his own Channel 😂😅 ua-cam.com/video/trgaCD6fxgA/v-deo.htmlsi=f7XOyXBE5pX4UaRI
Yeah absolutely, during the chorus starting with the words "I can never let you go" he only plays the melody of the chord and not the bass note. Its not wrong but it doesnt have the sway of the bassline with it.
the only thing i dont understand is how you didnt get more views on this. good shit, i can tell alot of time and practice went into this cover. if i closed my eyes i wouldve thought i was just listening to the original.
The settings are close to the Default preset, details below: - Amp settings: Gain: 60%, Low: 45%, Mid: 50%, High: 65%, Presence: 65%, Depth: 50% - The OD pedal is ON with the following settings: Dist: 0%, Level 45%, Tone 65%
I took a look online but didn't find any good tab either. I recommend watching Brandon Ellis' video playthrough of the guitar solo, without backing music, on his UA-cam channel. It helped me learn the solo during the making of this video.
Its bad... you should play that top C with the melody to give it harmony. Sounds like you're playing the octave alone and you're playing the melody wrong to my ear
most beautiful song on earth , the solo was on point
I can play this one. It’s hard af. You make it look effortless.
The tightness in picking of this piece...I can barely downstroke enough 🤣
Hands down 1000% best cover on UA-cam of Deathmask Divine. My favorite BDM song among many others from that era. Definitely earned a sub bro

Totally a great approach for covering this one, it's a multi-layer guitar song and he picked all the sweet spots to play!
you killed that solo man , love the angle for it too perfect to learn from, u a legend fr
impressive brohhhhh

Any chance you could share the Nueral presets you used for this one?

do you have the tabs for the solo? i'm trying to learn it and i can't find any good tabs online

Nice cover, how many strokes is it per note on the tremolo riff after the first verse? Tabs say it's 4 per note but it seems impossible at that speed
I will name my future kid Roy-Lortie if you cover I Will Return. ❤
hahahaha, noted!
where did you get the backing track from?
I ripped it from UA-cam music using Audacity (free program)
Hey man, string gauges, low to high?
Hey, for C tuning , I use D'addario EXL148 (12-60)
@@mathieuroy-lortie5414 same, perfect gauge for C standard on a 25.5 scale IMO
Its bad... you should play that top C with the melody to give it harmony. Sounds like you're playing the octave alone and you're playing the melody wrong to my ear
Lol wtf are you talking about?
@@hauntingahumanform what? I just watched and listened again. What I said is true. He plays the "fun part" without the low C it sounds bad without it.
@@beepbeep1213 😂 whatever you say dude
Do you expect him to play both rhythm and lead? Tf is he playing polyphia? Dude played the entire song correctly lol
@@asdfasdgatsdyrtushj nope. He and I can play an open string and a fretted one simultaneously.
Rock on! 🤘
